Asked how he chose the 2011 Nissan Leaf versus other options, Chalouhi said he wanted a car that was green, that could hold his family of four, and that he could drive on the highway with confidence.

The 2011 Chevrolet Volt range-extended electric car, he said, "isn't a pure electric vehicle" and "doesn't truly help the environment." He also noted it was more expensive, with a base price of $41,000 against the Leaf's price of $32,780.

Chalouhi expects to receive both the $7,500 Federal tax credit and California's $5,000 Clean-Air rebate, bringing his effective cost down to a little more than $20,000.

China Electric car charging

China’s industry has decided to shift gears to focus on EVs, not hybrids or even hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, signaling a change in direction that will undoubtedly have global ramifications. The Chinese market has become the world’s largest and, while growth is expected to be less robust in 2011 than it was in a heavily-subsidized 2010, the market will undoubtedly continue to increase in size and scope. Because of the anticipated increase in demand for electricity, China is also reshaping the way it produces energy. The country says it is rapidly cutting back on its use of coal and is instead leveraging hydropower, wind, gas and nuclear power.

We’re not sure. Musk also said in the same presentation that by 2030, all cars sold in the U.S. would be electric, an optimistic and idyllic view we’d place little money on actually happening. We hope to be proven wrong.

Also, their thermochemical reactor might be employed at coal-burning power plants to capture their CO2, and use it to make fuel for vehicles.

If the federal government has the exclusive right to judge the extent of its own powers, warned the Kentucky and Virginia resolutions' authors (Thomas Jefferson and James Madison, respectively), it will continue to grow - regardless of elections, the separation of powers, and other much-touted limits on government power.


That was news. That is news.

People make news real.

Some more historical context may help the reader understand the news item linked at the top of the page.

Item A:


That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.


There is much to know about that except quoted above, including but not limited to the choice behind the word "happiness" instead of a choice that changes or alters the meaning as people are want to do, over time, to choose instead the word "property".

A. Happiness
B. Property

One is one, one is not the other. If one meant the same thing as the other there would be one word, not two, and Jefferson chose happiness. Jefferson didn't choose property in that context.

Item 2:

Some writers have so confounded society with government, as to leave little or no distinction between them; whereas they are not only different, but have different origins. Society is produced by our wants, and government by our wickedness; the former promotes our happiness positively by uniting our affections, the latter negatively by restraining our vices. The one encourages intercourse, the other creates distinctions. The first is a patron, the last a punisher.

Society in every state is a blessing, but government even in its best state is but a necessary evil in its worst state an intolerable one; for when we suffer, or are exposed to the same miseries by a government, which we might expect in a country without government, our calamities is heightened by reflecting that we furnish the means by which we suffer!


Note, again, the word choice is "happiness", as in "promotes our happiness".

The connection I see can be seen mathematically:

Happiness = good = morality = survival = the right action = do no harm

Person A chooses not to harm person B, to do so would, by definition, decrease the happiness of person B.

All things are relative.

The historical context includes a war, a revolution, one whereby rebels became rebels, and rebels removed oppressors - thereby escaping from things that make people unhappy.

Oppression makes the oppressed unhappy, while the oppressors take a contrary position. Oppressors are more than happy to oppress, by definition, by confession of action if not by word.

Enter State Left:

Alexander Hamilton and his gang of frauds began their bid to oppress, and they won, they enacted The Constitution. They were known, by the insiders, as Nationalists, and it was known, by the insiders, that the nationalists were hiding behind a false front of federalism.

From that record offered above are the following quotes:


"But, Sir, the same spirit, which caused our doors to be shut, our proceedings to be kept secret, our journals to be locked up, and every avenue, as far as possible, to be shut to the public information,"...


The dissenters were people not party to the fraudulent, secret, power grab, where the frauds were dividing up their newly acquired power to punish, their turf.

The secretive nature of the "Constitutional Convention", which could have been advertised without the misleading title, such as "Out with the old bosses, in with the new ones" or "Regime Change version 0001", was secretive so as to "get their story straight", and get all their ducks in a row, as the following quote indicates (taken from the journals of those who smuggled out the unfiltered, un-spun, facts):


Nay, so far were the friends (Hamilton in particular) of the system (Nationalism, or more accurately: legal crime) from pretending that they meant it, or considered it as a federal system, that on the question being proposed, "that a union of the Sates, merely federal, outh to be the sole object of the exercise of the powers vested in the convention," it was negatived by a majority of the members, and it was resolved "that a national government ought to be formed." Afterwards the word "national" was struck out by them, because they thought the word might tend to alarm (read: confess); and although, now, they who advocate the system (read: legal crime) pretend (read: lie, fraud, cover-up, hide) to call themselves federalists, in convention the distinction was quite the reverse; those who opposed the system (legal crime) were there considered and styled the federal party, those who advocated it, the antifederal.

This context above leads to the context by which a dupe named Madison, fully deceived by the Hamilton gangs fraud, by some inner feat of self-delusion, along with the power of delusion supplied by the Hamilton gang, or some other power, such as pure greed, avarice, duplicity, who knows what, sided with the nationalists hiding behind the rather thin veil of federalism.

And then the dupe named Madison turned his coat, suffering, perhaps, a bout of reality.

That brings things up to the date at which Madison joins forces with Jefferson, after the coup, after the Hamilton legal crime gang of frauds seized control over, and you can guess what, control over the power to purchase - the legal credit card, and the one and only legal credit card encompassing one, and only one, nation.

Federalism leaves in place, by design, separate and sovereign state governments, able to join or un-join the voluntary union. To do otherwise, is crime.

Leaving only one choice, is crime.

