Today is: 08-23-2011 Liberty Day 2012 can be 07-04-2012 Honest Productive Americans, Consider, please, that these words you are reading challenge you, after informing you, and from this point on you are no longer an Honest Productive American who can claim, honestly, that you did not know. You cannot claim to not know the following: 1. You are contributing to your own demise, through your connection to the Legal Crime Network behind the false front of U.S.A. Inc. (LLC). 2. You are contributing to the legal torture of your own self, your own family, your own friends, and unaccounted for millions of fellow victims on this planet, through your connection to the Legal Crime Network behind the false front of U.S.A. Inc. (LLC). 3. You are contributing to the legal serial killings of millions of murder victims, many who are officially recognized, and many who are unaccounted for, through your connection to the Legal Crime Network behind the false front of U.S.A. Inc. (LLC). 4. You can disconnect from that Legal Crime Network by inventing your own methods, and in doing so you will no longer be contributing toward your own torture, your own eventual murder, the torture and murder of your loved ones, and the torture and murder of many other innocent victims. 5. You can borrow the inventions invented by fellow Honest Productive Americans as they too work to sever the connection to the Legal Crime Network as the people who run that Network siphon off the power that you create, and as those Legal Criminals then employ your stolen power in the work of torture, and the work of mass murder, expended in the necessary work required to keep that connection to you connected. I will, from this day forward, when able, by my own measure of expedience, continue this forum post to count down the days from now until Liberty Day 2012, which is now, officially, by the authority of at least one Honest Productive American: July 4th, 2012. Inventions of things done, to accomplish the goal of disconnection with The Legal Crime Network will follow in each new days post, inventions that can be borrowed, copied, employed, by trial and error, as methods by which the connection to The Legal Crime Network is severed. If you do not accept the Challenge, you are no longer innocent, you are by your refusal to take the challenge, a willing participant in legal torture, and legal murder. May God have mercy on your soul. Things to consider: 1. Creating a Liberty Day 2012 Facebook page, YouTube page, etc. 2. The concept of open source applies to memetics, the term going viral, polarization, critical mass, 100th monkey phenomenon, and even the Jellybean Jar experiment where averages measure the accuracy of human perception aggregates.

Today is 08-24-2012 At some point I can begin counting down the days until Liberty Day - July 4th 2012 Not yet. I posted this declaration of a new Liberty Day on another forum, as a link to this Forum Topic. The person who responded to my declaration of Liberty Day responded with constructive criticism. The constructive criticism suggests that I need to make the message clear to the reader. My response to this constructive criticism is that I report, that is what I do, I report, and what happens after I report is not up to me. I use English. I use accurate words. What happens on the readers end is beyond my power. The man hears what he want's to hear, and disregards the rest. The need to do something, in the face of impending doom, where each human being is growing more, and more, distrustful of each other human being, resulting in a repeat of previous cases of hell on earth, such as the shining examples of Hitler's Germany, and Stalin's Russia, or even Pol Pots Cambodia, is an obvious need itself. The obvious need to do something in the face of this pending doom has nothing to do with me, from someone else's viewpoint. In other words: I can't make anyone see it. That is like me saying: "Don't stare at the sun, and don't put your hand in the fire; while the Sun slowly reaches supernova, and the Earth is set on fire." Every human eye, and every human being will be consumed by the fire. When? I don't care. It has nothing to do with me, unless it happens soon, and as far as I know the sun won't reach supernova until long after my body expires by some other cause of death. Do you see? If I place myself in the shoes of the critic, the person who thinks I need him, or her, to tell me that my message is unclear, is like me hearing from someone else that I should do something about the impending super nova. You be the judge, and since I have such a difficult time inspiring discussion, so as to find the accurate answers to vital questions, I will have to play the part of an imaginary reader, as an imaginary reader joins the discussion about Liberty Day on July 4th 2012. Joe (me) writes about Liberty Day and the following is the response: I read it and I have no idea what U.S.A Inc. (LLC) is. You also don't elaborate on what you define as "the legal crime network" I think you need to make it clear to the reader what you are specifically talking about...just my suggestion. Joe then says: I can play this game too. The person responds (call him TPR to mean The Person who Responds): Joe: "I can play this game too." TPR: "He was just trying to offer constructive criticism." Joe: "Do you also have no idea what U.S.A. Inc. (LLC) is?" TPR: "It may be a good idea to elaborate, as the person suggested." Joe: "I can play this game too. There is an Elephant in the room, and it is a small room, there is Elephant feces all over the place, but I have know idea what someone is talking about when they talk about the Elephant in the room, so I say, since the Elephant is invisible, despite the feces, and the sagging foundation, and the rumbling heavy footsteps, and the often repeated rage of the Elephant in the room, so, sure, I can play this game too." TPR: "Whatever, nut case." Joe: "Conspiracy Theorist." There is a concept called expedience. How much time and effort is it expediently justified in the work of communicating something to someone who refuses to ask vital questions? Really, Joe, what does the nut case have to say about that "vital" question? Between now and July 4th 2012 are opportunities. Liberty Day July 4th 2012 An invention has been invented by someone, and it does not matter who, what matters is how many are polarized by the invention. Before the invention people think and act a certain way, and after the invention people who are polarized by the invention act a way that is no longer the same way. Who invented fire? Who cares. Are you going to suggest to the person who invented fire, that they should learn how better to communicate to other people as to the relative benefits and dangers of fire? Who invented liberty? I didn't. If you are not polarized by Liberty, what polarizes you? What happened to you, along the way, whereby you forgot how to live in Liberty? MY inability to communicate the message of Liberty is not the problem. Don't blame me. Look ahead to July 4th 2012, what do you see? It is now August 24th, 2011. Between now and July 4th 2012 a new President of U.S.A. Inc. (LLC) will be elected, and you can call the polarizing idea behind U.S.A. Inc. (LLC) anything you want, it remains to be The Elephant in the room, by any name, it remains to be exactly what it is, and then, after the new President is "elected" (parenthesis intends to convey the true measure of just how fraudulent the election process is, including the design of excluding many people from the franchise of voting, including the use of rigged electronic voting computers, including all that is inclusive in that ongoing fraud), between now and July 4th 2012, the "Election" happens. Between now and July 4th 2012 the official authorities on the Mayan Calender say that the Mayan Calender ends. Between now and July 4th 2012 there are opportunities. Before the declaration yesterday, here on this forum, there wasn't anyone polarized to accomplish the specific goal set on that day of declaration, but now there is one person, and maybe two, so far, who are polarizing to reach the goal by July 4th 2012. Since the day of declaration I have offered a few inventions, on this path to reach the goal on Liberty Day July 4th 2012. I. State the goal: Liberty day will be July 4, 2012, when I am no longer supporting Legal Torture, and Legal Murder, by my connection to the Legal Crime Network, I so declare on this day 08-23-2011, or my name isn't Joe Kelley. Today is: 08-25-2011 Liberty Day 2012 can be 07-04-2012 Honest Productive Americans, The Challenge has been working on me for decades and if you have yet to invent a solution that works you can borrow mine, or find a solution offered by someone else, and you can improve upon those borrowed inventions. One invention that can be borrowed is a Swiss Model Republican form of limited or semi-voluntary government such as the one invented by the people who signed onto, and the people who actual signed The Declaration of Independence in 1776, after having arrived at the same point we are at now, and that same point that we are at now was very well communicated by a person named Thomas Paine. Claiming to be doing nothing is another lie. 4. You do as you are told, which is worse than nothing, since you are told to do the things that increase the rate of increase of acceleration that power flows to those you think are working to protect you, when those who you think are working to protect you are working to make you suffer. 