When the law break in Bankrobber Who owes who? Anyone aware of the US Government's real financial situation knows that time is running out. The Government has $15.5 trillion in admitted debts but those debts, when calculated under Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), or 'honest accounting', is over $70 trillion. $70 trillion divided by 300 million+ Americans works out to $233,000 per person in US Federal Government debt and obligations. Or nearly $1 million per family of four. Who is everyone? I, all alone, know even more. You may not. This may be your lucky day. Are you sitting down? The people who are commonly believed to be the authorities are in fact criminals, and it is factual, and it is well recorded, and therefore there is a wide gap between common belief and reality. The criminals who are pretending to be the authorities, can be called legal criminals, so as to identify them, for who they are, and for what they are, because of what they do, and because of the lies they tell. The legal criminals run a scam, or pyramid scheme, or fraud, which amounts to an extortion racket, and they get away with it because their victims are fooled into owning a false belief. Almost everyone harbors, or owns, a small portion of the false belief, playing their part in the ongoing extortion racket. It may be a good idea, for the victims, not for the legal criminals, to know, and then accurately communicate, the principles and interests involved in this terrible, and rapidly worsening, torturous, and mass murderous, serial killing, lie. The first principle that must be understood, made real in the minds of mankind, is the fact that honest productive people are the source of wealth, or surplus wealth, from which all measures of progress are produced. It is not possible to progress by telling lies, lies are counter productive, as the victims of lies are sent digging holes and filling the same holes back in - many times with tortured bodies buried underground. Two links for you to peruse, or speed read, or glance over, or ignore, suffice to illustrate the concept of how lies are counter productive. Get up, go to a mirror, look in the mirror, and own your part of the false belief. Do you own the belief that these past and future events are the products of misguided good intentions, as you may want to believe that lie, since the alternative is too terrible, too evil, and too much for your soul, and your mind, to bear today, or tomorrow, or next week? Too bad for you. The people who hide behind the name Wall Street, or The Federal Reserve System, or The Dollar Hegemony, or U.S.A. Inc. (LLC), or whatever name they hide behind, have borrowed more money from the Good Faith and Credit of the Honest Productive American People, and the sum of that new loan is not front page news, but it is a known, accountable, an amount of money, purchasing power, and the number of zeros on that loan amount is more than 12. 1,000,000,000,000 The loan, borrowed from the Good Faith and Credit of the Honest Productive American People, over 1 Trillion units of money, denominated in Dollars, will buy things, secret things, and then the borrowers will claim that the lenders owe them money. That is called crime. That is legal. That is therefore legal crime, and The Honest Productive American People are some of the people on the list of victims that will suffer pain, and will suffer terror, and will suffer torture, and will be murdered, hundreds, thousands, and millions of serial killings, facts, on the ground, and in the ground, to ignore, or face first hand, soon. Ignore at your own cost, the bill will be due, unless the victims wise up. If you are reading this, you can no longer say that you didn't know. All that is needed is numbers of people refusing to be victims, and the trillions of units of power will be rendered powerless, and this is an inverse proportion. More numbers of clued in victims constitute a reduction in the power abused by those criminals. Cut their credit card, but be warned, a competitive replacement legal monetary product system must be in place before the criminal one is rejected. Make, and maintain, a replacement, and that will be an effective end of the legal crime regime of terror, torture, and mass murder. Failure will be costly, mark my words. 06-17-2011

Listening to The Alex Jones show 06-17-2011 I hear bad news ahead and what I don't hear is a specific report on what must happen so as to avoid bad news ahead. I've written before, and I will write again, that a date can be set in the future, 2012, July 4th, for example, and a number of people joining an honorable agreement is added to the date, and on that date, if enough people agree to the honorable agreement, then that day will be a new day of liberty. What must happen on that day? The number of people agreeing to liberate themselves from the bad news ahead must regain control of their power to employ their honest productivity, their ability to produce an abundance of surplus wealth must be regained, and the connection by which that power is stolen must be severed on that day. Why would anyone reading my words find any argument against it; unless their living depends upon the legal crime organization? Those who choose to remain connected to the legal crime organization will get what they deserve. Is that understandable as a rational viewpoint of physical reality? Suppose 1 million people joining the new liberty day movement join by July 4th 2011? What signal would that send to everyone else, and compare this question, and answer, to the number of people who have no agreement to join in a new liberty day by July 4th 2011? A. No one joins a movement to cause a new liberty day to be a fact on July 4th 2011. B. 1 million people join a new liberty day movement by July 4th 2011. What signal does A send to the legal criminals, or anyone else, including all the people who have no direction, no plan, no way, and no how, to avoid the bad news on the near horizon? What would happen if a n Alex Jones, or Ron Paul, or Dennis Kucinich, or Bill Smith, or Pete Jones, or Jane Smith, or anyone, a 5 year old child, started a web page, and the web page took off, went viral, gained currency, and the number of people signing the new declaration of independence, to be made effective on July 4th 2011, only if enough numbers joined, and what happens if only 1 million people join by July 4th 2011, and the new date is moved to July 4th 2012? What would happen if by July 4th 2012 the number reaches 100 million honest productive Americans signed onto the new liberty day movement? What happens on that day, what happens because things happen during the next 13 months up to that day, and what happens if those people agree to stop using fraudulent money and start using honest money on that day? Which money is chosen by whom, and will people allow other people to choose more than one money, will there be a working competition for a higher quality money at a lower cost in America? If you cannot see how that will work, then you will continue to be dependent, not independent, and your dependence will be an intimate connection to the worst inhuman examples of evil on earth as the price of your failure to regain the power of independence.

Principally speaking the exclusive few most powerful people cannot allow any competitive power group to exist, and therefore that exclusive few most powerful people will have a vested interest in making damn sure that no competitive power is allowed to gain too much power relative to the power commanded by the few most powerful people, therefore they must govern down the production of power to a manageable level, they must cause a BUST, by some means, not limited to the removal of high quality and low cost currency from the area targeted for a BUST. Principally speaking the exclusive few most powerful people need power, and therefore the victims must be allowed to BOOM, so as to actually produce enough power to empower the few most powerful people. While, principally, or generally, the BOOM is under way, in the targeted area, power flows to the few most powerful people, by many avenues, or circuits, not limited to monetary interest, as debt based loans are transferred to the targeted victims that are currently undergoing a scheduled BOOM. While, principally, or generally, the BUST is under way, in the targeted area, power flows to the few most powerful people, by many avenues, or circuits, not limited to transfers of titles as debt based mortgages default and "collateral" is "repossessed". Principally speaking, or generally speaking, the BOOM and Bust Cycle, or The Business Cycle, transfers power from the honest productive people, the only source of power, to the legal criminals running the legal, criminal, non-competitive, monopoly money extortion racket cabal. Interest is just one interesting, legal, criminal, non-competitive, measure of the flow of power that flows to the legal criminals from the honest productive people. Interest is a specific thing, not a principle thing, or a general thing, in this way of perceiving reality. Again: Now, we’re taxing the American people to bomb the very nation that we taxed them to prop up. That makes a lot of sense when that is viewed from the way a legal criminal will perceive reality as that reality records power transferring from the honest productive people, who produce surplus wealth, and who are the only source of that power, to the legal criminals. The legal criminals laugh all the way to their monopoly banks, with glee, and happy confidence, as their victims remain stupefied, and powerless, and ready victims, perpetually. It can end, overnight. Why wait? Are you waiting for permission to stop being a victim? How long do you think you may have to wait? Please think, with your own brain.

