I was pointed to the Union States Assembly public page (previously I was navigating to the private page and thereby failing to navigate to the public page: http://unionstatesassembly.info/journals/secret%20journals%20of%20the%20acts%20and%20proceedings%20of%20congress%20-%20volume%201.pdf On the Public Page for Union States Assembly I find those Secret Documents concerning the organic forming of the American federation (perpetual voluntary mutual defense association) and I begin to read them. In context please consider two similar things. This: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0QSwmvMr9cY And this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4HkSAewoESg Those two similar things are similar things because the grass-roots, organic, voluntary, mutual defense association forms, organically, or in a grass-roots manner, meaning not TOP DOWN (involuntarily), but BOTTOM UP (voluntarily, morally, in Liberty against threats to the Public Liberty), as threats to Public Liberty have formed and are boots on the ground, so to say, where all kinds of criminals run amok, enslaving people with fraudulent Money Scams, under the color of law, and with thinly veiled extortion rackets which are also under the (thin veil) color of law. JUNE 3, 1775. Before moving further at this point it is vitally important for people, in any place, and at any time, to understand power as in the commonly known usage of power-to-purchase. If people cannot purchase the power required for their own defense then that weakness, that power-less-ness, constitutes what is the power that finances the criminals, that lack of power of mutual defense IS the power that makes crime pay so well, and then people are born into a world where they have only one option: to become one of the criminals and make crime pay well for them too. That is it in a nutshell. Either people constitute their power to purchase their own defense, and do so voluntarily, or that failure constitutes the cause of action known as crime. Take away the pay paid to criminals and crime no longer pays, and potential criminals find no profitable work in that field of business known as crime. Sure there are always going to be crimes perpetrated by criminals who ought to know that crime does not pay well, but that is a minor amount of crime in both frequency and numbers of victims thrown on the pile of victims throughout history, compared to the totality of crime when people have no means by which people can purchase their own, voluntary, effective, defensive forces. Who has the power to purchase, how did they get it as individuals, and as groups of individuals how does a group of people working cooperatively get their power to purchase, and there are two obvious ways: 1. Voluntarily in Liberty. 2. Involuntarily as crimes perpetrated by criminals who destroy innocent victims during the perpetration of these crimes, and if one criminal works alone the power to purchase victims is exponentially less than a group of criminals working cooperatively, as this same power to purchase through cooperative effort works the same way (or almost the same way) for defenders as it does for offenders. So before proceeding to the means by which the defenders in 1775 get their power to purchase from wherever they get it, it may be a good idea, for me to link to a study done by Benjamin Franklin, concerning the concept of money. Those who need to know more about money (the power to purchase) can study this work by Franklin themselves, to get an idea as to what was known at the time when the organic, federal, voluntary, mutual, defense, association was formed. Those creations of useful things created by people are potentially very good, in the hands of moral people, people who are honest, up front, and have open accounts open to all to see, because there is nothing to hide, and then, on the other end of the scale concerning things created by people, those same things can be counterfeited into false version, and the false versions only appear to be good things because the good things shine so brightly as good things. Examples: Example 1 Voluntary Mutual Defense Association or Federation That is a good thing, proven good, when good people take away from the criminals the criminal loot that criminals always seek, find, and take from honest, productive, people. If a good thing exists, then evil people will very often figure out a way to counterfeit the good thing. Example 2 Rule of Law The counterfeit version is called many names, such as summary justice, might makes right, rule by criminals under the color of law, dictatorship, tyranny, central banking, communism, fascism, capitalism, socialism, etc. Example 3 Competitive money on open markets The counterfeit version is called central banking fraud, and it is a routine used by criminals for thousands of years going back at least to the time of Jesus and the Money Changers. So where did the organic defenders of Liberty in America go to get their power-to-purchase the voluntary mutual defense of all people everywhere, but specifically the defense of innocent people currently under criminal attack by a criminal army of aggressors known collectively as The British? Is this the first contact made between true, moral, defenders, and the criminal elements that so often infiltrate every collection of good people, so as to enslave every collection of good people, with the same, routine, predictable, knowable, identifiable, and accurately identifiable money fraud crime? Note too, please, how land was, and still is, a vast source of wealth when moral people, responsible people, secure it from harm, improve it, and create from it vast stores (savings) of wealth, which is then the source of much greater wealth as stored wealth is invested into things, inventions, that increase the ability to create wealth exponentially. Such as, if we are going to think about inventing things, there is the human invention known as Federation, and the human invention known as money, and both can be counterfeited. Then there is the human invention known as Rule of Law, which also can be counterfeited. Land Titles can also be counterfeited, but land itself, as with oxygen, water, and sunlight, are only what they are even without people inventing them.