5. You are reading this, and now you have a date, on a calender, and the date is July 4th 2012, and on that date, at least one person is going to end the problem, and at least one person has a working plan that will end the problem, and therefore you can, now, volunteer to work toward that same goal, on that day, in your own way, or you can copy the one way offered, or you can copy any other way that any other person is offering, to stop the ongoing criminal flow of power that provides the means by which we suffer. The Challenge is before you, you may not yet be up to speed, but having a working brain, more or less, and having a working moral conscious, more or less, you can choose to get off the Long Black Train heading to doom day, and that day of doom is not a day in the future, that day of doom is every day, for every victim, every second, and every minute, and every hour, and every month, and every year, from now on, as that power continues to flow from you, as that power flows to those who make us suffer. Did you forget, already? Do you need to have the torture victims plopped onto your breakfast table? Do you need to have the bleeding, burning, screaming, and torn apart innocent victims splattered all over your bedroom walls while you try to sleep? No, you don't, not if the presumption of honesty is true, not if the presumption of innocence is, still, true, you don't need to get that far down that road before you will finally decide that you have, truly, had enough. If you must, sure, keep your journey secret, and that will work, so long as your plan remains on that road leading to liberty. I see a need for publicity, public access, public awareness, networking, connected, open source, mutually beneficial, voluntary, agreeable, public access, non-exclusionary, non-secretive, non-exclusive, ubiquity, in liberty, on this road, we share, to liberty. How will you know when we get there, or, having failed to get there yet, how will you know if you are moving that way, in a measurable way? Is that the real reason for your silence? Just let someone else feed the meat grinder, today, and tomorrow the beast will be satisfied, full, and momentarily occupied in other things, and the next day someone else can feed it, and then someone else, and then another month goes by, and then another year, on your plan. Today is: 08-26-2011 Liberty Day 2012 can be 07-04-2012 The Challenge Continues Honest Productive Americans, Following in chronological order is a list of inventions offered as solutions to the problems impeding the progress toward a new day of liberty. 1. (Officially announced in August 2011) A New Legal Money Issue (produced to replace the fraudulent one currently enforced as a monopoly, the new competitive replacement consists of 2 integral parts of a simple whole financial system) Product 1 (no interest home and business mortgage loans made available to qualified borrowers) Product 2 (1% interest earning loans for calculated net profit purchases are made available to qualified borrowers) 2. BLANK That is the list so far, after a few days on the road toward the new liberty day, on the calender, on schedule. The list can be shown to anyone, anytime, as it does now exist. Let it be known, to all who have yet to know, that the list does exist. Anytime, anyone, complains, like a whimpering child, or a child suffering a temper tantrum, or a child resorting to deceit as a means of leveraging desired behavior from the targets of the child's willful choice to invent deception, produce deception, and then employ deception, to execute deception, upon the targeted victim, or victims, along the lines of claiming that there is no solution, that there is only bad news, that no one has ever managed to invent, produce, and maintain a competitive answer to "Business as usual", or "The Business Cycle", or "The Globalists", or "The New World Order", or "The Government", or "Taxes", or "The Establishment", or what I call Legal Crime, or The Problem, having done so, having voiced that claim, let them eat cake now. Suck it up. Grow up. They may yet be ignorant. They may yet be immature. They may yet be hoodwinked, by their own deceptions. They can be informed. An answer exists. Now. An official answer has been published days ago. The thing that can end Legal Crime does exist, and it is ready to be employed by those who seek liberty. A claim of "They didn't know", such as the claim often attributed to the people of Nazi Germany; while they paid the price of providing the means by which they suffered, as they suffered each in turn, as time went by, on that road - such a claim is false - once information reaches anyone, anywhere, who is, in fact, ignorant, they know, and claims of "they didn't know" are lies. Now you know too. You know that there is a problem. Stop lying about it. Claiming that you didn't know may temporarily massage your suffering. Lying to someone else is an attack by the strong upon the weak, a power play, and a resort to the willful employment of deceit. You are strong so long as you now your lie is a lie, and your target is weak so long as your target remains ignorant. Lying to yourself is a cost paid by those who abuse lies. Call it Blowback. Call it anything, just don't call it late for dinner, that is a lie, it isn't late for dinner, it is eating out all that was ever valuable in human existence. Blowback isn't a mistake to those not yet blown back. They are not making mistakes, not those who still know that the lie is a lie. They, those criminals who are the new generation Nazi's, new generation Bolsheviks, new generation legal, torturing, mass murderers, new generation operators of the new generation of a new Dark Age, and an new generation Inquisition, those criminals are legal criminals, and that is a self evident crime of fraud in progress, and they may include some of them who are now also being consumed by their own inventions of deceit, as their own executions of those deceptions blow back and consume them too - not just their targets. That is the measure of their mistake, if they make such a mistake, and if they don't, they don't, and this should be as self-evident, elementary, and obvious, as any other accurate perception. The sky is blue; while the sun is producing light reaching Earth, and the eyes of the accurately perceiving beings living here. There can be only a few who manage to gain by the invention and execution of crime. Once the number of victims decline, become scarce, the criminals turn upon themselves. Please know this too. Among the criminals, sure, there are those who make mistakes, trusting each other, when no such thing can be earned, without lies, and without twisting words, such as calling a lie by any other name, like a rose, it is what it is, a lie is not "semantics", a lie is not a "euphemism", a lie is not "spin", a lie is not a "mistake", unless the lie blows back, and the inventor, producer, and executioner of the lie becomes victim to it, when, at some point, belief in the lie infects it's owner. Even that is a lie. Lies have no soul, no power of will, no quality of self awareness, no power to posses, and therefore it can't own anything, including it's victims. Trust that a legal criminal will lie, in his, or her, own interest. Play with deceit long enough and you too may believe in your own lies. They are not making mistakes when they produce lies, and when they execute lies upon their targeted victims, while they know better than to believe in their own lies. Children know better, because they are disconnected from that lie, innocent of it, unaffected by it, not yet caught up in it, not yet having their behavior modified by it, not yet brainwashed, not yet conditioned to respond to it, and from that position of innocence, they can see a naked emperor, as plain as day; his pee pee is obviously dandling in front of God and everyone. Why are so many people dumfounded by that one lie? What is their own interest in perpetuating that single, monopolistic, lie? Ask a child if you dare. If you fail to ask, what do you think you are condemning children to be on their journeys through life on Earth? Call the problem "Globalism" if that works for you. I'll call it, in English, what it is, unmistakably, and so as to convey accurate meaning, and so as to avoid potentially duplicitous ambiguity, I willfully choose to call it Legal Crime. It is before you, and it is naked, and if you willfully choose to put fancy clothes on it, you do so at your own peril, unless, by chance, or by a power you poses, and command: you are vigorously employing the handle end of that stick, as you thrust the red hot smelly and sharp end deeper into your tortured victims, if you are one of those very few on top of that Pyramid Scheme, the Legal Crime thing, for lack of a more accurate term. Chances are that the few who are still effectively employing that thing to their exclusive advantage, say the least, by way of confession. Their actions confess what their words do not, and the money trail cannot lie - either. You can. You can lie. That, so far, is still your choice; assuming, by way of reason, that you are not yet consumed by your own lies; a closed loop. You define the sounds of silence, you readers, those who choose to remain unchallenged. You define legal crime, since, now, there is an obvious, workable, way out, on schedule, ready for your employment, and it isn't mission impossible, it is merely what it is, and it isn't anything else but what it is, and if it isn't as good as you would like it, you can make it better, or you can invent a better solution, but it still is what it is, and you can take it or leave it. You can also choose to continue down the path to Hell on Earth. You can also claim to be dumfounded, and that may actually be the truth. I can't confess for you. Today is: 08-27-2011 Be Challenged Liberty Day can be 07-04-2012 Honest Productive Americans, I've heard of a few possible, competitive, and challenging methods to move closer to Liberty Day, which may, or may not, occur on schedule, may or may not occur by July 4th 2012. I heard one offering by someone calling into the Alex Jones Radio show, where the idea was to cut up our credit cards. What denomination are those credit cards? They are