The words chosen are words that are foreign, as if the writer is writing in a foreign language, the science of a specific specialty. Language, as a science, is a specialty by which the perspective intends to do more than just measure something, the intention is to understand something, to understand language, to know it, to be able to conceptualize language as it exists. Language, as far as I can understand so far, is a complex development unique to living organisms whereby one living organism, having achieved self awareness, is then able to know, through language, other self aware perspectives. Language is the medium through which one self aware viewpoint is able to view from another self aware viewpoint, by some measure, through language. Those are my words; not Noam Chomsky's words. I can read the link above, and I can know the perspective of the writer, but only in so far as the foreign perspective relates to my own perspective; the measure of understanding is limited - severely. Case in point:
The viewpoint intends to measure specific things, to see specific things, and to know specific things, to understand specific things, and one of those things is the thing having the name "U.S. government's financial revenue and expenditure". The writer appears to be claiming authority over that measure of that thing, as if the writer knows the accurate measure of the "U.S. government's financial revenue and expenditure". I have a very difficult time acknowledging such authority; without actual measures offered as proof of such authority, since I've been clued in on Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports, and other things. Criminals running governments falsify the books, cook the books, and anyone with a brain can figure out why criminals running governments have a vested interest in cooking the books; so where are the books? Where is the information that lends psychological or even material support to the writer who claims to have authority over the measure of the thing in view, this "U.S. government's financial revenue and expenditure" thing? How much of what is within the power of the people running the "U.S. government"? What is the measure of financial revenue flowing from where it is before it flows to where it goes, as it goes to the U.S. government people? If you are anything like me, or if you can borrow my viewpoint on this for a moment, you can see past all the falsehood, and you can go right to the principle, and right to the interest, of the actual thing, and avoid all the smoke and mirrors, and free your own viewpoint from the mire, and the tangled web, and know a much more accurate perspective, one that will empower you, to keep the power you earn, and to avoid having your power stolen. Does that sound like a more workable perspective than the one being offered by the writer in the link at the top of the page? The power flows from those who create it to those who collect it into the "U.S. government's financial revenue and expenditure" thing. That flow is denominated exclusively in dollars, when the measure of it is done legally, or by legal means, or when the measure of it is done by those people who are hired to run the U.S. government, and they are liars, and they are pathological liars, and it is a well established known fact that they are liars, even a child knows that they are liars, leaving few options to explain why anyone would claim authority over anything the hired liars say, or report, or document, measure, claim, confess, or account. The power in question can be accurately measured as surplus wealth, as that which is produced in excess of that which is consumed, and this is a fundamental fact of life viewpoint - irrefutable. To refute the fact is to die, proving the fact. Living organisms must expend power to gain power and failure to gain more power than the power expended is death, slow death, or quick death, it is still death when power is less than the minimum, as life no longer has enough power to consume so as to survive. Easy stuff, easy to see, easy to know, and you do not have to be a licensed, authorized, economics professor, with a badge, or a title, you can know the truth, the facts, and from that point of knowledge, the other pieces of the puzzle fit in place, in rational, logical, order. Honest productive people combine their power to produce more than they consume and the result is a growing measure of surplus wealth, also known as civilization, or progress, or advancement, or increases in the quality of life, or decreases in the cost of life, or increased standards of living, or longer life spans, or lower child mortality rates, or by any measure imaginable, the same principle, and interests, apply, whereby more than the minimum needed for survival must be produced; failing to do so is failure to produce more than the minimum, which is a state of being whereby there is no surplus wealth, none exists, yet. The point is such that time is not static, time is fluid, and every life form is trapped in time, one moment a life form may be consuming more than that which is produced, even to a point at which body fat is being consumed, so as to survive, and at that point in time, the life form had better be consuming that fat in the process of producing more power, failure is death, and it isn't time to go on vacation, if there is no surplus wealth anywhere, if the only measure of surplus wealth is the body fat inside that one living being at that time. While staring death in the face, burning the only surplus wealth left on earth, that measure of body fact, in that one human being, as time goes by, as that one life forms seeks something better than certain, miserable, starving death, as the last of the body fat is used up, that being may do something absurd, such as looking for food, or planting corn, or seeking help from other honest productive people, and doing so in rational order. Or that one being may resort to crime, but that choice does not produce anything, that choice steals that which is already produced. The corn plant produces edible food; which is surplus wealth, in physical form. Harvest, eat, and avoid a miserable death by starvation, for lack of the power of knowing what to do, how to do what to do, and when to do that which can be done, to avoid miserable death by starvation - use the power left to make more power, before all the power is gone, and do so before it is too late. A. Honest productivity (which increases power) B. Crime (which decreases power) Simple stuff. While the legal criminals have their victims focused on the dollar measure of life on earth, the victims can use the power they still have left, to gain more power, before it is too late, simply, easily, and without resort to deceit, and without resort to threats of violence, and without resort to acts of violence: just stop using the fraudulent measure, and invent instead, produce, and maintain an accurate measure, to replace the fraudulent one. If you let the criminals dictate to you, they will tell you that you are broke, that is what they do, while they rob you blind, deaf, dumb, starving, tortured, and mass murdered, and while they are not broke, except by the measure of moral bankruptcy, the same measure that you pay for, as they send you the bill, and you pay for it, since there isn't anyone else who can pay for it, since the only source of surplus wealth is the honest productive moral people who have the power to trust each other, and therefore they have the power to employ division of labor, and therefore they have the power to employ specialization, and therefore they have the power to actually produce more than they consume, because they produce liberty, and they maintain liberty, and in liberty the honest productive people are not spending all their power stabbing each other in the back, while making sure that they are not being stabbed in the back. A. Liberty (more power is produced) B. Crime (produced power is consumed) Liberty is the only state of being that is powerful enough to afford the living beings that which is necessary in order to produce more than that which is consumed, it is the only measure of living by which human beings can prosper, failure to produce liberty, by some measure, is too costly, too much power is expended by each living being fighting each other, for control over a steadily reducing supply of surplus wealth, when liberty is rendered powerless, as lying legal criminals out-law liberty. The stakes are high, but by whose measure is liberty already defeated? By whose measure are the honest productive people now powerless, and incapable of producing never before known amounts of surplus wealth in abundance? Are you really willing to bet the farm on the measure of your power dictated to you by legal criminals? Where do you think that investment of your power will lead? Is it past time to invest your power in a slightly more accurate measure of your power, a measure you don't need to trust so much as you can simply know, in black and white, logically, rationally, reasonably, understandably know, as a well established, continuously improving, record of the facts? Accurate accounting made legal, may be four words that are foreign to you; but ask yourself why - please. Have you been drinking the cool-aid? Stop. Practice something right now, just for a few minutes right now, and then if you see that this practice produces a benefit for you, think about practicing this practice again tomorrow, and see if the practice helps you somehow, someway, by some measure, as the practice may help you gain power, by using the power you have left, to gain more power, by this practice. Think about a time in the future whereby you look at all the people wringing their hands over the perilous situation with "The Dollar" as foreigners, people having nothing whatsoever to do with you, as if they exist on another planet, in another age, or even in an almost forgotten fantasy fable story for children. You have a means by which you connect to all the other honest productive people and that connecting medium is honest, accurate, the highest measure of honestly to date, and that measure of honesty is continuously improved upon, even right now, and the accuracy of the measure is the highest accuracy to date, and that accuracy measure improves more and more each moment, and the cost of that medium of exchange is almost nothing to you, and to everyone else, and the cost of maintaining the medium of exchange is lowering each moment in time. The practice I'm offer to you has two parts, where one part intends to fade out, and the other part intends to fade in. Part 1 Fade out: Honest productive people slow down, then stop, then reverse the focus of their attention on a fraudulent medium of exchange that connects honest productive people to the legal criminals who steal the power produced by the honest productive people, through that fraudulent medium of exchange that the honest productive people are focused upon to a high degree currently. In other words: Stop connecting to the criminals by rejecting their legal money power connection to you. Stop thinking exclusively in terms of dollars; and to do so you must begin that process. Part II Fade in: Honest productive people begin to conceptualize an improved alternative to the connection that currently connects them to the legal criminals, and once that process begins, one person at a time, one moment at a time, and as that process gains currency, as that process gains traction, as that process becomes more popular, and as that process goes viral, and as that process hits critical mass, that new, improved, better, higher quality, and lower cost connection will be invented, produced, and maintained, and it will improve steadily, and the cost of it will decrease steadily over time. In other words: When that which is harmful is known to be harmful, and when that harmful connection is then avoided, there will be room, time, energy, power, in abundance, in the absence of the costly, parasitic, criminal, connection, there will be abundant power sufficient to begin investing that surplus power toward the process of improving the connection between honest productive people, and at that time the measure of surplus wealth will be known, and it will be accurately known, and the growth of it will be knowable, the growth of surplus wealth will be accurate public knowledge, and no longer will honest productive people be inspired to fight each other for a supposed scare supply of power that just so happens to not to be scarce to the legal criminals who steal it, and then the legal criminals use that abundant supply of stolen power to steal more, and more, and more. The steal your power and then the claim that you are broke; which is half true, and probably why you believe them. The other half of the truth exposes the power of the lie. You are broke, but only because your power is stolen, then your power is used to steal more power from you. The legal criminals are not broke. You are broke. The power of the lie can inspire the people who are broke to stop producing more power, so as to cause the criminals to be broke too. How will that work for you? You are already broke, why work, if all you are doing is making the legal criminals rich? If you stop working, the legal criminals go broke too? How absurd can your thinking get, if you do not understand the full measure of the crime? All you have to do is disconnect the connection. Now you are rich. Now the legal criminals are either poor, or they are consuming their fat, or they are consuming each other, because that is what they do, the consume sources of power, they do not produce power. Power is produced by honest productive people. Disconnect, and see what happens, rather than stop working, rather than starve yourself in the effort to kill off the parasites, just remove the connection the parasite has made, and has maintained, between you and it. The capacity of honest productive people to produce never before measured abundant supplies of surplus wealth is real, knowable, understandable, with a little practice. What is in the way? Have the legal criminals stolen your liberty of mind? If so, check mate, and too bad for you, poor, poor, poor, you. If not, what is in your way? Do you lack a game plan? Do you lack an accurate, equitable, honest, connecting medium that connect all the honest productive people together as one powerful force used to increase the standard of living, and at the same time lower the cost of living, and at the same time, the same connecting medium avoids connections to the criminals? Yes, no, maybe? Honest productive people can admit ignorance, it can be a step toward something other than ignorance. Settling for authoritative sounding falsehoods cannot be afforded much longer, and the cost, the bill, will be borne. Those who bear that error will not include those who cause that error, as those who cause that error do so on purpose, willfully, as a rule, they cause it, they know better, you don't, they produce that falsehood for your consumption, not theirs, just look at their standard of living, are they broke, as they tell you that "we" are broke? Will you wait until the legal criminals have consumed all the power they stole from you, and then they need you to produce more, and then they give you permission to make more power, so that they can steal more? Really? "We" are broke? Are you really buying it? Try practicing the fade out, and fade in practice offered above, for a few moments once. Give it a small measure of your power of moral discernment, and if you have any left, and if you can spare a miniscule portion of what you have left, let me know what you think about that practice of fading out with the criminal stuff, and fading in with something better. I'm curious.

Listening to Alex Jones and Lindsey Williams 06-22-2011 Lindsey offers a considerably competitive perspective which diametrically opposes the often repeated Peak Oil measure of reality. On the one hand are those who claim that Oil on Earth is scarce, and limited, and running out, and causing higher costs, and causing lower standards of living, and supporting the legal drive to enforce conservation, and enforce the legal drive to secure, in "The National Interest", scarce, remaining, oil fields, all over the Earth. On the other hand are people like Lindsey Williams, who claim that oil is a power source that is controlled by a few people who use that power to gain control over all forms of power, political power, military power, and economic power. Having control of oil, is similar to having control over legal money, or air, or sunlight, or water, or food, or information, or any power that is necessary, by any measure, and having control of oil, or food, or information, or air, or sunlight, or water, or legal money, means that those who have control over power can cut off the flow of power, which causes a higher demand for power, as power runs out, like a body running out of blood, growing anemic, starving for power, like a human body being strangled, starving for air, like plants cut off from sunlight, starving for sunlight, the living beings will do anything to get the power needed to survive, as scarcity increases, as demand increases, the price people will pay to get needed power increases, and increases, and all the power the victims can produce then flows to those who have gained all power over power. What do you think backs The Dollar Hegemony? A. Oil B. The Military C. Falsehood D. Surplus wealth that is created by honest American people. Which of the above is the most valuable power from the viewpoint of the legal criminals? If you have a problem with the answer I can offer a scenario. What would happen if the next president elected into office decided to declare war on falsehood? What would happen to your mindset if such a thing occurred? How would such a thing play out? Would the honest American people get behind such a war? Would the military get behind such a war? Would all the employees and employers in the oil industry get behind such a war? What would be the first target? Ask the current president? The current president is a documented pathological liar, he would have to do a whole lot of confessing before that president could target anyone else, if the idea was to get the honest productive American people behind such a war. Ask me. I'll ask me. I'll pretend to be the next hired representative of the honest American people as I declare war on falsehood and when asked which target is the first target in the war on falsehood I will say: Look in the mirror. Now you see the first target, and the only target, in the war of falsehood, since no law can stop any criminal from committing falsehood upon the victim, criminals do not obey laws, so why go down that road, why make that false step? Falsehood can only be defeated by the victims. Slavery can only be ended by the slaves. Liberty can only be constructed by the liberators. Falsehood can only be defeated by the believers of it. Criminals know the truth, lies are not effective to the criminals who construct them, unless they make the mistake that they intend to inspire the victims to make, which is the belief in the lies. Look in the mirror. See the first target in the war on falsehood. What do you see? I'll take my own advice. I see, in the mirror, a belief in moral honest productive American people, and the power commanded by them, to use the power they create, to create higher standards of living, at lower costs, if they can divorce themselves from the legal criminals who steal that power and employ that power to steal more power, and more power, and despite that parasitic consumption of power, I believe that the honest productive American people can still create hither standards of living, and continue to lower costs, despite the enormous loss of power wasted by the legal criminals, as the legal criminals spend that power torturing, serial killing, mass murdering, and producing false information in abundance. I may be lying to myself. I may be fabricating lies to make me feel better. I may be parroting lies told to me, lies that adversely affect me, and lies that transfer what little power I have left, to the liars who have targeted me with their lies. Clue me in. What do you see in the mirror? I may be able to help you see the lies you believe, and I'm asking for the same help from you. How can falsehood be measured, known, and defeated otherwise?