Obey

That is the only choice left, any suggestion of another choice is false, a cover-up, and a fraud - once the frauds take over.

Ask them if they are frauds.

What do you expect will be the answer outside the secret closed door meetings?

Inside, as you can see, they are more likely to speak the truth.

Note that neither Thomas Paine, the author of Common Sense, nor Thomas Jefferson, the author of The Declaration of Independence, were present inside those closed door, secret, discussions, whereby the nation, disguised behind a thin veil of legitimacy, was hatched by those legal criminals, those nationalists, hiding behind a thin veil of legitimacy then called federalism.

Again, so as to reinforce the clear understanding, a federal design, of government, by comparison to a national design, is voluntary; whereas the national design is compulsory.

A voluntary design incorporates, or preserves, competition. And competition is the force that forces quality to go up, and competition is the force that forces cost, or price, to go down; price goes down to cost.

Members of a more costly and less beneficial state, within a federated voluntary union of separate and sovereign states, can walk on over to a less costly and more beneficial state, and thereby exercise their power to vote with their feet.

Now, readers, someone may want to expose the fact that native Americans, and slaves, were part and parcel to the group known as people, as in "We The People", despite what any of the insiders may say, or lie about, and so there, in that very thing, you have the final solution to that problem, and sufficient evidence to expose the legal criminals.

The legal criminals, behind closed doors, were dividing up their property, the slaves, and that power, to divide up their slaves, was seized by that deal, and that deal became known as the dirty compromise. Look it up.

From the perspective of a legal criminal the compromise was not dirty, it was agreeable, and this is important to know, to step into their shoes, be empathetic, a weakness according to some.

In a federated voluntary union, use your own brain, native Americans, slaves, indentured servants, the tired, the poor, and the hungry, are welcome in some states, not welcome in other states, and free to leave some states, and not free to leave other states.

If my state says: "You are welcome here, so long as you are not a criminal, if you can get here, and once here, we will treat you no different than anyone else.", then the fence around my state keeps out the criminals, and allows the innocent in, and the fence can be a simple fact, that, people living here, in this voluntary union, refuse to be victimized by anyone, legal or not, and potential criminals vote with their feet, toward greener pastures - so to speak.

Thing are made more complicated for a reason, just don't ask if you want the truth, you have to find the truth in actions, or confessions, because criminals lie. Who elects them? Why do they elect them?

Not here, not on my dime - what better fence can be constructed, and by whom?

Who has the power?

If my state says: "Once you are here, obey. If you don't obey, fill in the blank.", then which voter is going to vote with their feet, and how are they going to vote with their feet, if they can, since the fence is designed to keep the criminals in power and the fence is designed to keep the victims in place and sheered regularly.

A person can say, well Joe, that all sounds really great, but we live in America, and we can vote with our feet. All that history is quaint, but not relevant.

The 10th Amendment Nullification Movement

Suppose, if you are up for such a thing, that a state in this Union of States, does something.

A. One State does something.

Now suppose that the thing done is very popular among many of the people who current live in another state and then many people start moving to the state that has done something.

B. Many people start moving to the one state that does something.

What, after doing all that supposing, is the thing done in the one state that is so popular as to inspire a lot of tax payers to walk, vote with their feet, and move their tax paying butts from one state to the other?

How about this:

C. Lower Federal Tax Liabilities

Do you see a pattern?

Is the puzzle taking shape?

How about this:

D. Offer a new banking system directly competing with The Federal Reserve System, and repudiate all debts accumulated by the legal criminals who have run that fraudulent organized crime ring, or system, if your prefer to use the terms that are carefully chosen by the legal criminals so as to cover up their crimes.

So, now you have one separate and sovereign state government regaining the power to prosper, actually The People who are capable of prospering regain control over their government, and The People are now able to prosper, once again, to be happy.

What can stop them?

How about a dose of reality, from the score board?

Per tax payer:

$127,697.00

That is enough purchasing power for me to own, as my sole and exclusive property, a 1500 sq. ft, brand new home, without a mortgage payment.

I owe that, if I am a tax payer.

How much do I owe if I am not a tax payer? Is that a silly question?

Who says I owe the value of one home, without a mortgage, while I pay a mortgage on the home I don't owe, the upside down one I'm living in?

Who do I owe this debt to, and what did I buy with all that money?

I know that I bought a whole lot of torture and a whole lot of mass murder, with all that money that I owe, and I prefer not to torture any more, and I prefer not to murder any more, on my dime, and my guess is that the people on the list to be tortured and the people on the list to be murdered appreciate my sentiments. My sentiments may make them happier.

What choices do I have?

How about a move to a state where things are better in a measurable way such as a reduction in how much I owe to the torturing mass murders?

There it is, the puzzle, and a solution. Not the final solution.

People vote with their feet. State A gains power. The Federal government remains one so long as the power to purchase doesn't purchase a new war, one that is far from civil, whereby the national government invades and forces the not so separate and sovereign state to obey - pay up.

No or else.

Obey, and don't forget that discussion is against the law.

Torture and mass murder is legal, if you have the right paper work.

Off shore drilling in reverse?

The machines conversion process can turn two pounds of plastic into one quart of oil, using only one kilowatt-hour of energy. The crude oil produced can then either be used in a power generator or be further refined into gasoline, though one would need a second machine to complete the refining process and create gasoline.

Why do I mention off-shore drilling?

How much fuel would a huge oil tanker consume during a trip through the floating plastic island in the Pacific Ocean if one were converted into a reaper or skimmer vessel and used to farm the plastic for fuel production?

What would be the cost/benefit ratio for a diesel engine ship compared to a solar/lunar/wave powered ship?

What about tapping into that power source in Yellowstone where the volcano is threatening to erupt?