denominated in Dollars. Dollars were invented by, produced by, and are still maintained by Legal Criminals. Credit cards may be just us, crediting each other, offering mutual support. What turns a good thing bad? Why cut off your nose to spite your face? Why throw out the baby with the bathwater? Why would you volunteer to make yourself less powerful, in the fight against a force that is more powerful? Why cut credit cards as the first step, when the first step can be to invent, produce, and maintain a higher quality form of credit, actual credit, instead of the lies that serve special interests at the expense of the honest productive people who have been targeted for exploitation? If a better form of credit is invented, produced, and maintained, who will be interested in using the high cost, and low quality competition? Liberty can be the goal, and there are ways to get to that goal, all at once, or one small step at a time. The power is yours, it may be a good time to know that, and it may be a good time to start using that power to make more power, and it may be a good time to stop providing the means by which we suffer. An accurate perspective can lead people on productive paths, so the damage done by willful error in perception does more damage than merely causing damage, such as the shining examples of aggressive wars for profit. When the victims are led by willful error in perception down the path of an aggressive war for profit not only do they cause torturous, horrible, and massive damage to many targeted victims, including the cannon fodder who are fooled into such employment, not only are all those victims damaged, on purpose, for the profits of a very few, not only that, those same victims could have done productive work, had they all not been employed in, and targeted by, the very few who profit by, those willful errors of perception. Each case of damage done through the use of lies, from the victims viewpoint, are cases of expense, cost, toil, trouble, blood, sweat, tears, and productive value, spent to purchase more expense, more cost, more toil, more trouble, more blood, more sweat, more tears, more torture, more horror, more misery, as the first expense creates more expense, from the victims viewpoint, as the victim is driven by the lie to dig their own grave, and die in the process, with no one left to do the productive work of covering up your rotting and stinking corpse. If the lies had no connection whatsoever with the truth, would the victims still continue to believe the lies, and be driven by the lies, and be injured by the lies, until death parts them? How about another example besides the shining example of aggressive wars for the profit of a very few at the expense of the very many? How about the lie of monopoly banking, or State Banking, or the lie of having only one official money producer, only one official money processor, whereby involuntary taxes must be paid only with that one money, no other money is officially licensed, subsidized, and made legal, by the very few who can corner that legal money market? Is that as good as aggressive wars for profit for shinning the light of truth, justice, and the American way? Which works best? A. Aggressive Wars for Profit B. Legal Crime Money Power Neither can be seen by the victims for what they are, in fact, as the victims of those lies won't see the truth, no matter how much the truth shines upon the victims, as the victims are led to believe in the benefits they earn in their hell holes filled with the darkness of cherished falsehood. Which one is better at inspiring the victims to climb out of their hell holes, into the light of a more accurate perception, and onto a productive path, instead of abject employment of power in the work of destruction? A. Aggressive Wars for Profit B. Legal Crime Money Power Ask a returning soldier who was told to kill the enemy to protect Liberty if the brilliant light of accurate perception has uncovered a lie by which his destructive power, or her destructive power, has been misspent in the work of securing the profits flowing to a very few, very bad, criminals, as those very bad criminals hide behind a false front of legality? Ask the same returning soldier if he prefers to be paid in dollars, or if he, or she, prefers to be paid in something better than dollars? If the question is vital, the answer is as vital, so long as the answer is accurate. Willfully false perceptions are destructive. Stop swallowing them whole, and see what happens next.

Today is: 08-28-2011 Be Challenged Liberty Day can be 07-04-2012 Honest Productive Americans, The shared understanding of a dire necessity is the defining of polarization against the power of crime that is made legal, as the victims wake up, and begin the process of realization. This process can be seen on a scale from abject obedience to falsehood on one end of the scale, and on the other end of the scale, or stick, is someone, somewhere, who represents near perfect knowledge. Can it be understood that those who profit the most from the invention, production, and maintenance of these crimes, that are made legal, are those who are most likely closer, and closest to near perfect knowledge concerning the very things they invent, and the very things they produce, and the very things that they maintain? The process works along the scale as the victims fall victim to the lies, and their power to resist weakens, and they fall deeper, and deeper, into the abyss, and are tangled more, and more, within the web of deceit, moving closer and closer to the far end, the stinky end, the point whereby they begin to represent those who pay the most, and receive the least, on that scale. What is the process by which someone can work to move away from being a victim and move toward being less of a victim? There are many processes, and I can generalize two as follows: 1. If you can't beat' em: Join' em (the option that is not an option, it is blind obedience to falsehood) 2. Get off that stick (liberty is the total measure of all the options that are not on the first non-option on this list of options) Setting aside the first option, which is the option that perpetuates the business cycle, or the closed loop, or legal crime, or business as usual, or as it perpetuates the master/slave social network, I can move onto the second option. The victims are polarized to be victims, or to be those who target and then exploit victims, and that can be seen as a power struggle, where victims are dumfounded, stupefied, and sent further, and further, down the smelly end of the stick, as the victims are rendered powerless against victimization, as the numbers, and masses, of victims are fighting each other, or in other ways not polarized to invent, produce, and get off that stick as one union of fed up victims, and within that closed loop, a few stronger victims, are polarized to "become that which we (supposedly) abhor", to become victimizer as the only option other than being a victim. 1. If you can't beat' em: Join' em Setting aside that closed loop, of having only two choices, one being the lesser of two evils; to either be a victim, or to be a victimizer, there can be as many other options as there are electrons in the known universe, or seconds in the expanse of all time. 2. Get off that stick Once the victims, and those who decide that being a victimizer is better than being a victim, understand, in unison, that those choices are false choices, they can begin to look for alternatives. Once they begin that process, the alternative option begins to materialize as a very distant source of light, so distant as to almost be imperceptible, a faint spark in the darkness of falsehood. Once that first distant spark is perceived, each individual will then be polarized to it, for an instant, for a first moment of truth; where it was, what it was, and will it become visible again, and in that process there is a time span. The spark became visible. That happened once, or that will happen soon, for the first time. The person perceiving the initial spark, the first realization that options exist, the first glimpse of a human condition that is no longer either victim or victimizer, and then a reaction occurs. If the reaction is not a knee jerk reaction, not a behavioral modification conditioned response, where the person perceives the spark, through an opening door, and the reaction is not to slam the door shut, the person may be polarized to desire, or have a self-interest in, knowing more, seeking that spark of light once again. The spark becomes visible. The door is slammed shut, or there is an internal awareness of a dire need to know the full measure of that spark. Those who don't slam the door shut, and those who realize the need to know the full measure of that spark, which is a beginning perception of options away from the victim loop, are thereby polarized away from that which is the road to doom day, breaking the closed loop, defeating the conditioned response. The door does not open toward a way out, it is not an escape route, because those perceptions belong in that closed loop cycle, on that stick, where victims and victimizers struggle to choose between the lesser (or greater) of two evils, and the true measure of that spark, once it begins to take shape, is a way forward, going forward, not a way out, backing out of something, it is a goal, the goal is not to leave, the goal is a future place, in time, and it is only a way out incidentally. When will that day of Liberty occur? Why not set a date? What will happen on that day of Liberty? Obvious things will happen on that day of Liberty. Victims will no longer be providing the means by which they suffer. Why not set a date? What holds you back? What is the cause of self-censorship? I can't answer that last question, I'm no longer self-censored. I can guess within the sounds of silence. You fear?