Listening to Alex Jones and Paul Craig Roberts 06-22-2011 Direct Democracy? I am no fan of the Constitution; however there is before me, a competition, the lesser of two evils. I prefer a third choice, a non-evil choice. 1. The Constitution (Nationalism, or a Consolidated Government) 2. Direct Democracy How does one person get from 1 to 2? I am one person. I say no to both. I don't pick between those two evils. What do you pick? Do you pick 1, The Constitution, and how do you stop other people from picking 2? Do you pick 2, Direct Democracy, and how do you get what you pick? Is the term "left" a usable term? The writer explains the meaning of his voice in greater detail than a sound bite: Progressives people, designated as “the Left,” believe that the poor are victims of the rich and the prerogatives of wealthy and powerful interests should be done away with. They believe labor unions should be strengthened and the rights of working people expanded; the environment should be rigorously protected; racism, sexism, and homophobia should be strenuously fought; and human services should be properly funded. My problem with the term "left" is similar to my problem with the more detailed explanation quoted above, and my problem concerns the accuracy of the message. If someone, anyone, wants to do away with the prerogatives of wealthy and powerful interests, then what does that mean, exactly? If that means: Invent, and maintain, a competitive legal currency, and in so doing, do away with the prerogatives of the wealthy and powerful interests who have gained their power by inventing and maintaining a legal crime money monopoly which causes all forms of wealth and power to flow to those few people through that legal monopoly currency extortion racket, which is now known as The Federal Reserve System, then, if that is the goal, how can that accurate message be any different than the same message coming from the supposed "right"? Where do the interests of the poor and wealthy people meet? How does anyone measure wealth? Not having any is a measure. Having so much that the commander of extreme wealth can get away with massive torture, serial killing, and mass murder perpetually is a measure. What is the unit of measure? What is wealth? Too many questions? From the link: In the political realm, the further left one goes on the opinion spectrum the more difficult it is to gain exposure and access to larger audiences. Strenuously excluded from the increasingly concentrated corporate-owned media are people on the Left who go beyond the conservative-liberal orthodoxy and speak openly about the negative aspects of big capital and what it does to people at home and abroad. That is not a phenomenon that is exclusive to the so called "left". Try gaining access to popular news media channels with the message that the legal criminals running U.S.A. Inc. (LLC) perpetrated the destruction of three buildings in New York City on September 11th 2001, so as to launch a new regime change campaign in The Middle East, and other reasons of similar power transferring profit motives. That is one of my last messages offered to the Austrian Economics Forum, before that popular news medial channel censored my messages. When a message threatens the power of someone, in simple terms, there is a knee jerk reaction called up within the individuals who are threatened, and that reaction is one of censorship. How about a joke to illustrate the point? The sheep herder, who is of good standing within the local community, but who has had his way with the sheep, often enough, is met by a reporter claiming that sheep can talk. What does the sheep herder say when asked about the talking sheep? "Those sheep lie!" How is there any difference between a workers union and any other legal collection of power? Many people send their individual power to a central location where all the individual measures of power are collected, for a reason, and once enough power is collected, the power is used to accomplish a goal. How are labor unions not wealthy? How are labor unions not interested in gaining something? How complicated can the power struggle get when the victims fail to accurately understand the true nature of it; while the legal criminals remain in command of that powerful knowledge, and while the legal criminals use that power to make damn sure that no one else knows those exclusive realizations? The power over law is not worth a dime without the power over surplus wealth, and although the power over law was, and is, used to gain control over the power over surplus wealth, law is not necessary, for the victims to regain control over their power over the surplus wealth they alone create. The power over surplus wealth is a power that connects each individual person who creates surplus wealth with each other individual person who creates surplus wealth, and that connection can be exclusive to honest productive people, or that connection can allow, welcome, and offer access to legal criminals, and once that connection between the honest productive people and the legal criminals is made what do you think happens? The following is the type of exchange that occurs, rarely, between an individual and myself, when perspectives compete: Discussion The currency debate is one in which I am not versed well enough to yet form a rigid decision. One thing for sure, the dollar doesn't go nearly as far as it used to. My best stance on the issue would be in relating it to my daily life. While the victims focus on the lies produced, including the actual money units, the real force of the deception causes both psychological (political) and physical (economic) power to flow from the honest productive people to whomever the legal criminals target, exploit, and then charge, or tax, or demand eventual transfer of power to those in control of the legal money supply. People are led to believe that money is power itself, and focus is then trained on money, not the fact that it is currency, and not the fact that the power of money is the power to purchase, and not the fact that ultimately the goal of the legal criminals is a power to purchase destruction. What do you think is done by anyone seeking more power, once their power to produce has reached a limit? The same question can include a vital word, or two, or three, that adds to the measure of the question in such a way as to clue the person asking the question in on the accurate answer. What do you think is done by anyone seeking more power, once their power to honestly produce has reached a limit? What do you think is done by anyone seeking more power, once their power to produce, without resort to deception, and without resort to threats of violence, and without resort to acts of violence, has reached a limit? The answer is not as easy as it may first appear. People reaching that limit of power that can be gained honestly, and without threats of violence, and without resort to gaining more power by destroying with aggressive violence, are in competition with other people seeking power within those same limitations; therefore what must be done by those seeking power without those limitations, is to make what they do against the law for everyone except them. What must be done, rationally, reasonably, logically, and effectively, is to award a select group, license, or for a select group to seize exclusive license, to use deceit, to use threats of violence, and to use acts of terrible, and massive, violence, while no one else is legally allowed to do so, and once that power is transferred to that select group, what do you think will be produced by said group? 1. Massive amounts of aggressive violence, for the profits of a select few, paid for by the many, directly as targets, or indirectly as the producers of the surplus wealth required in the work of destruction. While the targeted victims are focused on gaining their own power, with the money that is "loaned" to them, at interest, and while those same honest productive people are shackled within the limits of power that can be accumulated honestly, and without ever resorting to threats of violence, and without ever resorting to actual violence, there is no limit on the amount of power that is flowing to the legal criminals who are excepted from those limits lawfully. So why choose to deceive - which destroys, as a rule, as a purpose? So why choose to threaten violence - which destroys, as a rule, as an intended purpose? So why choose to injure innocent victims with violence - which destroys, as a rule, as a willful, premeditated, intended act, for exclusive profit? While the victims are focused on one single legal monopoly unit, because it is a requirement of social life, by law, what do you think is going on behind the scenes in a big, big, big, way? How big? A new arrangement is in the execution stage today, and that new arrangement appears to be the move of The World Reserve Currency, currently The Dollar Hegemony (The Federal Reserve System of legal fraud), to another base of operations, with another name, most likely to Asia, and the events that cause that move may include events that will be recorded in the history books posthumously, and that will be a book that is published for public consumption, and the tile on that history book will be: World War III. Currently the vast supplies of surplus wealth that have been produced, and have been stolen, are flowing to places that are setting in place the powers that need to be powerful so as to cause these new planned events. The stories that are for public consumption include stories that claim that these pending events are random and inevitable, and the legal criminals are doing everything possible to avoid them, and they are merely unable to stop the inevitable forces that are randomly occurring. And that may all be too much for someone who is focused on making a living within the boundaries of moral being. Seeking work in exchange for dollars sufficient for survival. If I use credit to finance a lifestyle I can no longer pay for, at what point does it make sense to stop purchasing? Once in the business cycle the power of credit includes investment decisions that are long term, seeking a steady flow of return on investment, and therefore the simple calculation is obviously more complicated. Harboring an incomplete or confused perception of the concept of credit, often confusing that concept with the concept of debt, is bound to render the confused, or the bewildered, stupefied, and powerless, and if that sounds insulting, it is only meant to be accurate, and if the shoe fits, it is beyond my power to unfit it, it merely fits. Often such reports by me insight in the reader a knee jerk reaction to shoot the messenger. That is also not within my power to control, absent self-censorship, which is within my power, and I choose not to censor the honest truth as I see it. Why would anyone ever assume that "they" are such and such, while "we", are by some measure smarter, or more powerful, as they drive their limousines to one of their summer homes claiming that "we" are broke? Actual people make willful decisions for specific reasons and the consequences of those willful acts are accurately recorded on ledgers; leaving a trail that identifies who is profiting at whose expense. It is not a mystery. The solution is to raise their own credit limit? Do you have a working concept of credit? Do you have a working concept of debt? Are your working concepts of credit and debt the same concept, indistinguishable from one to the other, but for some reason the two exact same concepts have two names, for some strange reason? Who is "their" in your question? Who are those people, exactly? What do you mean when you use the word "own" in that sentence? Credit is a social connection between individuals who agree to credit an individual with the power to purchase. Many people voluntarily agree to allow an individual to purchase, because that individual has been afforded the power according to everyone else who affords that individual that power to purchase. In that sense, it can be understood, that everyone else is in debt to that one individual who has been afforded, by some means, the power to purchase, or, in other words, everyone is in debt to the one who has been given credit, and given that credit, in that measure, by everyone else who has voluntarily done so - not having anything to do with anyone else who is not connected in that specific way. Is that something worth seeing, or is it better to confuse credit with debt, as if credit and debt were the same thing? Here is your question again: The solution is to raise their own credit limit? If you fail to understand the full measure of that power, you are ignorant. Getting the 'best price' for a good and attempting to control markets are two VERY different things. No matter what, if you are going to sell something on Craigslist or the classifieds, what 'evil' is there in getting the best possible price a person is *willing* to pay for an item? It doesn't mean the seller is 'evil' - it means he doesn't want to loose on his item, either. One could say that the highest price an item will get is it's 'fair market value'. Overcast, I am going to be as careful as I can in responding to your welcome response, in this discussion. What do you mean by getting the 'best price'? How does that work in your mind? An exchange