There were various ways to get off the prison ships. The British had a standing offer that any prisoner could be released immediately if he joined the British forces, and an unidentified number did so. Prisoners who carried money with them could buy their way off the ship. Others managed to escape. Also, prisoner exchanges were quite common, with officers exchanged for officers, seamen for seamen, soldiers for soldiers. But for vast numbers of prisoners, there were only two possibilities: death or the end of the war, whichever came first.

Before proceeding it is very seriously time to understand the gravity of the crimes perpetrated by the American infiltrators. Who are these infiltrators? Our northern brethren also, I believe felt a little tender under those censures; for, though their people had very few slaves themselves, yet they had been pretty considerable carriers of them to others. That was not only the "crimes against nature itself" perpetrated upon the people of Africa. We are speaking about torture and mass murder after consuming people as if people were less than cattle. Not speaking about people who may have been guilt of buying slaves, teaching slaves to earn their own way through life, and then working out a way for the slave to earn (purchase) their freedom, if such people did exist in those days. We are not speaking about "everyone," as if everyone is guilty because some people torture, murder, and mass murder people after consuming people as if people were less than cattle. Those who think it is an area of greyness concerning the ability of people to defend the innocent from the guilty are those who constitute that power commanded by criminals to purchase victims and consume victims. Think like victims, act like victims, and be power-less in defense against criminals, and by that failure of reasonable defensive thoughts and actions, crime pays well, and then there will never be a short supply of criminals. If you think evil people are everyone, for example, then where do you think the piles of victims come from? The piles, and piles, of victims throughout history are themselves evil because they rebelled? Because they refused to be one of the criminals, because they said no to joining the criminal gangs, they are guilty as sin, and therefore they, because of their lack of blind obedience to criminals, they, unlike you who pay the criminals whatever the criminals demand, are evil, because we are all evil according to that type of mind fornication? The many (not the few) are those who prefer to live and let live, to earn, to produce, to cooperate, to hold life like life has meaning, purpose, and value. That way of life, that spirit, can be misdirected, and that is the point of pointing out the gravity of the crimes perpetrated by the American infiltrators. Thomas Jefferson points them out clearly. Do you need a list of names? Do you begin to see the reasoning for electing Magistrates, starting a Committee of Safety (as the people in Oregon just did), and following the true law of the land, which is common law, which is legem terrae, which is to offer those found guilty their means by which they too can get back on the good side of life, to end their crime spree. Those who refuse to remain on the good side of life, to end their crime spree, are evil, they are animals, they are natural disasters, unreasonable, incorigable, criminally insane, and to allow them to run amok is akin to electing the criminally insane, torturing, mass murderers, as your absolute Dictators. Is that really that hard to see, and see clearly? If not, then why not?

Then go back to Jefferson's confession as to who was infiltrating the moral, voluntary, organic, defensive, necessary, mutual, association known as federation, or properly known as The United States of America. Any one of those people then, and any one of the whole number of people today can pick up the cause of Liberty and move it one step closer to reality. One step would be one indictment by one Grand Jury (comprised of Magistrates, or also known as justices of the peace) whereby one of the worst of the worst criminals currently running amok, like a Mad Dog, torturing, mass murdering, and worse in this land, right here, known collectively as The United States of America NOT in Congress Assembled, because the Mad Dogs are the counterfeit Congress, and the Mad Dogs are those who refuse to do anything in defense of their millions upon millions of victims.