Today is: 08-28-2011 Be cowards heading to where that road leads you, or be Challenged. Liberty is, and it can be July 4th, 2012 too. Honest Productive American (I know you are out there), I'm conjuring up explanations in the absence of responses, or volunteers, or even in the absence of abject criticism, and even in the absence of personal verbal attacks - in the absence of competition. What explains the vacuum? Are people reading this demand for action and then after reading they are processing the information in much the same way that a coal miner keeps an eye on the canary? This thread records ideas offered to meet the challenge offered. Who do you think is offering the challenge? Me? Just how stupefied are you? The Challenge has to come from within all those who will work toward avoiding further injury by those specific people who have you in their sights, those specific people who are injuring you now. You have to Challenge your self or you will continue to provide the means by which we suffer. I have a bit part in this play. Me, is nothing to you, and if you are reading this, and eying me, waiting for me to drop dead like the canary in the coal mine, you are wasting your time. I've been at this for decades, if there was a need to kill off all the canaries in all the coal mines they would all be long dead. Alex Jones would be dead. Alexander I. Solzhenitsyn would have been snuffed out long before he wrote The Gulag Archipelago, long before it was published and read by millions, including me. I am insignificant. The information is significant. Perhaps the explanation for the lack of volunteers, more people working, publicly, toward Liberty, on a schedule, is a perceived need for secrecy. Each, alone, in the dark, in the underground, work their own, individual, battles, toward liberty, and each individual decides, each moment, not to share their own lessons on the road to liberty, for fear of what? Liberty may become popular, on schedule? Are people so confused as not to know what must happen. Like Alex Jones, who has no plan, certainly not a plan with a schedule, or like Jesse Ventura whose plan can't work, voting, as if voting was not rigged, as if wishing that voting was not rigged makes voting not rigged. There is a link that links the victims to the legal criminals, and that link is legal, and that link is criminal, and that link is the link that allows the power to flow from the victims to the legal criminals. That same link is the same link that links all the victims to each other, and as that link is squeezed, crushed, and rendered powerless, so as to restrict the flow of power flowing from victim to victim, there is another power still linking the Legal Criminals to the victims and the power flow accelerates along that parallel link, and the power isn't flowing to the victims. The two links can be know as the political link, and the economic link. As the Legal Criminals destroy the legal money used by the victims the victims grow weaker, as the criminals grow more powerful, for lack of power the victims starve, for lack of commerce, lack of credit, lack of trust, lack of mutual support, lack of productivity the victims die off, and many die miserably. For want of an accurate, powerful, meaningful, useful, workable, high quality, and low cost medium of exchange, the victims perish, or pay any price, since the Legal Criminals are destroying the one, and only, legal medium of exchange, the victims will pay any price to get past this managed condition of economic doom. The political link is thereby dilated, opening wide, as the economic link is simultaneously constricted, as the new regime travels down the birth canal and through the cervix. That baby is hell on earth, a "better" world reserve currency monopoly. Then the new regime will eat it's parents. Why not invent an alternative? Why not put the process of producing the alternative on a calender? Why not publish the calender and welcome volunteers? Why not improve the invention, make it better, and make it lower in cost? If the victims invent, produce, and maintain a more accurate connection from victim to victims, so as to facilitate equitable commerce, increase the quality of production through mutual cooperation, lower the cost of production by way of specialization, division of labor, and economies of scale, raise the quality of life, while lowering the cost of life, without resort to deceit, without resort to threats of violence, and without resort to acts of aggressive violence, invent a legal money that avoids the link to the legal criminals, what happens to the new regime, even if it does manage to be born? Still born. It will have to learn how to use the accurate, higher quality, and lower cost connecting medium, or it's only victims from which to feed, criminally, will be those who are still working to perpetuate legal crime, it will feed upon the lesser powered criminals, until such time as it runs out of criminals to feed on, starve, or get a real job. It will have to find out what people want, and then it will have to produce what people want, since it will no longer have desperate, powerless, willing, victims, because the former victims chose a different path, and the victims produced that path, and the victims arrived where their own path was heading, on schedule, leaving behind all the legal criminals. If the connecting medium is not invented, produced, and maintained, whereby the invention intends to avoid the criminal connection, how does your plan work for only you, or for your small network of fellow friends of liberty, as you few do manage to combine forces, and as you few do manage to avoid providing the means by which you suffer, through the legal fraud connection, and the next one after this one is killed off? What is the point of keeping the plan secret? Why make the plan exclusive? Are you planning on charging someone as much as they can bear to pay for access into your new regime, the secret regime you have ready for implementation when the secret moment arrives? Does that explain some of the sounds of silence? Are we waiting for the return of Jesus? I'm not, and it seems to me that we are not supposed to wait, or follow blindly down the road to doom day, if we take the lessons we are taught seriously. When your plan does get around to being a competition to invent, produce, and maintain competitive forms of connecting mediums, whereby the Honest Productive People gain equitable access to each other, for trade, for mutual support, for combining their productive forces to create much more than the total sum of the individual parts, and at the same time sever the connection to the legal criminals, and at the same time maintain a path that avoids the enforced legal crime path, of deceit, of threats of violence, of aggressive violence, as your plan also avoids resort to deceit, or secrecy, and your plan also avoids threats of violence, and your plan also avoids aggressive violence targeting the innocent, let me know. Please. If I have to wait, for help, I can, so long as this canary keeps breathing, and then not.

To be competitive there is an as yet unknown winner, as one viewpoint may soon become obviously better, while the other becomes obviously less competitive. Example: 1. Stare at the sun. 2. Do not stare at the sun. When someone picks up the sword, or the lie, so as to use that tool to accomplish a goal, that can be seen as a competitive viewpoint. Someone decides, by their own power of will, to accomplish a goal, because someone can see, in view, that the goal is desirable to them. That is a competitive viewpoint. Compared to what? Why, in this world, are my contacts with other people such that the only other people who decide to contact me are those who have decided to lie, so as to accomplish a secret goal? What is the goal in mind, when the person contacting me publishes a viewpoint whereby their measure of me is that I am nutty? I am me. I am nutty. Which is the more competitive viewpoint? As time goes by there may, or may not be, more deceit, more threats of violence, and more examples of horrible, terrifying, and debilitating, and murderous violence. As time goes by there may, or may not be, less willful employment of lies, and all that goes with that willful choice. Which is the more competitive viewpoint? Today is: 09-06-2011 Liberty Day 2012 can be: 07-04-2012 rollins, Security of person and property. The bottom line message from Equitable Commerce is, from my reading, that the power to produce is commanded by each individual, and when that happens the individual has the power to stop the flow of power to the people who threaten person and property. That is the basic message, and Josiah Warren wasn't happy with just saying so, he tested the idea, with a specific step by step process, and his experiments worked, and remnants of his experiment still exist today. The fact that the idea has not gained enough currency to cause a world wide shift of power is explainable in an accurate manner. Much can be known about what happened since the publication of Equitable Commerce, including the thing known as The Civil War. In Equitable Commerce the subject of expedience is covered, as to how to get from here to the goal, and the information offered addresses the grey area between absolute voluntary association, which is the goal, and what are involuntary associations. How can a lot of people who hold themselves together within an involuntary association cooperate to reach the goal of moving toward voluntary associations? The obvious first step is to get off the path toward greater enforcement of involuntary associations and begin thinking and acting in ways that actually do work, expediently, in the direction of voluntary associations. Example: A person recognizes a problem and then they have the bright idea to employ the cause of the problem so as to supposedly fix the problem That has to be known to be a false solution to the actual problem, if the idea is to stop doing that, and if the idea is to perpetuate that, than that bright idea works great. That is a first step. Choose: 1. Involuntary association 2. Voluntary association There are other options, but those options are not associations, they are options that work for one person who remains disconnected from every other person, if there will be a connection the connection will be 1 or 2. The next step is to see the goal, which is to see the need to reach something that has nothing to do with the false solution, where the false solution is the actual problem, and to someone who has not arrived past the first step this type of thinking is out of that box, completely foreign to someone who has not taken the first step. Scary stuff. Once out of the box, the next step can be seen from a general, or principled, or rough, or wide angle, or macro, or objective, unspecific, viewpoint, and then the viewpoint can move to specifics. Control power, individually, so as to make more power out of less power. That is my version of what Equitable Commerce teaches, and that is the basic, base, foundation, or general viewpoint. When Josiah Warren goes right into specifics he addresses the problems association with a scarcity of power controlled by the individual, and using the scarce power available to make more power, to make power abundant, and he invents a competitive method of going step by step in that direction, he invents a labor note. and the labor note is nothing more, and nothing less than, a promise to transfer something of value to the person who gains control over a labor note that is produced by the person who has scarce power, but the person who has a means by which his scarce power can be used to make more power, so the note, the promise to pay, is valuable, it has the power to purchase, and it's value is determined by the producer of the note, who produces, or earns, good faith and credit, earns trust, earns by way of individual responsibility, the power to purchase, and detractors, dis-creditors, and people who argue, may claim that the value is determined by the buyer, which is an argument that leads nowhere, on purpose. If the person who produces the promise to pay cannot convince the potential owner of the promise that the value of the promise is as the producer says, then the producer fails to produce