occurs. Two or even more than two people are involved in an exchange. Actual stuff is exchanged. Who in the exchange gets the 'best price' when the exchange is over and done with, complete, and the "getting" part is history? I am asking so as to quantify the exchange in a measurable way. The exchange will be: 1. "better" for one and not "better" for others (inequitable) 2. "better" for one and "better" for the others (equitable) Which is the goal? The goal can't be a third answer, unless you know something I have yet to know. I suppose we could introduce the concept of charity at this point, but even that factor does not change the measure of equitable exchange relative to inequitable exchange. Which is your version of the goal? What do you mean by "Getting the 'best price' for a good"? Do you mean that the goal is an equitable exchange or do you mean something else? As to the difference between voluntary capitalism and involuntary capitalism I've already covered that with giant walls of text, so you may be writing to anyone, and not exclusively to me. I am fully aware of the difference between voluntary capitalism and involuntary capitalism. Voluntary capitalism ends up as cost price, or equity, since competition forces people to increase quality and lower cost, that is just how it works, and I can offer much in the way of explanation as to why that works that way, but my guess is that you already know how competition works. Involuntary capitalism cannot exist without power transferring from producers of surplus wealth, and then the stolen power is used to destroy all competition where ever and when ever competition arises, which ends, or impedes the force that causes producers to increase quality and lower cost, which, then, allows for more, and more, and more inequitable exchanges, which is the goal for some people. Some people have as their goal in life: inequitable exchanges. In a voluntary association the people who have as their goal in life: inequitable exchanges are no more powerful than someone who has a goal in life that is equitable exchanges, so who cares if someone is a capitalist, or a socialist, in a voluntary association, exchanges are forced down to equity anyway, as a result of the force of competition, as producers are then forced to produce higher quality, at lower cost. If a person plans on injuring an innocent person and then follows through with that plan, that is what the person does, even if he calls himself a capitalist, or a socialist, or a politician, or a lawyer, or a salesperson. What is the goal when a person sets out to cause an inequitable transfer of stuff? You tell me, I try not to do that, and if that happens, I try not to do it again, and penny's, and nickles, and dimes, worth of inequity isn't worth a second's concern on the subject of evil, and how to avoid it. It is merely a saying that someone can be nickle and dime'd to death; although it is food for thought. I've already confessed to the fact that I know that there are many capitalists out there who want me to get the short end of the stick, so therefore, in defense, I too seek to avoid being taken to the cleaners, and in that measure I too seek the best price, which to me is an equitable price, a price that is measurable as cost. One person's fair market value, based upon calculations chosen by that person, is another person's inequitable price, when other calculations are chosen. It does not matter in an involuntary association, whose calculation is used, since competition will force producers to increase quality and lower cost, which ends up with price being at cost, or very near to cost, depending upon a particular example of the force of competition. Some forces of competition will be very low, such as a Rock Star's Number 1 song, and the price can be jacked up to whatever anyone is willing to pay for that song, and the power of numbers work in such monopolistic supplies of extremely scarce examples of surplus wealth, that each consumer may be willing to pay a fraction of a cent and the producer, absent much competition, gains lots of power, perhaps too much, for his, or her, own good, but even such an example as that, isn't an example that is free from the involuntary association factor; whereby access to mass media is selective, exclusive, and by that measure an enforced reduction in competition. Examples like restaurant meals, where competitors are almost on every other block, in a high population density area, are very good examples of how high forces of competition work, as competitors are forced to continuously raise the bar by increasing quality, and cutting costs. The setting of "price" by the restaurant owner can be any calculation, capitalist, socialist, cost price, whatever calculation imaginable, but it if isn't low enough, for the quality of food produced, compared to the competition, then it isn't a valid calculation. The calculation is meaningless in the face of competition. Competition forces the price down to cost, if quality is equal. It does not matter if a person is a capitalist, seeking inequitable transfers, in a voluntary association, what will matter is how high the competition has raised the quality, and how low the competition has lowered the cost. If the competition is too good, the capitalist, or anyone else, is inspired to find something to do where their specialty is competitive, rather than waste another second failing to compete in a specialty where they are incapable of being competitive. It is the involuntary associations that cause destruction, cause unemployment, cause too much or too little of everything, all the time, on purpose, so as to keep power production down to a manageable level. If that throttling down of production is not throttled down to a manageable level: the victims grow to be powerful enough to defend against legal crime, which is unacceptable for the legal criminals, that will not do for them. The routine of the legal criminals is BOOM and BUST or The Business Cycle, so it is in their best interest to make sure that there is too much, on schedule, and then there is too little, on schedule, so as to keep the victims stupefied, and ready, and willing, to be victimized. Begging for it. Voluntary capitalism, nickle and dime'd, to death, or just short of it, won't be a problem, compared to Involuntary capitalism, and the same measure works for socialism. Voluntary socialism, charity to the point of starvation, will be fine for those whose goal is within reach for them, voluntarily, and compared to Involuntary socialism, there is no comparison, it is the difference between good and evil, night and day, black and white, right and wrong. I am taking care in responding, in my way, which isn't anyone else's way, and anyone can choose to read something better. That's the spin, isn't it? Falsehood is the naked term; without the false fronts, or euphemisms, or spin. Falsehood is produced by liars, deceivers, people who are evil, people who are planning on injuring innocent victims, and the fact that falsehood is now abundant, is a measure of how effective the evil people have become, how powerful they are, in fact. Lies are not accidents. Lies leave trails back to the sources of lies. The spin on the whole thing is how we are fed this 'concept' of these corporations being totally 'capitalist'. When it's not really the case. They create laws and environments where it's close to impossible for the 'normal person' to compete in the market - well, that's not capitalism, maybe it should be called monopolitism. Again, you may be trying to reach anyone, as your words are different version of the perceptions I've been communicating for many years. What is the goal of a capitalist? Any one? A fair price? By what calculation is it fair? 1. "better" for one and not "better" for others (inequitable) 2. "better" for one and "better" for the others (equitable) What is the goal? Is the goal equity, or is the goal not equity? Why mince words, why create complication where no complication is needed, or wanted, who demands unnecessary complication? Is the capitalist goal equity, or not? If the capitalist goal is equity, then the capitalist goal is the same goal as the socialist goal - if socialism is followed back to the beginnings, not the alterations. But that supposed definition is contradictory of itself. Dictionaries help in understanding how language changes, from something effective, into something ineffective. When honest productive people communicate effectively, they are very powerful, and when their communications can be corrupted, they may then fail to accurately identify friend from foe, they may even begin to transfer their earnings to the legal criminals. How many opposite meanings can a word have at the same time? If I say: "Stop running, you are heading off a 100 foot cliff" do you, the runner, have time to check to see if I may be saying: "Run faster, there is a great reward for you on that path."? This society would also insure that government is ran from the bottom up, not the top-down. The idea behind a Democratic Federated Republic, complete with Trial by Jury, appears to be, as far as I've seen so far, the least evil choice. Trial by Jury is the bottom up part. Any person can accuse any other person of wrongdoing, and any one can acquit the supposed criminal. Punishment requires the mutual agreement of 12 people, in the Trial by Jury examples provided by history. Currently there is no Trial by Jury, not here in U.S.A. Inc. (LLC). Currently the jurors do not have absolute power, since they are conditioned to obey, unconditionally, the orders demanded from them by the Judge. If a juror ignores the judge, and if the juror volunteers to assume absolute power, and get away with it, then Trial by Jury works as intended, bottom up. Any criminal can be judged as innocent by any single individual. Each person is as powerful as each other, and no person is more powerful, legally, than any other single individual, in Trial by Jury, when it works as intended. That renders all laws enforced by any other power - powerless - without the consent of each individual. That is bottom up. It is still evil, if it involves punishment, in my opinion. A criminal, if found guilty, has volunteered, by willfully committing a crime, to exclude him-self, or her-self, from honest productive society, and his reward (which you can say is a form of punishment, but I think you are "playing with words", not me) is exclusion from all that honest productive society has to offer. An effective method of excluding, or avoiding, the known criminals, includes Trial by Jury, and includes well informed, and well armed honest productive people - there are no short cuts. And sending hard earned surplus wealth to legal criminals who then use that power to produce falsehood, and produce threats of violence, and produce punishment upon anyone, guilty or innocent, who threaten that monopoly law power, and that monopoly legal money power, is not a viable solution to the criminal problem. Competitive solutions to the legal crime problem (what I call, merely, The Problem): A. The problem is claimed to be the solution to The problem. B. Democratic Federated Republican forms of governments, legal fictions, that include Trial by Jury, and a competitive legal currency. C. Affective methods by which criminals are disconnected from their victims. The first solution is obviously the problem, and therefore a false solution. The next two solutions may be the same thing, depending, in my mind, on how jurors employ the power to punish, if the power to punish, by the jurors is abused, if it punishes the innocent, then the false solution returns, as The Problem, not the solution. Avoiding, separating from, and not becoming the criminal problem, is the solution to the criminal problem. Making crime legal, is not a solution to the criminal problem. The Democratic Federated Republic (such as The Articles of Confederation experiment, or the Swiss model), as opposed to The Constitution, which is a Nation State, intends to allow competition. A. Democratic Federated Republic allows competition B. Nation State (The Constitution) enforces monopoly The idea, behind a Democratic Federated Republic, is to have experimental governments (which may or may not intend to allow competition or enforce monopoly), and have those experimental governments volunteer to associate, competitively, within a voluntary union, much in the same way that one city, within an experimental government, will compete against another city. The better, higher quality city government, with the lower cost, tends to grow more powerful compared to the worse, lower quality, government, with the higher cost, people vote with their feet, from city to city, voluntarily, even while one city may be resorting to deceit, threats of violence, and acts of vicious, aggressive, violence, against the innocent people withing the city, or without the city, and people can move to the better city, voluntarily, or stay and be victims, if that is what they want, which makes them not victims, at all, it makes them willing participants in whatever the criminals will do. One city employee, a governor of some power, may claim that the next city is abusing it's citizens, and that city collects enough surplus wealth from the city tax payers, and then armed with that collected power supply, they go