Joe, I am very busy trying to get our lives back in some sort of order here...boxes everywhere...and stuff still in the old house...the cat made it in the load last night...time will tell how the cat will do here in the country with 2 inherited giant dogs (at least they don't chase cats).

Another update: My Pop had gall bladder surgery Sat and Sun he was sent to another hospital with complications for a 2nd surgery so I have been with family on that matter. He is doing well. We are still halfway moved. Our friends are already knocking out walls in our old house and we are still getting our stuff out...we have entirely too much stuff. I expect to be out of bookwork pocket all week. I had hoped to accomplish much today in the way of moving work, but family time was on demand and my supply was spent in that direction. ...

Joe, Our lives are still upside down. I cannot tell when I will be able to do bookwork. Everything seems to take 3 or 4 times longer than planned.

I am able to bear the delays in printing the book, easily, and my hope is that my desires for your help in final editing outweigh any anxious feelings I have, so don't, please don't, feel any sense of additional burden, added to your already heavy load, on my account. Be free from any obligation from me, please, other than that which you welcome in your own mind, in due time. Priorities are your responsibility, not mine, and that is how it must be, so thanks for the very welcome, but not necessary, quick update. It is nice to know that you are still able to communicate to me. It is appreciated but not necessary. I could add more, but this sentence is probably beyond necessity?

Thank you, Joe, for understanding. It seems that I am surrounded with chaos and the book is one of those things that is dangling as I observe and orient myself in this crazy house. Not one room is finished and in place. My mom who was going to help me is helping my pop in his time of need so I feel alone and not knowing where to put things or where to start. Half my kitchen is still at the old house. I see that things will get worse here before they get better. So, I will work one step at a time. Thank you for being patient regarding bookwork. I expect to be silent again this week as I work towards order. I hope you and yours are well and that you have a good week.

Hi Joe, Reporting in to say things are "looking up," since I now know which way up is. I cannot yet look in the direction of bookwork though. We are still clearing basement of old house and I am still surrounded by boxes in the new house, but things are getting better. I believe I see bookwork on the horizon. I will report in next week to let you know if I can set my headings that way yet or not.

Joe, we are all well as I hope the same for you and yours. I am still in panic mode as I look around and see all that needs to be done. However, rationale takes over and tells me to do one thing at a time and so I will plug a way at all of the loose ends. I will check back in on Wed and let you know what I foresee towards bookwork. I hope to accomplish much on the home front today in the way of unpacking boxes which are still more than less.

Joe, my mom and Pop are coming Wed thru Sun so bookwork will not occur this week. I had only expected them for Thurs according to plans made last week, but Mom has her schedule cleared til Sunday now so they will be helping me get settled thru the end of the week. I'll let you know how things look for next week. I am hoping that since I am having the extra help this week that I will be able to settle into a bookwork routine. I am sorry to have to test your patience so. I really am hoping that next week I will be able to tell you good news.

bear, I went out to breakfast with the guys I once worked along side and having the discussion of the book tabled at breakfast inspires me to return to the book and read through one more time. I found a possible improvement in keeping my signature endings consistent. Also: The people at Bookmasters actually called me to see how the book was going, and I'm wondering now if someone actually read the .pdf file of the book text that I sent for a quick format check. 1. Example: Pate vii is: Joe’s words, “Cui bono?” —bear Page x has: I hope the example is worth the cost of reading. —Joe While Page 35: How much of it is prejudice made legal? — Joe 2. Page 4: The Crusades, and World War II. Knowing how to get past the resistance to factual, accurate information is a handy skill that works to get past and get around the false, inaccurate, deceptive versions of history. Is it an improvement: The Crusades, and World War II. Knowing how to get past the resistance to factual (accurate) information is a handy skill that works to get past and get around the false (inaccurate) deceptive versions of history. 3. Page 56 "Saying the nation of Israel will only be restored by Messiah and that the humanly done Zionism is not according to God’s Will." I think those words could be rephrased or as you have suggested those words can be added to a larger context with another sentence or paragraph added to the book. 4. Page 78 If you were on a Jury (a real Jury, not a counterfeit one), you could ask anyone whose profession is relevant to the case, and you could judge the case on professional evidence discovered during the case, and then actual people could be held accountable for those crimes. How about the following change? If you were on a Jury (a real Jury, not a counterfeit one), you could question anyone whose profession is relevant to the case, and you could judge the case on professional evidence discovered during the case, and then actual people could be held accountable for those crimes. 5. Page 80 The problem with connectivity is such that destructive things can travel as well as productive things, and if someone were to confuse destructive things with productive things, they may BLAME the medium of exchange because they fail to judge the stuff being transferred accurately. Hi Joe, My plan was to contact you today to make sure the file I currently have is the file that I should start using again. Things are feeling better on the homefront so I thought I'd begin trying to read thru again in my down time. I cannot promise much down time at the current, but I will begin to make it a priority instead of taking a nap due to sheer mental/physical exhaustion. I think I am past that phase now. I see you have left me some questions so I will begin to answer those now. 1. concerning signatures, I agree, they should all be formatted the same. --------------------------------------- 2. Good call on improvement! I like it and now read the information correctly (or as you intended): The Crusades, and World War II. Knowing how to get past the resistance to factual (accurate) information is a handy skill that works to get past and get around the false (inaccurate) deceptive versions of history. --------------------------------------- 3. Page 56 "Saying the nation of Israel will only be restored by Messiah and that the humanly done Zionism is not according to God’s Will." I think those words could be rephrased or as you have suggested those words can be added to a larger context with another sentence or paragraph added to the book. ---- Joe, Which do you prefer? Rephrasing or adding more info? Did I already send you info, or is it still in my hopper? ----------------------------------- 4. The change sounds good to me: If you were on a Jury (a real Jury, not a counterfeit one), you could question anyone whose profession is relevant to the case, and you could judge the case on professional evidence discovered during the case, and then actual people could be held accountable for those crimes. --------------------------------------- 5. Big improvement!!! Makes a difference in the way the sentence is read/understood! How about the following change? The problem with connectivity is such that destructive things can travel as well as productive things, and if someone were to confuse destructive things with productive things, they may BLAME the medium of exchange because they fail to accurately judge the stuff being transferred. -------------------------- 6. is left blank. Were you still writing and I have interrupted? ------------------------------ Do you think you need to resend me the file so we can be sure I am on correct version? I admit, I have lost track...it is like most everything in my house...I think I know where it is, but it may have moved, or been re-arranged, or even thrown away...by me or someone else being "helpful." My Pop is back in the hospital. But they appear to have everything under control Are you and yours all well? Nice to know bookmasters is now calling you! ...