the value of it, not the potential owner. How many potential owners are there? If one does not measure the value of the promise to pay, will someone else? These vital questions have to do with something called the cost principle, and these vital questions have nothing to do with the Straw Man argument called: The Labor Theory of Value. It is only as complicated as needed, and it can be as simple as someone who knows how to make high quality, and low cost chairs, and this person prints up a promise to pay the holder of the promise to pay, to pay that person one chair, once the promise to pay returns back to the chair maker, and this is simple advertising, or simple marketing, and it is not brain surgery, and it is not "The labor theory of value", it is simple stuff. You have a capacity to produce valuable things, you don't have the start up capital, you invent your own start up capital, and if you want you can pay yourself interest for borrowing from yourself, the people who you find who will accept your promises to pay either accept the value you place on your chair, or your hair cut, or your bushel of corn, or your bottle of beer, or your car, new or used, and that promise to pay will either compete, as currency, or it won't, once a Nation wide, or even World Wide, belief in a single legal currency is no longer such a powerfully false belief. The cart won't pull the horse, and people won't start competing so long as they cherish the belief that competition is against the law. When monopoly is the problem, monopoly wont' fix the problem. When monopoly is the problem, competition ends the problem peacefully. That is me using English to convey an accurate message. English can be used to convey a false message too. The chair maker has to go to the hardware store and get wood, so he pays in chair dollars, or labor dollars, or whatever promise to pay can work, expediently, in that situation, invented by that person, so that individual person can make ends meet, be productive, be honest, and be a cog in the wheel, and it is all done without a police force. The question fielded by rollins involves what can be done when bad people do bad things, if I read the question right. The idea is to stop sending money to bad people, as a solution to the problem of there being bad people, getting away with doing bad things. The way out is to have this Equitable Commerce invention working so as to be in a position to not be forced to pay the insurance money, the offer that can't be refused, the lesser of two evils. The idea is the opposite of that idea, instead of providing the means by which we suffer, the idea is to use the power available to produce the power needed, in the first place, to then have enough power to turn down the option that isn't an option, the blind obedience non-option, the thing I call legal crime. Again the cart cannot pull the horse. From a position of power, having invented, produced, and maintained our own currency, whatever form those competitive examples may be, and it will be competitive, and therefore it will be higher, and higher, in quality, over time, and it will be lower, and lower in cost, over time, because that is what the force of competition does, and from that position of power, we can then address the bad people, we stopped rewarding them for being bad, a good first step, and now we can figure out how to deal with them, and that question can be answered, concerning threats to person and property. In the experiments done by Josiah Warren, with Equitable Commerce, the common criminal threats were lowered much in the same way that armed honest productive people, armed with guns, tend to lower the incidence of common crimes, like robbery. When each person has the power to make their own money, and make or break their own business based upon their own good faith and credit, they are armed in that way, and they are secure in person and property against fraud, more so than a gun arms someone against the other common crimes, such as robbery. Those are parts of the general, principled, look. The specifics, relative to today, are handled along these lines of principle too. To arm the honest productive people with the power they need to prosper, and defend themselves against fraud, which is to get out of their way, that is how to arm them, stop stealing from them, they will arm themselves. Stop enforcing a National level money monopoly, that is very high on the list of things to do, somewhere lower than working to get the idea to gain currency, so that more people stop using the false idea, the false idea is the idea that the cause of the problem can be employed to solve the problem Once the people who finance their own security of person and property regain control of their finances, they then can regain control over what is purchased so as to secure their own person and property, rather than providing the means by which they suffer, not before. Do I repeat the same thing, in other words, too much? How about a return to Trial buy Jury as it was originally designed, which can move incrementally, from the bottom up and the top down? So long as so many people are cherishing this false belief in a top down social structure, rather than a bottom up social structure, so long as that remains a power to deal with, so long will there be a need to work from the top down, unfortunately. Stop sending your power to the top, if you can't get the top to return to Trial by Jury, stop convicting tax evaders, if you happen to be on a jury that tries someone accused of evading an involuntary tax, whereby the accused tries desperately not to send his scarce power to those who take his person and property. That is one avenue, which cannot occur while we provide the means by which we suffer, at the present rate of transfer, and as we do so on command, as if there were no other option. How about a return to a Democratic Federated Republican form of government, working from bottom up and top down, whereby the power having been retained by the people is used from the bottom to spend their regained control over their own security of person and property is reinvested and expended more locally, and less Nationally, if we so decide to do so, once we are more powerful at the bottom. At the top, looking down, there is a need for the Federal (formerly National) governors to petition, please, asking the State Governors, this is the Federal government asking nicely, please let me know exactly what the separate and sovereign States wish, or failing to ask and then failing to provide, ends the connection between Federal and State governors, that cash flow end, since The Federal System no longer taxes The People directly, and the Federal employees, those who are hired to run the Federal government, hired by the State governors, are taxed with the need to provide what the State governors demand, and pay for, what the State governors want, and not visa versa. If the States want, unanimous, more aggressive wars for profit hidden behind any false front that works, then our goose is still as cooked as it is now, but that unanimity only works on the State Governors, not The People directly, in a working Federation, and if The People, and their hired State employees don't buy into the ongoing, or next, aggressive war for profit, then that revenue stream dries up, as that State, with all those people in it, head for greener pastures, and they opt out of the voluntary Union, and then: which of The People in the remaining belligerent states are going to walk to the higher quality, and lower cost State; whereby the tax burden no longer includes State governors lying to The People so as to keep the power flowing to the liars at the Federal level, so as to perpetuate very costly aggressive wars for profit that only manage to bring profits to about 2% of the population, while everyone else provides the means by which all of us suffer? The key, which unlocks the door, remains to be a massive awakening, and then once awake the power is no longer spent in providing the means by which we all suffer, and then there are many competitive ways to move closer to liberty, once on that path, which is not, by definition, being on the other path heading toward absolute despotism. Talk, talk, talk, what about action? Don't vote. If you must vote, vote for Ron Paul, and write that vote in, don't rely upon the computerized system of voter fraud. If Ron Paul isn't crowed head contender of the fascist party, then write him in anyway, during the election, don't fall for the often repeated lie about the lesser of two evils, and the wasted vote scam. Invent your own currency, and produce it, and maintain it, having that in your back pocket fixes everything sooner or later, and this, me doing this, to me, is like me being a passenger on the Titanic, and I know what I'm going to do, I'm going to get off the ship at the right time and I'm going to swim to the life boats that will be nearly empty, because this has happened before, and I have read the script, and I'm telling people to go screaming in unison to the Ship Captain, and tell him to slow down and change course, since I'm doing that, and I am being singled out as conspiracy theorist, and my warnings, alone, reach no one, but meanwhile, consider, having the back up plan up and running. There is a fail safe, which can still fail, if you can't swim, the water is cold, and if you know someone who can't swim too, try getting them on a life boat sooner, save one person, even if you die, or crush one person under your foot to get a spot on the life boat, see how well that works for you over time. If the question asks how I will handle security of person and property if elected to a powerful office, and if I become that benevolent dictator, then I start at the root of the problem and I invent, and I produce, and I maintain a competitive legal currency, because I have the power to do so, once becoming the dictator in chief, and you can call that The President, if that makes you feel better than calling it what it is. My invented, and to be produced, solution to the security of person and property, is two specific legal financial products that I call Product 1 and Product 2, and those inventions, once produced, would be available to anyone who wants one, so long as there are specific things done to arrange for the legal transfer of such power. A person is credited with the credit to receive Product 1 and Product 2 based upon a known measure of their own honor and good faith, and having that earned, they earn a no interest home and business mortgage loan, and they can then get out from under the current dollar denominated extortion racket with that one product alone, and they pay themselves back, because they earned that credit. That is product 1 in a nutshell. The skeptics may then ask: who pays for all the work required in processing those Product 1 loans? The answer is Product 2. Product 2 is limited at 1 percent interest charged to the borrowers, who borrow from their own well earned good faith and credit, so as to buy specific things, things that are currently measured to be power producers, whereby the purchasing power borrowed is less than the purchasing power produced as a direct result of purchasing the thing purchased, such as, for example, a solar panel. A solar panel will produce more than double the cost of the solar panel in any measure you wish to calculate, and the calculation is important, so it must be accurate, do the math, see what you come up with, and challenge my word, challenge my supposed good faith and credit. A Federal, or State, or County, or City, or even a family, or even an individual, license can be lawfully awarded to any bidder bidding on gaining that legal power to begin profiting from this competitive legal money processing business, and as such each license holder, owner, stands to gain 1% interest for each loan amount loaned out and processed for Product 2 loans, to cover all the costs of processing both Product 1 and Product 2. If that does not answer the question asked, note how the effort continues to be general rather than diving too deep into specifics, to the point of explaining every minute detail contained within a usable answer, which I am capable of doing, if the demand exists, but why should I waste anyone's time?