and they annex the next city, calling that brave move by such a name as spreading democracy, or a rescue mission, or whatever, and The State government, above that city government, may see that move, that annexation, as a criminal gang robbing the poor victims in the next town, and the greater legal power then does something. The State may not see that move to annex as a crime. The employees empowered by that legal fiction may not see that move to "spread democracy" as a crime. The State may encourage such things between cities, by all means, annex each other at will, have at it, and send me my piece of the action. Which State becomes more powerful sooner? How can the legal criminals stop The People from gaining too much power? Look into the events leading up to The Constitution, you will know the answer. The legal criminals cannot allow competition, there can be no competition among sovereign and separate legal fictions, not on the city level, not on the county level, not on the State level, no amount of people can be allowed to compete, whatsoever, as the legal criminals must consolidate all legal power, and all economic power, into one power, one consolidated government, with one leader only, and only one legal currency. You may not believe in the truth; but that does not make the truth go away. Top-down government has proven itself to be of benefit only to a small group of elites, regardless if it's called 'socialism', 'communism', 'a republic', or a 'democracy' - it doesn't matter, the 'top-down' model is self-destructive and will not last. The Constitution was designed to be Top Down, so as to replace, or usurp, the experimental Bottom Up Articles of Confederation, as confessed by the actual people who planned on that very thing happening; and as warned by the people who were against that very thing happening. Anyone, I have a few moments to invest in communicating an accurate perspective, and an honest perspective, and a useable perspective, to anyone who will listen. My thinking, while listening to Alex Jones, on the subject of U.S. Marines being sent into Libya, to torture, and to mass murder, and to be tortured, and to be mass murdered, so as to keep smiles on the faces of a few who are made happy with torture, and mass murder. My thinking goes directly to a term, and once you hear the term you are then going to open a door into your mind, as the term triggers memories, and the term causes a response within your soul, within your living being, you will measure the full measure of the term, as best you can, and you will understand the meaning of the term, but, and here is the thing you may want to know, the shoe may soon be on the other foot. Unconditional Surrender. Alex Jones switched gears from the subject of U.S. Marines being sent, soon, to invade Libya, in a new war of aggression, for the profit of a few, paid for by many. I'm sticking with the term offered: Unconditional Surrender. The leaders of Japan were given an offer they could not refuse in 1945 as such (reportedly): A. Unconditional Surrender That was the choice. The other half of the point is false. A. Unconditional Surrender. That is the point. The false half (added to the true half): A. Unconditional Surrender. B. Not A There is no choice, and that is the truth, and that is the point, and so, to you, the reader, now, you have, a choice, and later, perhaps not so much. A living being will know the full measure of death best, when dead, of course, but during life a living being may reach a peak moment of awareness, and at that time, at that moment, as long as that moment lasts, the living being may truly appreciate the full measure of death, know it, understand it, and realize it, and at that most aware moment of death, the living being truly knows, as best as humanly possible, and that moment may not necessarily occur just before death. A living being may experience that moment well before death, as old age, disease, self-imposed stupidity, and long exposure to brainwashing, too much exposure to response conditioning, too much behavioral modification, too much false advertisements, excessive indoctrination, mind numbing drugs, mental deterioration of any kind whatsoever, can reduce the capacity of the living being to reach that peak moment of the full, unadulterated, appreciation of death. Death is relative to life. Life is the measuring device, from which death is compared, competitively, and in stark contrast, and therefore that peak moment, in life, when a person does experience that epiphany, that moment, that knowing most time of intimate awareness, may well be the same moment in life, when life, to that living being, is measured as the most valuable moment. You are living here, happy as a clam. Then you are facing Unconditional Surrender? It is not uncommon. The shoe is on the other foot. What it is like? Can you ask someone who is dead, someone that had to surrender, unconditionally? How about someone who is brain dead? Can a brain dead person supply the demand for insight here? How about someone who is so well trained, so heavily sedated with brainwashing data, so caught up in falsehood, so deep in the mire: do they know, will they have the power to supply that same demand for insight now? You may have to use your own imagination. When The Dollar Hegemony is done, when it is no longer needed by the legal criminals, and when the new power takes over, the shoe will be on the other foot, and in order to get to that goal, it may very well be experienced by the former citizens of The Dollar Hegemony, the victims, the ready victims, the victims begging for more power flowing to their dollar, from the sources of power that flow comes from, it may be their time to know the full measure, and the full meaning of Unconditional Surrender. Honest Productive Americans, Ron Paul now has an article published on the Lew Rockwell web site and we can read it. Competition forces quality up and cost down. Monopoly is the measurable absence of that force, or monopoly is measurable as a force that makes the force of competition powerless. The monopoly money suppliers are the same thing as the monopoly Nation State, it is one and the same thing, it is run by the same people, and those same people may not even be legal "citizens" of U.S.A. Inc. (LLC). Ron Paul, for example, is not a member of the legal money monopoly cartel, or a competitive member of The Government of U.S.A. Inc. (LLC), if he was a competitor, he would be powerful, and if he were powerful, he would end the monopoly, because his advertized intentions are opposite the acts perpetrated by the criminals running the money monopoly extortion racket and the monopoly power Nation State. 1. Bring Troops Home 2. Competing Currencies (legal competition) My comment is that Ron Paul is working toward a change in the law whereby competition in money markets is legal, and no longer against the "National" law. I have yet to read the article. I've been reading Ron Paul's articles for about 25 years. On to the article: Throughout history, gold and silver have been the two commodities that have most fully satisfied the requirements of sound money. That is demonstrably not accurate, but not necessarily false, and as far as I know, or guess, that is not an intentional deception. I plan on being at the Reno Nevada Liberty Conference, and if I get a chance I will ask if those types of inaccurate statements are intentionally false, so as to mislead the ignorant masses, and so as to profit by that use of deception. The last time I went to one of those conferences my questions were willfully ignored, and then one of the speakers answered my questions in a general way by saying: "If you can't beat'em: Join'em." Gold bugs have been around for a long time, claiming the superiority of gold as money, but their claims are only valid in their own eyes, while most everyone else prefer less costly forms of money, or more accurate, higher quality, more powerful, better money, of various forms, not limited to: Food Oil Electricity Stamp Script Land There are many examples of each form of money, as money, and only in cases where legal monopoly extortion money is enforced are there cases whereby people are forced to use lower quality money, such as Whiskey, as a replacement money, or black market money, including gold and silver. Back to the article: This is why people around the world are flocking once again to gold and silver as a store of value to replace their rapidly depreciating paper currencies. I've read where the people who are running the Chinese government are among the people who are buying up, or stealing, or by any way they manage, I can't know, they are transferring gold from where gold was to where they now have control over it. That exposes one of the great costs of using gold as money. One monopoly power may use great force to gain large quantities of gold and then that large quantity of gold constitutes a very powerful market force as explained by mathematical illustration: Suppose everyone using Gold as money use 100 percent of the total supply of Gold, and that use of 100 percent of the supply of Gold by everyone continues for 100 years without any change at all in the total supply of Gold that is used by everyone. Then at the start of the second century after the century long use of 100 percent of the total supply of Gold being used by everyone, the people in China begin to transfer control of 51% of the total supply of Gold, and they store all the gold they can get their hands on into one vault, call that Vault by a name, such as Fort Knocks-off. Now everyone else has to get used to using half of the total supply of Gold, when they had grown very used to using 100 percent of the supply of Gold, since China took 51% out of circulation. China also kept their plans a secret, and in order to keep their plan a secret they sent out false advertisements that intended to send their victims on wild goose chases; while they perpetrated half of the crime of the century. The other half of the crime of the century, by China, in this illustration, is to then flood the market with 51 percent of the gold, after another century goes by, as everyone became used to using 49 percent of the gold for another 100 centuries. A. Everyone becomes accustomed to 100 percent of the total supply of Gold. B. China secretly takes out 51 percent of the supply on their secret, exclusively known, schedule, while they fool everyone into thinking the opposite is happening. C. China floods the market with 51 percent of the total Gold supply once everyone else grows accustomed to getting by with only 49 percent of the total supply of Gold, also done with exclusive knowledge of that fact; and also done while everyone else is scratching their heads, and wondering why strange things are happening. Back to the article: Even central banks have come to their senses and have begun to stock up on gold once again. How much Gold is in Fort Knox? Does Ron Paul know something I don't know? As far as I know there hasn't been an accurate, and full, audit of The Federal Reserve System of Extortion, ever, and as far as I know Ron Paul has reported that to be a fact, that no audit has been done, and therefore there is no public access information concerning how much Gold is in Fort Knox, or The Federal Reserve Banks, or anywhere on American soil. The Federal Reserve System employees (those who order transfers of gold) F. Goldman Sachs G. Wall Street E. International Monetary Fund F. The World Bank G. Russia How about the actual top 10 legal fictions where ownership of the 10 largest supplies of Gold and Silver are housed? How valuable is that information? Will someone be targeting those supplies of that much power? Someone is targeting the gold in Libya, or am I making up fairy tails? But in our country today, attempting to use gold and silver as money is severely punished, regardless of the fact that it is the only constitutionally-allowed legal tender! That is another measure of the high cost of using money: even the legal criminals know how to get their pound of flesh from those who use gold and silver as money. In some cases, most likely, actual pounds of flesh. Can you imagine the screams? In one recent instance, entrepreneurs who attempted to create their own gold and silver currency were convicted by the federal government of "counterfeiting". Legal criminals using law to outlaw competitive money is not a new story. The case where the legal criminals in Massachusetts, under The Articles of Confederation, passing a tax law on Whiskey, payable in Gold, is one famous case of legal criminals using law to outlaw competitive money, and back then the ex-revolutionary war soldiers, like Daniel Shays, kept the spark of liberty going, and they took up arms against those legal crimes, because liberty, according to them, was worth fighting for, and it was worth fighting the fight against legal crime, and it was even legal to fight the fight against legal crime, under The Articles of Confederation, and that is why the Nationalists, like Alexander Hamilton, and Robert Morris, had to conduct their regime change events that became known as The Constitutional Convention, and the false advertizement campaign known as The Federalist Papers, whereby the authors claimed to be working to toward "a more perfect union" when in fact they were constructing a Consolidated, Monopoly, Law