bear, I was out all day today and tomorrow will be another outing for family stuff, so this reply is late, and the next may be late too. I can ask for you to rephrase (page 56) the sentence, if possible, or if not possible then add the context that is required to make the sentence work better in the book, and then I can update all these new changes into the book, and send you the latest copy from these most current changes. At breakfast I talked to the friend (co-worker) who helped me during the run for congress, and it was very good to re-establish our discussions where we left off, even if our time was very limited, as it is not often I am able to discuss topics with anyone. For some reason my viewpoint is foreign to most people, therefore it is rare to have a discussion partner. I think Dave, my past discussion partner, is very interested in hearing how our (bear discussion partner) discussions transpired. I told Dave I'd give him a book, and he said: "I'd rather buy one". So...I can hold off sending the latest .pdf file of the book until you can reply here (or in e-mail) with an adjustment to that sentence (or that message) on page 56, and then I can adjust the book accordingly, and then send the latest version back to you. Thanks, and I hope you can enjoy your new home, and start a new garden?

Joe, Thanks for the direction. I am going to try to start on bookwork first thing in the morning. Today is the first day I am home this week so I have some catching up to do on the home front today. Hopefully I will send you words for page 56 in the morning. I am glad you had opportunity to catch up with old buddies. It is nice to be able to pick those relations back up where they left off. We are enjoying our home. It still feels like we are on vacation. The house is a burmed A-frame with the feeling of a cabin. Spring will tell if a garden is in order. There is much to do to bring the fences back into order. An older guy told me that winter is the time to check fences because leaves and grass will die down to reveal fencing...common "country" sense which I still need to sharpen. The boys spend little time in the house. That makes me happy. TV and computer games are on the back burner as I had hoped. OK, I better get started on my chores. Our dog got hit by a 4-wheeler yesterday while we were gone and we haven't been able to find her so I spent an hour outside this morning looking and calling; thus, my morning is already gone without having accomplished much. I wish you and yours good family time, bear

Joe, regarding page 56: Saying the nation of Israel will only be restored by Messiah and that the humanly done Zionism is not according to God’s WillHow about if we change the sentence to read: Recently, I watched a video ( http://youtu.be/_Kp8t0fz3cE ) showing religious Jewish men meeting with Ahmadinejad. Those religious Jews were against Zionism. In that video, they indicated that the nation of Israel will only be restored supernaturally by Messiah and that current humanly accomplished Zionism is not according to God’s Will. I had never heard anything like that before. Joe, I am sorry it has taken me so long to write that small paragraph of words. It was easy enough. I guess I was just overwhelmed with all that was on my plate that I could not make myself think about those words. If you do not like the video link in the new version it can be deleted. Our dog came home this morning. However, the other cat that was too wild for me to catch was still at the old house and I had been feeding him trying to catch him and when I went to the old house yesterday he was in the road hurt, still alive, and still too wild for me to catch. I don't know if he had been hit or poisoned. He has hidden under a porch and I can't get him and I don't know whether he will make it. I did get hold of his scruff yesterday and he felt cold and I did not have much to hang on to. He ended up kicking and scratching me before he ran away. Time will tell. I don't know why I go thru so much trouble for a cat that is so wild. Seeing him in that condition hurt me more than our missing dog. Of course no one else really cares about that cat and everyone else was worried about the dog. I didn't tell the boys about the cat as they had enough to worry about. Thankfully the dog came home this morning with no signs of injury. She is full of burs though and I am not sure how I will manage getting them out of her thick long hair. I do think I have the current version of the book, but I would feel better if you would resend me your copy. Thanks, Joe, for your patience these past weeks. I can now see a light at the end of the tunnel, but there is still much work to do. I kind of want to get an antique booth to sell my stuff that I will not be using at the new house. For some reason that seems easier to me than to have a garage sale or to just drop it off at the Samaritan Center. Parting ways with the "stuff" seems easier if I display it in a booth and retail it. Sounds like work, but it also sounds fun. OK, I have to go sweep the floor and porch and start the chores I did not accomplish yesterday and hopefully do some unpacking too. I will wait to hear back from you. bear

bear, I am going to add the new sentence (without the link because that creates a need to change all the numbering in the Index) and then send you a copy of the latest book version. We know someone who has been fighting infection from cat bite in her hand, a very long process of healing, a very serious infection; watch out. Another cat story involves a wild cat that my Aunt fed while she visited my Mom before my Mom died in that same house. The cat would not let anyone near the cat until the day my Mom died, and then that cat went right up to my wife as if they were best friends. My wife was the one my Mom kept close, not me. So...a garden in 2014; more tomatoes? I love tomatoes, few good ones here in California (perhaps GMO).