Today is: 09-19-2011 Liberty Day 2012 can be 07-04-2012 Honest Productive Americans, I spent a few days in Reno Nevada at the LPAC event held in that city. I have two things to report to you that stand out in my mind, and I'll comment on those two things as the full measure of those two things continue to drive my thinking. 1. Someone spoke at the convention about an effort in Utah to enact a State Law authorizing the production of a competitive legal money, backed by gold. 2. Another person spoke at the convention about an effort to hold The Federal Reserve officers accountable for their deeds. On the first point I see a need to personalize this as it happened. While sitting in my seat at the convention, listening to the speaker, the announcement concerning the legal competition of money produced in Utah sounded like a done deal, an established law, to my ears, but I was not sure, so I waited for an opportunity to ask the speaker after he finished his speech. Some times the speaker ends his speech and the audience is afforded an opportunity to ask questions, but this time the speaker stopped speaking and then walked off the stage. I got up from my seat and followed the speaker to a place behind the audience where other people already stopped the speaker, and so I waited for my turn to meet the speaker. When it was my turn to I asked the speaker about the competitive legal money supplied by the Utah Government and I then discovered my error, since the speaker clarified the facts to me, that the Utah Money Law was not yet enacted. I then said something to the effect of: "If it does pass, it is game over for The Fed." To which the reply was something along the lines of agreement, yes, it is game over for The Fed. We both realized the dangers involved, as we both communicated words expressing the consequences faced by those law makers in Utah, as the people running The Fed may respond in ways that go beyond moral law. The speaker said something along the lines of him warning the law makers in Utah, that they had better know what they are facing, and the speaker expressed an ominous emotion. Do you realize the gravity of that battle? This battle between the State of Utah and The National Government (which is categorically not a Federal Government) is exactly the same battle that I've explained in this Liberty Day Challenge right here, right now, on this day, as these days approach a future day of reckoning. We the people will either pony up and make our future ours, or we will fail, and our future will be dictated to us, and it will not be a future that works well for us, it will not be a future that is in our best interest, and I am choosing my words carefully, you may want to listen. I am tasked now with the goal of finding more information on the battle between the State of Utah and The National Government, which is a battle toward Liberty Day, even if you don't call it that, and even if the people in Utah don't call it that, that is what it is, and if that battle is won, by the people in Utah, we win a huge battle, and they, the Legal Criminals, are defeated in a big way. I did not record the words spoken. I offer my take on the information flow. It can be argued that The Federal Reserve is not a process of systematic extortion, and it can be argues that the people running The Federal Reserve are not legal criminals; to what purpose would such an argument be invented? The case of Utah Law inventing, producing, and then maintaining a competitive gold backed State legal money monopoly power, in direct competition with The Federal Reserve System of Extortion, uncovers the facts in so many ways that words will fail to convey actual reality if such a case were to become real. Consider the ramifications please. Example: From the moment Utah enacts the law there will then be a standard by which all money can be measured relative to Utah State money. Each competitive currency exchange service will either list Utah State money or those competitive currency exchange services will not spill the beans, let the cat out of the bag, and will not provide the people, or the public, or whatever word you want to use to describe Honest Productive Americans, with the necessary information, the accurate current news, accurate currency, media, exchange media, failing, or succeeding, to transfer the accurate, powerful, vital, and needed currency required to accomplish the goals of increasing the standard of living while lowering the cost of living at the same time. See that one angle of view - please. A. The time before Utah enacts a competitive legal money in competition with The Federal Reserve dollar issue of money. B. The time after Utah enacts a competitive legal money in competition with The Federal Reserve dollar issue of money. What is the exchange rate on the first day? What is the exchange rate one year from that first day? Why can't you see that such a thing would be Liberty Day? Game over. We win. You can see these things happening from the filters that have clouded your viewpoints, or you can shrug off those false filters and see the facts are they occur in reality. Today is 09-25-2011 Liberty Day will be, on that day. Honest Productive Americans, I happened upon a very well acted play written by a good author and the title is The Sunset Limited. You may see value in it, if you too can stumble upon it, or find it on your own. Inspiration to communicate comes in many forms, so many as to defy an accurate account, like seconds of time in the span of time. I can guess. You can guess. Counting on math helps, but not without a principle. This may be a form of ranting to some, and to others this may be helpful. I can guess too. Suppose that one and one is two. Simple? What if the person doing the counting was born with crossed eyes like me? I can fetch a picture if you doubt. The doctor who fixed my crossed eye's had had enough of life and he did something very odd, to me, but obviously not odd enough to him, he drank DRANO as a way out. What is the worst way out? I can guess. How about you? Suppose that the cross eyes accountant never fixes the cross eyed condition and every time he can see one thing it appears to be two things, and he knows it, and therefore he can count on math too? One plus one is two is one (two) plus one ((two) is two (four). That may be way too complicated for someone without crossed eyes, but not for someone who can translate, a go between, someone with the key to unlock the disparity of language. You see one. You say one. Cross eyed Joe sees two, knowing it is one, always one, but the word told to Joe is two, so Joe says two. Who is confused? Math can be counted on, under certain conditions. What happens if Joe does not know any better and what happens if Joe is cross eyed one second, or one minute, and the very next minute Joe is no longer cross eyed, and Joe does not know this change in the perception Joe can see. One is one one minute. One is two the next minute. Who can translate the things Joe is counting? Can math still be counted on when one can be one or two at any given moment in time? The point is to point out, again, that deception does not work on the deceiver, it works for the deceiver, at least while the deceiver can avoid becoming victim to the deception too. That is one point. Is that two points? Is that the same point as saying that life is good, and therefore worth repeating, turning one into two? No, it is not, according to the way Joe can see, and you can see too. Do we see the same thing? Is it one thing? Life Why invent death, produce it, and maintain it, when such folly is such a demonstrable lie? Under certain conditions math can be counted on. I'm one who is counting the days until Liberty Day because I still can.