power, or Nation State, with the aim of creating, and maintaining The First Bank of the United States, and when that failed, the aim was to create a Second Bank of the United States, and when that failed to take hold, the aim finally resulted in The Federal Reserve System of Extortion still in operation today. And that is all recorded in history by the people who were making history, and not recorded by victors who re-write, or revise, and falsify history. The next famous case of legal criminals using law to outlaw competitive money was called, by the victors, The Whiskey Rebellion, perpetrated after rebellion against legal crime became a crime, according to the constructively interpreting interpreters of The Constitution as The Constitution was designed to be constructively interpreted, by it's legal crime inventors, supporters, and enforcers. The legal criminals have an "interest" in borrowing from Honest Productive People, using the Good Faith and Credit of those Honest Productive People, and then once the legal criminals have some of that power, they begin spending that power to purchase all the work needed to fool the Honest Productive People into thinking that The Honest Productive People owe the legal criminals money, for having allowed the legal criminals to borrow money, and then, on top of that, those legal criminals spend even more of that stolen power in the work that is necessary to convince the fools that they owe interest to those criminals for the crime of having lent them power in the first place. Then they add zeros to their accounts, write themselves bonuses, buy your children to eat while raping them, or who knows what else. Now, you may say, Joe, it isn't that bad. Really? Who is the fool? I'll raise my hand. I'm writing about actual reality, how foolish can I get? Who demands facts? Joe Friday? The sweet deal isn't new. The criminals gain so much power so fast that they can't spend it all, they can conduct failed aggressive wars for profit, as they did before Shays's Rebellion, as the "mercantile interests" sold "the government" the supplies to conduct raids into Canada, to Annex land from "hostile natives", or "enemies of the state", or "hostile states", at high, no bid, prices, above market prices. Got that? You get the license to supply the aggressive criminal invading army and you jack up the price because there is no competitor, you have the exclusive license. This is history, this is what happened just before Shays's Rebellion in the State of Massachusetts, under The Articles of Confederation, which constituted The law of the Land, in between the time after The British were driven out of The Colonies, and the involuntary association, or despotism, known as The Constitution. There was a time when there was a working Democratic Federated Republican experimental government here, in this land called America. Really. The legal criminals running the separate and sovereign Massachusetts State government ran up huge state debts, failing to "Annex" parts of Canada, and so they owed large sums of money to the suppliers of war materials, and those suppliers demanded gold as payment, go that, and those suppliers didn't want to be paid in fraudulent Massachusetts extortion racket money, which they knew was devalued, and used to pay workers, and mercenaries, and low level government employees, and desperate sellers of land, and desperate sellers of anything, as the fraudulent money drove out actual money, which was gold, at that time, and then, being resourceful, the people at the edges of the criminal separate and sovereign State of Massachusetts, on the Frontier, the ex-revolutionary war veterans, the farmers, began to produce their own home grown money, in the form of Whiskey. They used Whiskey as currency. Then the legal criminals, the mercantile interests, the banking interests running their banking interest scams, taxed Whiskey PAYABLE IN GOLD. There was no gold. Get it? Do you realize the full measure of the fraud yet? How absurd can the legal criminals get? Taxing ex-revolutionary war soldiers who know exactly why all the gold was driven out of the State by the abuse of the legal money power, where those same ex-revolutionary war soldiers, the smart ones, the educated ones, those self-educated ones, knew that the mercantile interests had profited from The War for Independence, selling war supplies that never arrived, or arrived too late, or arrived as poor quality poor substitutes for what was needed, and they knew that the suppliers where paid in gold, and they knew that the suppliers had no-bid contracts, and exclusive licenses, and they knew that their own pay, the pay paid to the revolutionary war soldiers, for having drove off the British legal criminals, was worthless banking fraud paper money, not powerful colonial script, not gold, not silver, and not competitive money, and they knew that their farms were badly maintained, in their absence, and they knew that they were facing foreclosure, and they knew that the banks legally devalued the legal currency, and they new that the mortgagers demanded gold, not funny money, and they knew the score, and so they continued the war for independence, against the new criminal bosses, after having driven out the old ones, but they failed, they were defeated by the legal criminals running the Massachusetts State government; which was then a sovereign and separate State within an experimental Democratic Federated Republic under The Articles of Confederation. They went to Vermont, a better, higher quality, and lower cost State in the voluntary Union. How nice can it get? Who do you think was sent the bill for all expenses consumed by the legal criminals as they crushed "so fatal a spirit" in Massachusetts, as those criminal governors suppressed that legal rebellion, crushing that same Spirit of 1776? Ron Paul may be cutting his report down to a sound bite, which he is exceptionally capable of doing, in the effort to reach more people, sooner, a measure of expedience. I'm not so disciplined, as you are probably fully aware. I recently introduced HR 1098, the Free Competition in Currency Act. This bill eliminates three of the major obstacles to the circulation of sound money: federal legal tender laws that force acceptance of Federal Reserve Notes; "counterfeiting" laws that serve no purpose other than to ban the creation of private commodity currencies; and tax laws that penalize the use of gold and silver coins as money. During this Congress I hope to hold hearings on this bill in order to highlight the importance of returning to a sound monetary system. Specialists are hired by employers to work out details of things that require a special discipline, even talent. Editors, for example. Some employers hire liars. Some do so on purpose. Some are fools. I do not think that Ron Paul is a paid liar, he is exceptional in that regard, in that place, in that den of thieves. He is the exception to that rule, and that rule has been enforced since 1788, on that dark day of ratification, against the very detailed warnings reported by the opponents of that usurpation, what it will bring, and what it did bring into being. Allowing market participants to choose a sound currency will ensure that individuals' needs are met, rather than the needs of the government. Restoring sound money will restrict the ability of the government to reduce the citizenry's purchasing power and burden future generations with debt. Unlike the current system which benefits the Fed and its banking cartel, all Americans are better off with a sound currency.

When competition is legal, people are honest, because each lie comes around and bites each honest productive person in the ass, so they learn, to stop lying, they learn that lying doesn't pay, they learn that in the short term a lie may avoid some unpleasant thing, but they learn, that a lie will weaken them eventually. Failure to learn, is the same road that results in failure to produce, when someone else has learned, and has managed to learn how to increase the quality of production, and lower the cost, by avoiding lying, so as to be in a position to learn. You may be confused by my words, and I can help you with that confusion, as I resort to someone who understands how lies can most certainly get way out of hand, and the full measure of just how horrible those lies bite people in the ass, is realized. Suffer all accountability associated with each lie you embraced all the way back to the start, where you, earning, trust, once again. 3. Return to honest productive life, just like everyone else who knows how to earn their time on Earth - eventually. Lies replace all things beautiful, unless torture is beautiful to you, but then you would not be an Honest Productive American. Each penny earned, or each whatever legal money unit is used to measure surplus wealth, is earned honestly, stealing is not earning, and this isn't a lesson in semantics. If there is a lot of surplus wealth, which there is, obviously, if you can get past all the lies told to you by the naked emperors, you see honest people producing, because that is a requirement, honestly is a requirement, if you don't stop lying, you can't compete, you are lying to steal, you are not lying to earn a damn thing. It isn't semantics. Prostitutes are not in business to earn their way back to virginity. You may find one that argues, semantically, that that is what they are doing, as you may be paying one, I don't know, I'm just saying, a kettle is a kettle, a pot is a pot, because that is what they are, and they are not something else, no matter what other word is used as a label. Legal competition is a good way to help the reader understand that which is diametrically opposed to legal crime; like night and day, and like good versus evil, one exists as people define it, by their actions, and by the actions that are driven by their thoughts, and that is what that is, if it is legal competition, that is what it is, and if it is legal crime, then that it what it is, not both at the same time, one is in daylight, and the other is in the dark of night, one is good, the other is evil. Legal criminals may want to call other legal criminals bad, hey, you, look over there, that is a very, very, very, bad person: while that one is picking your pocket. A legal criminal may add, while pointing out another legal criminal, that, hey, I'm here to help, which is half true, one legal criminal is point out another one, warning you, unless it is a lie, and the one pointing is pointing at an honest productive American. Don't look a gift horse in the mouth, but beware of Greeks bearing "gifts". The false front is such that the intended, targeted, powerless, ready, willing, able, victim, is supposed to believe in the lie that the legal criminal is an honest productive person, while the victim's pocket is picked, for torture, or for murder, as more victims are thrown on the pile. Read Solzhenitsyn, he's been there, and done that. When everyone is lying, when everyone joins the legal crime ring, what do you think happens? Who is left to produce anything? Who has time to do anything other than obey? Now, please, return to the link at the top of the page, as there are three separate perspectives offered on the subject of people defining the methods by which people hold other people to account. They are not speaking about Trial by Jury; which is one way that people hold other people to account. Alex Jones is, in essence, a medium of exchange, Alex Jones is a conduit, a form of currency, a wire that connects competitor A with competitor B, and anyone else connected to those two competitive definitions of currency. Here is a test for anyone, anywhere, when the professor professes the existence of a free market, as something real, and something measurable, and something definable - ask - is deception present in that free market? If it is, then, what is it? If the professor dodges the question, you have the answer. If deception is present in that free market, that one that the professor professes, then it isn't free of deception - by definition. If it is free of deception, then it is free from violence, again, read Alexander I. Solzhenitsyn, and know the full measure of the link between falsehood and violence. If it is free of deception, and therefore free of violence, how did it get that way? See? You have to ask the right questions. Honest productive people made the free market, they are it, they define it, and they don't need an interpreter to explain it. It is what it is, where it is, and it is free of deceit, to the limits of human capacity to avoid deception, and it is free of violence, again within the limits of how well, or how poorly, honest productive people can avoid resorting to violence, and it is free of criminals, as honest productive people manage to avoid being criminals, and as honest productive people manage to avoid the criminals, and especially the legal criminals. Which currency do the honest productive people choose, when they have a choice, in a free market, free of deception, and all that goes with deception? They don't need an expert telling them to make the right choice, and this is where you get to hear my offering, which isn't Bill Stills offering, and it isn't The Gold Bugs offering (you may be able to guess their expert opinion on which money is best), and it isn't anyone's