Before diving into the one above, please, know how propaganda works.

Propaganda scientifically targets specific physical brain functions on a level of being that is not obvious unless you look for it. An example of propaganda is any television commercial aimed at a specific target audience such as an Automobile advertisement shown during a football game.
Someone spending money on an advertisement aimed at working men would not purchase commercial time during the Oprah show.
It can be said, and you can realize for yourself, that a valuable product will sell itself. How, then, is it possible to sell an outright lie where the targeted audience (the potential buyers of the lie) will be tortured and killed as a result of their purchase (of the lie)?
How, further, can such a lie (sold to a target population) be convinced of the necessity of continuing and even repeating such a self destructive lie?
How can someone, using an old saying, sell ice to an Eskimo?
Answer: Give them drugs and a television set first.
Back to the article:
The content of the ads – four of them, so far – is so completely dishonest that one wonders what the producers were thinking: do they really imagine the American people are going to swallow another round of complete fabrications? It's hard to believe, but there you have it. Even more surreal than the assertions tying the 9/11 terrorist attacks to the Iraqis is the blatant exploitation of US troops in Iraq: this one, for example, shows a soldier who has lost a leg declaiming that he will have lost it for nothing if we allow "politics" – i.e. the overwhelming majority of Americans – to influence our policy. Then "everything I've given and sacrificed will mean nothing." Here is the complete text:
I am not going to watch all those 'commercials' after watching one. It is repulsive. It is a return to my sense of revulsion felt while watching T.V. reports claim 'they are killing themselves' as Army Flame Throwing Tanks plowed into a church in Waco Texas.
Propaganda cannot work when the audience is aware of the facts. If the T.V. commercial is showing a pile of shit that looks like shit while the attractive 'reporter' is describing just how wonderful the shit smells (and you can see her expression of revulsion), then, you do not have to smell, or taste the shit, yourself. Shit is shit.
People do not need a 'reporter' to sell shit as perfume. Propagandist sells shit as perfume.
The emperor isn't wearing any cloths.