Today is: 09-26-2011 Liberty Day: 07-04-2012 (be there or be square) Honest Productive Americans, Please consider the facts as the facts begin to appear into the viewpoint of an honest productive person who challenges the validity of fashionable perceptions such as the concept of taxation. In order for a transfer of tax to occur there must first be effective effort expended which results in the production of something worth transferring. If there is nothing produced, then there is no tax to collect. Does this tax your mind? Do you prefer to go back to work, produce more, and more, so as to provide more and more to those who make you suffer, instead of challenging such notions? Here, next, is a link to a report that inspires me to communicate, to transfer information, and commentary, to you, whomever you may be, but please remember the intent here is to move toward Liberty and by that willful effort the destruction that I call Legal Crime will be moved further away - out of reach. Almost all of the information being reported about world finance is false on purpose, and there is very little information that is accurate, so reading about world finance is very much like volunteering to be stupefied. The subject matter of world finance can be summed up in an accurate manner and the reader of the summation can be armed by that information to fend off the debilitating affects of false information that is produced so as to achieve the goal of stupefication. The producers of the false information are not stupid, but the people who parrot the false information, obviously, are stupid, because they have be led to believe in those lies. A group of criminals are limited in the power that a group of criminals can reach when another group of honest productive people are more powerful than the criminal group. That sums things up. If the idea is to be stupid, then read something else; but if the idea is to know better, then continue reading, keeping in mind 2 things for now: 1. There are criminals and they take power from people who produce power. 2. There are people who produce power and they can't be criminals because productive work is costly, too costly to afford the time and effort required to be a criminal. If the idea is to sum up world finance then the person producing that summation, me, you, someone else, anyone, any honest productive person anywhere, seeking to produce a clear, accurate, useful, productive summation of world finance, must, in order to reach that goal, must build a solid foundation from which to stand upon and then see world finance, as world finance exists in reality. If you build up a foundation that is founded upon crime, then you will see world fiance from a criminal viewpoint. We can do that now. If you build up a foundation that is founded upon liberty, then you will see world finance from a liberated viewpoint. We can do that now too. One foundation will not be the same as the other foundation, and confusing the two will not work in the work that is necessary in seeing the facts as they are, to sum up world finance, and do so accurately. We can build up a foundation that is founded upon confusion, and that will be the victims viewpoint as the victims view world finance. We can do that now, and now we have three foundations to build up, three separate foundations to stand upon, and from each of those foundations we can see world finance, and we can see from each of those viewpoints well enough to create 3 summations of world finance, each will be different, each of the three can then be compared, and let the best one win. The best one will be lower in cost, and the best one will be higher in value. The best one will afford higher standards of living, and the best one will afford lower costs of living. You may be confused, and that means that you are already standing on the false foundation, and from that false foundation the existence of world finance will cost you a lot more than you can see from that point of view. For those who care to know, better, I will start with the criminal foundation and then move to the liberated one. The criminal foundation includes the willful desire to take from the people who produce things that are worth taking. This is easy to know, as everyone has entertained such a notion, even if only for a moment, even if only for a moment as a child, even if the desire to take from someone who has produced something was a fleeting desire that happened only once in a nearly forgotten distant memory. The desire occurs when someone who has something is seen and the person seeing has the desire to have that thing that the other person has and for a brief second an idea occurs where the idea is to just take that thing from that person. That is how the criminal foundation is built. The criminal owns that idea, cherishes it, nourishes it, and makes that desire into something real, as that desire to take something from someone becomes action. The criminal then invents deception, then threats of violence, and then violence as the criminal acts out the desire to take something from someone. The desire to take something is built up from the desire to have something, as the criminal does not choose to make something desired. Illustration: Joe can see that Sam has something. Joe wants what Sam has, so Joe asks Sam, and Sam tells Joe how easy it is to make, or earn, what Sam has, but Joe calculates things differently, Joe earns by taking from Sam. There in that illustration is a key element, and the key element is falsehood. Earning means earning. Stealing means stealing. If a person is honest, words have specific meaning. If a person is dishonest, words have a specific meaning one minute, and then an opposite specific meaning the next minute, and that is a key element in reaching the goal of building the criminal foundation so as to know world finance better. The group that is honest enough to earn trust is the group that produces things worth stealing, and this is painfully obvious to the criminals. They have a tough job since the honest productive people can produce such things as defense against crime. Imagine, if you can, a large group of honest productive people producing all kinds of good things, things worth stealing, including the thing known as defense against crime. If you can steal the thing known as defense against crime, you can then be the most powerful criminal group. Does that make any sense from your foundation? If that does not make sense from your foundation then my guess is that you are either lying to me, if you answer that question falsely to me, or you are lying to yourself if you really do understand what you just read, or, on the other hand, you are honest and you are confused, and therefore you are on the victims foundation. Too bad for you. If the most powerful criminal group exists, what would it look like, and how could the most powerful criminal group be measured accurately? The criminals can steal defense against crime. The criminals can steal organized, effective, cooperation. The criminals then have the power to use those things that the criminals have stolen. That is the criminal foundation. See it. Know it. You may be part of it, willingly, or unknowingly. That is not the liberated foundation. World finance can be stolen too. Who produces world finance? Is it a good idea to know friend from foe? Before moving from the criminal foundation know that you are on it, looking from it, for awhile, then step off of it, and before stepping onto the liberated foundation, look from a neutral viewpoint for a moment. There behind you is the criminal foundation that you built up in your mind, with my help, presumably, and now you have four places before you in this illustration. 1. Your neutral position 2. The criminal foundation 3. The liberated foundation 4. The victim foundation Before stepping from your neutral position, where you are just reading, just thinking, not working, just reading and thinking, think about the following quote, and think about that quote before we proceed in the effort to produced the liberated foundation. Remember, you just stepped off of the criminal foundation, you are on neutral ground, you are about to build up a working illustration of the liberated foundation, and you read the following words. Those words are invented by criminals. The criminals who invent those words have stolen the defenses produced by the victims, where the victims are now defenseless. Consider how those words work as a type of subliminal message. Know better. The liberated foundation is such that the idea is not to take, rather, the idea is to earn, or produce, or to create value, or create power (a better word than value), out of power, or invest time and effort so as to increase the quality of life while reducing the cost of life at the same time. Are you confused by that liberated foundation? The idea is to avoid confusion. The idea is to defend against lies that cause confusion. How about an example of a lie that causes confusion? War is good for the economy. Just how confused are you, and if you can begin to know just how confused you are, you can begin to move closer to liberty and in so doing you will move further away from legal crime, and good luck with that work onto that goal, you may need some luck. The liberated foundation, from which to see world finance, will see the advantages of competition. Competition, among liberated people, is the force that forces liberated people to actually pony up, to actually do things that actually move toward the goal of producing (not stealing) higher quality of life which is, by default, the same thing as reducing the cost of life. If you have never spent a moment of your time on the liberated foundation then you may not understand how competition works as a force to force liberated people to actually do the things that actually move toward the goal of producing higher quality life, at lower costs. It is easy to know, easy as apple pie. Have you ever produced a high quality, and low cost, apple pie? How easy is it? How much better is your apple pie compared to, say, the apple pie produced by your mom, or your grand mom, or any other person? How do you know if your pie is any good? Why would anyone invent, produce, and maintain this force known as competition? Someone might invent such a thing if someone wanted a way to know better as to the actual facts concerning all things done to reach the goal of making life better, and making life less worse. Now you have a viewpoint concerning world finance as you stand on the liberated foundation, if you dare. What would world finance be from that viewpoint? I can offer a competitive viewpoint. World finance is a competition and there are many competitors including gold, silver, PayPal, E-Gold, Euros, Yuan, Yen, Frequent Flyer Miles, grocery store coupons, cooper wire, whiskey, cell phone minutes, personal checks, stocks, bonds, mortgages, shares, treasury notes, dollars, and promises to pay or I.O.Us. Which is the best? Which is the highest quality? Which is the lowest cost? Which are enforced by people who resort to deceit targeting the innocent victims who are inevitably those who produce power (wealth, value, or whatever word that you think works best here) since those who produce power are worth the time and effort to target since they produce something worth stealing? Now you have those 4 points of view to work with as this world finance thing is known better, as that is the goal: to know better. 1. The neutral viewpoint Read world finance information from a neutral viewpoint and before the first sentence is read it may become clear to you that this is the most difficult viewpoint to stand on for any length of time. 2. The criminal viewpoint Read world finance information from this viewpoint and look for new ways to take more from people who product the stuff that is worth taking, knowing that deception, threats of violence, and acts of brutal violence are OK, even necessary, once owning this criminal viewpoint. 3. The liberated viewpoint Read world finance information from this viewpoint and know that you must avoid being a victim of deception, threats of violence, and acts of violence if you are going to know anything of value concerning competitive world finance information as you look for the highest quality and lowest cost perspectives on world finance. 4. The victims viewpoint Ignore world finance, because that is what a victim is told to do, and victims obey every order without question. If you have read my work then you may have already stumbled upon evidence pointing to a future World War between the people who are left holding the empty bag known as The Dollar Hegemony and the people who have moved all the power that once was in that bag to China where China is being pumped up in power so that China will "win" this new World War. The idea is simple from a foundation point of view. The victims cannot be allowed to gain too much power. If the victims are allowed to gain too much power they will invent, and produce, and maintain defense against crime; therefore, wars must perpetuate. Wars must perpetuate. According to whom? Anyone with a brain can see that wars are perpetuating. Why? Because the criminals have stolen the power to defend against crime, and they use that stolen power to keep the flow of power from those who produce power to those who steal it. Is this too simple? It can't be both too simple and too complicated at the same time. It is. You are either confused, and therefore a victim, or you are not confused. It is. Good luck with it, and you can't read this and then claim that there is no way to return to liberty. You choose to remain a victim. Good luck with that, and you are welcome to it.