offering other than mine, but my offering is based upon something that has also occurred in history. There was a guy, once, who offered a concept to the world, and he even invented his own printing press to help him spread the word, against the forces of monopoly, or as I like to call it: legal crime. The concept is called The Cost Principle. The idea is such that if things are sold at cost, then the full measure of Surplus Wealth (which is that which is produced but not immediately consumed, or, the amount of production that is present in excess of consumption): the full measure of Surplus wealth will be a universal reduction in total costs of living. It is simple, but you have to cut through years of behavioral modification, brainwashing, response conditioning, and blind obedience to falsehood, to realize the simplicity of the cost principle. There is a way to see this cost principle stuff from a conservative, republican, gold bug, free market, viewpoint too, if you can't get past all the brainwashing. What happens when two or more competitors are dreaming up a price that they will advertize on their products when only a few consumers are busy shopping for those products? Competitor A prices his at cost from the start. Competitor B jacks up his price twice the cost he spent on producing it. Competitor C looks at the price from A and B and competitor C lowers his price lower, increases his quality higher, and cuts his cost down below the other prices. Are you confused? The subject is money, or currency, and currency is a better name, and money is an older name, both names are meant to point to the same thing, but there, in that duplicity, is a way to understand, instead of remaining confused. Many forms of money can compete, do compete, and will continue to compete, unless there is a force that makes competition against the law, or unless there is a force that ends competition, a force that has nothing to do with "official" law. If there is no competition, there is no force to inspire producers to increase quality and lower cost, as a rule, or as an economic law, on a law book, or not on a law book, it doesn't matter, the fact of it is a fact, even if you don't want to see it, sticking your head in the sand doesn't make it go away. Competition is a force, and it forces quality up, and it forces cost down, because that is what competition does, live with it, or outlaw it, whichever you prefer, but who do you think will pay the cost of living, when there is no competition? You tell me. Which form of money is the highest quality and the lowest cost? This isn't a quiz, there is a highest quality money, and it is at the lowest cost, compared to all the other competitors, and either you know what it is, or you don't, and you don't need an expert, and you don't need an official, and you don't need a professor, and you don't need me, or Bill Still, or Alex Jones, or a professed member of the Gold bug club to find it. Here is a quiz: Is it a good idea to find the highest quality money at the lowest cost? If you think not, then you are thinking just like a legal criminal, you may be one, or an accessory to their crimes, as you lend both political, or psychological, and material, or economic, support to them, as they torture, and as they mass murder, millions of innocent victims, in their effort to end all competition in money markets. If Bill Still has the power to offer you a better money, a higher quality money, and a lower cost money, do you even know it? If you don't know it, how can you choose? If the Gold Bugs offer you a better money, higher quality, and lower cost, to you: choose it. What is stopping you? You don't know? Does that sound like ignorance to you? Can everyone grow rich by lying to everyone else, and when that doesn't work, everyone threatens everyone else, and when that doesn't work everyone tortures everyone else, and when that doesn't work, everyone murders everyone else? Who pays the cost of living? What happens to the cost of living? What is the full measure of the highest quality currency; whereby the product, this currency stuff, accurately manages to account for who produces how much so as to know how much that person has earned, so as to exchange that measure of earning for anything else needed, or wanted, which is produced by someone else, who has also managed to measure up his, or her, productivity, and do so precisely, in relation to some, knowable, standard of value? How about life? Is life a standard of value? How much does life cost? When the one and only person who is the record breaking torturing mass murderer to date walks into your store to buy something that you have worked hard, honestly, and without resort to deceit, and without resort to threats of violence, and without resort to willful acts of terrible violence upon the innocent, to make, he wants what you made, and that torturing mass murder extraordinaire offers you the full measure of what he has earned, his money, in exchange of the thing you have for sale, do you take his blood money at your price, or do you jack up your price, just for that one customer, or do you give your life to him, or does he just take you life: slowly? Is that a high quality standard of value? Is that a competitive standard of value, usable in producing, and maintaining, a high quality currency, at a low cost to you? Yes, and the standard should be based upon a measure of how much someone can destroy someone else, the more destruction the better. D. Yes, and you are probably right, life, or the cost of maintaining life, may actually be a good standard of value, or standard of living type thing: it sounds reasonable, so far. E. Conspiracy Theorist - where is your tin hat? No? How do you know a good deal from you being taken to the cleaners? How do you know when you are paying too much? How do you know when you are working way too hard, and there is nothing to show for all your work, nothing, you have nothing, and you have to work harder, and harder, and you get less, and less, each new day, you have to work harder, each new day, you have less to show for it, and can you now realize that that is a standard. That would be your standard, that day, and then, the next day, you work even harder, and you have even less to show for it, and that is now, your new standard. How much work did you do the first day of work? How much did you get as a reward for that first day of work, on that first day? That was the standard. Job number two, if you see the world as I see it, is to make sure that a substantial share of your wealth is in precious metals and perhaps in foreign currencies, but without any leverage. How many of the non-voting, honest, productive, American people are now unable to keep any of their surplus wealth, have no savings, have only mortgage debts, at interest, credit card debts, at interest, business loan debts, at interest, student loans, at interest, and more work hours, and less to show for it, and more work hours still, and even less to show for it, and higher taxes, and higher prices, and more injuries, and fewer customers, and less competition forcing higher quality and lower cost, especially in legal money markets, how many of those people, are in any position to buy precious metals, at today's prices, or foreign currencies that can't be use to pay debt in good ole' U.S.A. Those Gold Bugs are an elite group, who still, even now, have vast sums of savings, interest earning savings, even savings earned by interest payments, and is it any wonder that their claims of "artificial interest rates" means the same thing as: "My interest earning investments are not paying as much as I prefer."? Honest Productive Americans, There is a need to know. What? That is an example of what can be called a circular argument, or we can invent another name, or find another name already invented, whereby the human mind follows a path that appears to return back to the start. There is a need to know. That is undeniable. A human being, for example, must know all that is required in the work of reproduction, not just female knowledge, certainly not when they are too burdened with pregnancy to produce enough power to keep both mother and child alive for however long it takes to raise a child into a productive human being. That is a need to know example, a must have, failing to have that knowledge results in the extinction of the human species. Human beings are not gifted with an overpowering instinct, or auto-pilot. We actually need to know. What do we need to know? We need to know, for another example, that we need to know things. Failing to know that we need to know things, has a human word attached to that failure, and it is either called ignorance or stupidity. Ignorance can still involve the certain knowledge that there is a need to know. Stupidity can be an example of a living person who is ignorant of two things: 1. Needing to know something. 2. Knowing the need to know something. What about someone who is even more intellectually crippled? 1, Needing to know something, but failing. 2. Not knowing the need to know something, not even trying to know. 3. Believing in the right, or good, of not knowing something and refusing to know it; while knowing that there is a vital need to know, being duplicitous, and convinced that duplicity is the right thing to do, the good path to be on, the road to something better. A path that appears to return to the starting point, often, is a path that is traveled down a duplicitous path less often, it seems to me. A path that never returns back to the starting point, it seems to me, is called a paradox. But these are just words. How, use your own brain, how is a social network measured relative to another as being obviously a network of higher standard of living and obviously lower in cost of living? This is easy. People in the higher standard of living network are happy, all of them, with few exceptions, and there are many ways in which an unhappy person can find happiness, so long as each person avoids resorting to deceit, threats of violence, and acts of violence, since doing so makes the victims of deceit, threats of violence, and victims of violence, unhappy, with few exceptions. When the people who are made happy, when they are making victims unhappy, when those sociopaths, those mutants, those few exceptions in the genetic code, are the employers, writing the checks, what do you think happens? 1. Lower standards of living for all but a few. 2. Higher costs of living for all but a few. Honest Productive Americans, A few, or even one, person may have read A Parasite City linked in the previous report (tabled for discussion, unanswered). Of those few, or just that one, the mention of capitalism may have thrown off someone who considers himself, or herself, a capitalist, and I think one of the need to know things has to do with labels. Beware of labels, like Greeks bearing gifts. One thing in an upside down world, a world where too many people obey unconditionally, where that world may have two labels for one thing, because one label is true, and one is a false front: for public consumption. Many speakers who are against legal crime, such as the legal crime of extortion, where a few legal criminals command the power of a legal money monopoly, may be speakers who employ the word capitalism to convey that thing that the speaker is against, or socialism, or fascism, or legal crime may be the word chosen by the speaker who is against legal crime. Which brings up another one of those shoulders of Giants: Shakespeare. "What's in a name? Therefore: roughly half of the population is set to argue with the other half over a clear misunderstanding, and it may be a good time to know that this is another need to know thing. Socialists who don't willfully support the employment of deceit, threats of violence, or acts of violence upon the innocent, so as to get the better deal, may never find anything in common with roughly half of the population, due to a confusion of terms. Capitalists who don't willfully support the employment of deceit, threats of violence, or acts of violence upon the innocent, so as to get the better deal, many never find anything in common with roughly half of the population, due to a confusion of terms. How about honest productive Americans? How about legal criminals? Now you have new terms to employ, terms that are bullet proof, incorruptible terms, terms with specific meaning, terms that are not intentionally ambiguous, terms that are not constructively interpretable. Use them when you mean to convey specific meaning, use them when you are not trying to confuse someone, to deceive someone, or to target someone, so as to get the better end of the deal. Un-divide, and become un-conquered. Liberate yourself from those who work to enslave you, and who are very effective in that work. Know how to communicate exact meaning, without any room for reasonable doubt, no room for plausible deniability. I do not fall into that clap trap of capitalism versus socialism, or republicans versus democrats, or left versus right, when I am speaking to honest productive Americans, and when I am warning honest productive Americans about their most effective enemies who are accurately identifiable, effectively accounted for, as legal criminals. Legal criminals may call themselves socialists when they want capitalists on their side, and