Today is: 10-09-2011 Liberty Day will be the day we make it Liberty Day or 07-05-2012 Two things today. First is a message from Ron Paul and I do not see the Austrian Economics accounting methods as being true enough to work for everyone. The idea is to communicate a warning followed by a road that avoids the impending injury. I can post the link, quote from the link, and I can translate the words into something that works for me, and then move onto the second thing. Link: Audit Bernanke A bill that sets interest rates would endanger the Fed's independence; a bill that audits the Fed does not. Translation: People who have POWER use POWER to take more POWER from the targeted victims, and that is not good for the victims, so it may be a good idea for the victims to figure out how to stop being victims before life ends on Earth, for the victims, as well as those people who have POWER and who use Power to take more POWER. Ron Paul uses the terms Federal Reserve, and Interest Rates, and Law, and Congress, and the message is complicated by all those terms that are False Fronts covering up legal crimes. I don't. Next up is another link that also has misleading terms that tent to cover up the truth. In particular this next link uses the term CHANGE as if there are any options other than CHANGE which is demonstrably false. The plane Earth CHANGES relative to the big bright thing we call The Sun. Each of us CHANGE as time goes by, every moment of every day. There is always CHANGE, some for the better, for some, some CHANGE, is very bad for other people. The next link speaks the message I've been sending out to anyone who will listen for some time now. I don't own the patent on the message. I won't collect royalties, nor will I corner the market, as the demand for the message grows. I link the message as another OPEN SOURCE of the message, as the message soon becomes obvious to anyone having an interest in knowing the facts. Both links above represent right and left viewpoints as those viewpoints view the same thing, not each other, a third thing, not the left looking at the right and the right looking at the left, both right and left are looking at another thing. Legal Crime There will be perpetrators connected to victims when there is a crime, and when the crime is legal there will be a legal paper trail. Victims will be sending POWER to the criminals along that paper trail. That paper trail is dollar denominated. There are better connections that connect honest productive people to other honest productive people and those connections can be made so as to disconnect the attachments made by criminals with or without badges. Today is: 10-06-2011 Liberty Day can be: 07-05-2012 Honest Productive Americans, Those who accomplish the task of being prosperous on Liberty Day will be those who invent, produce, and maintain a currency that disconnects the honest productive people from the legal criminals. Two things for today are linked: Left perspective Right perspective A quote from Noam Chomsky (comparing the "change" between Bush and Obama) You don't even kidnap em' and torture them: just kill them. OK, so, there it is from a well known authority. Change is to go from legalized torture to legalized mass murder. I suppose that there is a sense of the full measure of the lesser (or greater) of two evils - which do you prefer? Deeper into the message one can find the following additional quote from Noam Chomsky: It was done is such a way as to infuriate the Pakistanis. That makes sense when looking at the Grand Chess Game as if you are a referee who hired both players to play the game. Where does the referee get the power required to hire both players to play the game, and why is the game being played? The end result is, obviously, to push Pakistan leadership into choosing China as a partner against U.S.A. Inc. or The Dollar Hegemony. Regime change is afoot, and when WWIII is over the new World Reserve Currency Leader will be whatever the referee has determined it will be, and the game is played so as to make that regime change happen on schedule. That is how it makes sense for the bought and paid for American leadership to cause American to go broke, to destroy the Dollar currency, and to back China into a corner where their only option will be to participate in WWIII, and if the referee can gain enough influence in China, then, China will initiate, not just participate, in WWIII. Now moving on to the right perspective and gaining words of wisdom from Ron Paul: Markets, however, understand that the Fed has failed and has no clue what it is doing. Wisdom at a price. Ron Paul is reading from the false script whereby "they" are too stupid to fix this problem. At least Ron Paul knows how to fix the problem, unlike just about everyone else, when the problem is a monopoly the solution is competition. I offer competition to Ron Paul's message as I let you know that "they" know that the problem is competition and they are not stupid, "they" (legal criminals) know that the solution is to destroy competition, the solution is monopoly power, or concentrated power into the hands of a very few people. In order to do that, to perpetuate that, they know that constant conflict is necessary, and they are fixing to cause WWIII. Ron Paul speaks from the script, and perhaps it is done so as to get the solution implemented, to go along with the lies, so as to speak the language of the liars, as they say: "when in Rome...". Suffice to say, in response as a deeper than normal message, avoiding the false script entirely, I can say that the power commanded by the honest productive people can be used to make even more power commanded by the honest productive people and when that is possible there is, by that being possible, no longer a steady flow of power flowing from the honest productive people where that power is flowing to the legal criminals, where the honest productive people pay to suffer, where the honest productive people work so that the honest productive people are made to suffer, where, in the words of Thomas Paine, we provide the means by which we suffer, and when that is no longer happening, when the power that the honest productive people make no longer flows to the legal criminals, that power is used to make more power, and then there will be power in abundance, and when power is in abundance, what happens to the price of power? Power like oil, water, oxygen, hydrogen, natural gas, electricity, and even connectivity (the ability to communicate with each other) has a price, and what happens when any power becomes abundant, what happens to the price of power? Stumped? The price goes down. What happens to each unit of money as the price of power goes down? Stumped again? The monetary unit value increases as the price of power goes down. Why? Stumped again? Because power reduces the cost of production. Legal criminals can't allow power to become abundant, and that should be as easy to see as the punch line in the following joke: How can you tell when a politician is lying?

Obey, there is no other choice. The next thing in line today is another choice, so as to make sure that those who are as yet not convinced that there is no other choice know that there is as many other choices as you care to know, at least one other, just as an example. "What if in the next 10 years we get a lot poorer and China get's a lot richer and they start drone attacks on us...?" You can stick your head in the sand while I continue to inform you of the facts. Your hard earned wealth is transferred to people who use that power to make you suffer, and if you think that you can tolerate that suffering think again, before your ability to afford that suffering is no more.