legal criminals may call themselves capitalists when they want socialists on their side, one second, and the next second legal criminals may turn the switch, put on a different hat, print up different stationary, change the font, change the name on the door, change underwear, flip, flop, or say whatever works best to keep the power flowing, faster, and faster, in the direction that causes a short end of the stick, held by honest productive Americans. This is very simple. Equity is an exchange whereby there is no short end of the stick. Generosity is measurable as one person giving up more to someone else, willfully, and one person receiving something for nothing, willfully, and therefore a measure of equity, no short end. What does that leave? Someone employing deceit, threats of violence, or acts of violence, upon the innocent, so as to invent, create, and then enforce a short end of the stick, which is an inequitable exchange, by some measure, and does it make any sense to believe the measure offered by the legal criminal when asked if the exchange was fair, equitable, right, good, mutually agreeably, willfully done, and legal, when a true answer will be a confession of guilt? Back, please, to the measure of surplus wealth, and the measure that is accurately knowable as a universal increase in the standard of living while a universal reduction in the cost of living is realized in fact. This isn't ambiguous, it may be difficult to measure exactly as a universal measure, and statistics can be falsified, and trust in statistics is about as trust worthy as trust in politicians - universally. There are always exceptions. To illustrate the ease of knowing the real measure of surplus wealth, and that measure that is accurately knowable as a universal increase in the standard of living, while a universal reduction in the cost of living is realized in fact, we can turn to extreme examples in history. I choose The Soviet Union during Stalin's mass murder of 20 million honest productive people in Russia as a measure of a low extreme of surplus wealth. I choose U.S.A. Inc. (LLC) just before The Civil War as the other end of the extreme measure of surplus wealth. There are exceptions to the measure of Universal standards of living being high in either case, but the average measure is measurable as tortured people marching to piles of murdered people, where few exceptions exist: people, as a rule, with few exceptions, consider torture to be a low, not a high, measure of the standard of living, and few people, as a rule, consider mass murder to be a high, not a low, cost of living, with few exceptions. As 20 million people marched along the trail of tear to their untimely miserable death, few were whistling a happy tune, asking for more of this good thing. 20 million tortured and mass murdered cause the average to drop, even if a very few people, in that social network, are very, very, very, wealthy. So, having those two extreme examples, or you can pick your own examples, the relative measure between a worst case, and a best case, can help measure that which is to be avoided, and that which is to be worked toward gaining. Where are we now? Are we moving from better to worse? Are we moving from worse to better? What is on the road ahead if we are going from better to worse, faster, and faster, and faster? What is on the road ahead as we strive to move from where we are to something better? Can we get to something better by consuming other people, using them up, exploiting other people, inventing a short end of a stick, employing a short end of a stick on someone who will get that short end, and then we maintain that invention, we even sharpen the short end, and we even thrust it faster, deeper, harder, into the targeted victims, on our chosen road to improvement? Can we just call that "change" instead of improvement, and then get away with that plan? Now that you have a best case and worst case idea, in your mind, you now have a scale, and you now have a relative measure of where we are, and you now have a way to perceive "change". Which way are we going? How is it measured? How about surplus wealth? We are here now. We have X. X is the total measure of surplus wealth, and we can avoid, for now, who has it, we can, for now, just know that it is X, and more X is better, and even more X is even better, and rapidly decreasing X is not better - universally speaking. Some may profit even while X is plunging into never before known levels of scarcity, abject misery, torture, and mass murder. X for us in American now is more than the 20 million murdered in Stalin's Gulag Archipelago had, and X is less than the total of whatever total works to illustrate more, I chose the measure of X before the not so Civil War in America, you can pick something that works for you. How is X increased? How is the standard of living increased universally? How is the cost of living increased universally - with few exceptions? If X is increased, there is more power, more surplus wealth exists, few may get more of more, many may get less of more, admittedly, but, with few exceptions, more means more, and less means less, when there is more, there is more, and when there is much, much, much more, compared to much, much, much, less, most have more, compared to most having less. How is X increased, so as to universally raise the standard of living, and at the same time: universally reduce the cost of living? This is not too tough. Honest productive people keep their power, and they do what they do best, they produce more, and that is how that works. What does not work? Honest productive people transfer their earnings to legal criminals, and then the legal criminals grow more, and more, and more powerful, and the legal criminals use the stolen power to keep the power flowing faster, and faster, and faster, to them, from the source of power, which is, without a shadow of doubt, the honest productive people. Is my answer cut down to a small enough sound bite to please you? 2. If you can not prepare your own tax returns, is it reasonable to hold the average citizen criminally liable for errors? To the best of my ability: I will use what political power I have, and I will use the economic power I have, to make taxes as voluntary as can be, and returning to a limited National government tax structure, taxing only State legal fictions, and no longer taxing sovereign individuals will be done, by me, if I have enough legal power, political power, and economic power to do so, when elected, or not. How much power will I gain when gaining the office of The President of The United States? You tell me. Who will shoot me, when I try to do these things, alone gunman? Will my family be threatened? You tell me. 3. How do you expect to understand bills sent to you for your signature if you can't fill out a tax return? The Founding Fathers who resisted adoption of The Constitution favored The Articles of Confederation because one was better than the other in their Founding Father brains. They said that The Constitution was too ambiguous, too easily misinterpreted, too libel to be constructively interpreted by evil people, they warned that The Constitution was much too much, in the way of words, to be good enough as a simple, easy to understand, law power, working for The People, on the road to Liberty. They were right, look at the volumes upon volumes of text written by criminals who have taken over your government, as those legal criminals manage to enslave you, by deceit, by threats of violence, and by acts of horrible, terrifying violence, not limited to torture, and mass murder. You tell me why there are are too many laws, smarty pants. Criminals lie, and one lie creates a demand for two more lies, then four, then eight, is that simple enough, a small enough sound bite, to answer the question asked, directly, and without any room for misinterpretation? 4. At what point will the national debt be "too high"? That is a question that is based upon a lie. The Nation cannot be held accountable for any debt. Honest productive American people are the source of all credit, and they are the benefactors of any profits of any loans that are borrowed from them. How is that fact turned upside down whereby those same honest productive American people are then convinced of a false belief that they owe something to the borrowers? You tell me. Why do you ask a question that is based upon a fundamental error, a fundamentally based fraud, a fraud that is perpetrated upon the honest productive American people, by legal criminals? When honest productive American people demand something better, that is when that lie you speak of is "too high". I can quote Henry Ford: "It is well enough that people of the nation do not understand our banking and monetary system, for if they did, I believe there would be a revolution before tomorrow morning." I am not a lawyer, I am an honest productive American, if that group agrees with me on that point, if I earn that credit, that is what I am, and as to the question that may, or may not, be answered accurately, and honestly, by a qualified, licensed, lawyer, or me, as an honest productive American, or as The President of The United States of America, the accurate answer would require a lot of careful effort, much, much, too much effort for me alone, to tackle that job, of answering that question, considering the fact that people are being tortured, right now, and I am paying for it. I have more important things to do, than answer that question accurately. If I have time, I see a need to add: Alone, all by myself, without any help, from anyone, that question is not within my power to answer, accurately, but I can guess. My guess is that the people who have invented drug prohibition, on a National level, have done so fraudulently, by constructively interpreting The Constitution to suit their own interests, at the expense of everyone else's interest, as warned by The Founding Fathers who opposed The Constitution. 6. Assuming all of you are against waste, fraud and abuse; what specific programs and agencies do you propose to eliminate? At the State level those same boondoggles may persist, and then the honest productive American people will have the power to vote with their feet to States that are not so careless as to spend hard earned wealth on wasteful, or even destructive expenses. Do I have any time left? 7. Should any federal departments or programs ever be eliminated, if so, which ones? The very first federal department that can be eliminated by way of competition is The Federal Reserve System of Extortion, and that is my number one target, that is the one "program" that will be eliminated by my offering of two legal financial competitors, of which I have not the time to explain here and now. In any case, by any effective method, once that one "program" is no longer powerful, on the National level, all other destructive programs can then be eliminated, one by one, as the power flowing to those destructive programs will no longer be flowing to them, they will wither on the vine, for lack of the sustenance they are currently feasting on, which, again, comes from the honest productive people in America. Once the power stops flowing to those destructive programs, where will the inventors, and producers, and perpetrators, the profiteers, of those destructive programs get their power? You tell me. 8. How many military bases does the U.S. maintain in foreign countries? As an honest productive American, a member of the public, the answer to that question is not within my power to know, it is not "for public consumption", but there are guess, and there are numbers that are "for public consumption", numbers that do not include secret bases, or top secret bases, and the numbers that are "for public consumption", minus those that are not, are, as far as I know, hundreds, even thousands, and the costs paid for by honest productive Americans, for those bases, are roughly equal to the cost of the supposed "National Debt". How, then, has it happened, that the people who profit from those bases, have borrowed the money to build and maintain those bases, from the honest productive American people, and then, those borrowers then borrow more money, and then those borrowers use that money to make the honest productive American people believe that they owe the borrowers for having loaned that money to the borrowers? You tell me how that trick works. Please. And on top of that immensely careless, and incalculably costly fraud, the borrowers have even managed to convince the lenders, that the borrowers are owed interest on the power they stole from the producers of that power. The answer to the question is the same answer already offered, once the money stops flowing, those bases will close, troops will return to defensive, moral, work, and troops will no longer be consumed in the legal crimes known as aggressive wars for profit, the same crimes that Nazi perpetrators where found guilty of perpetrating, and those Nazi legal criminals were hung by the neck, or otherwise killed, for having committed those very crimes. I'm not proposing a death penalty as a solution, a final solution, I am proposing legal monetary competition as the solution, and I can explain in detail how legal monetary competition solves the problem whereby honest productive people, in America, finance legal crime.
