Don't waste. That is what I've been taught. I remember hearing "Children in China are starving".

Why?

Somewhere, someone, some organized network of legal criminals are creating the falsehood to inspire the violence and they do so for profit. If that is not true. if that is false, then, it is false.

Compare this angle of view to the view expressed in the first link, where, a Spiritual Demon is in the Dark somewhere, somehow, causing all this evil?

Any problem has a solution - one step at a time. A new step, a new problem, a new solution. A false step can be worse than no step when the perception assumes negative to be positive.

How can I say this and communicate accurately? A false step turns right into wrong and prescribes further injury instead of cure. A false step diverts focus away from solution. Falsehood is the problem. Falsehood cannot be a solution.

At the end of the first link I saw a request for time, a request for talent, and then a request for money.

This is my view of the problem. What if the money ends up financing the falsehood which perpetuates the violence?

Do you see this?

Children, according to the first link, are being abducted into an organized criminal network where the object is to produce, or train, killers - is the problem. If the solution does not address the organized criminal network where children are abducted and trained, or killed, to be killers, then, that problem will continue or end due to causes not assosiated with other efforts, such as, sending money to someone.

Not identifying the criminals responsible for perpetuating the criminal network leaves those crimnals unidentified (in the dark).

Those criminals do not survive because they kill. Those criminals do not survive because they produce more killers. Everyone must eat. How do those criminals eat?

Who supplies those cirminals with food?

Having an army of killers, unless they are also farmers, does not produce the food needed for survival.

What perpetuates this criminal network? There must be a reason, other than madness, for the continued production of killers. Falsehood hides that reason.

The country is known for its wealth of resources...

I am using my time and my talent (if it is talent to you, then, it is - if not - then not) and I am finding information.

I can read on...

I stopped reading to cut, paste, and quote above...

A resource, if you follow the logic, is as follows:

Children

Killers

What other resources exist in the region?

I'll look deeper. I am looking into the link quoted above...

Approximately 36 percent of Uganda's wealth comes from agriculture, which employs about 80 percent of the population.

Resources:

Children

Killers

Agriculture (coffee)

This may seem to be lacking compassion. Again - falsehood does not solve problems. There are reasons for problems and finding those reasons can lead to solutions that work. A bandaid won't fix a stroke.

The link quoted above (36 percent of Uganda’s wealth) does not list the remaining wealth - 64 percent.

Why?

Is that an oversight; an omission?

I used the words "Sudan Uganda resources" in my first search for possible reasons for the reign of falsehood and violence in the region where coffee, children, and killers are produced.

How about adjusting the search?

First I will look on page two of the previous search.

I saw:

Tea

How about adding Economy to the search?

http://www.state.gov/r/pa/ei/bgn/2963.htm

 Economy
GDP (nominal, 2005/2006): $9.4 billion.
Inflation rate (annual headline or CPI, 2005/2006): 6.6%.
Natural resources: Copper, cobalt, limestone, phosphate, oil.

Do you see what I see?

Bilateral relations between the United States and Uganda have been good since Museveni assumed power, and the United States has welcomed his efforts to end human rights abuses and to pursue economic reform. Uganda is a strong supporter of the global war against terrorism. The United States is helping Uganda achieve export-led economic growth through the African Growth and Opportunity Act and provides a significant amount of development assistance. At the same time, the United States is concerned about continuing human rights problems and the pace of progress toward the establishment of genuine political pluralism.

http://www.ugandacan.org/item/491

"...Instead of effectively protecting civilians from the LRA's vicious assaults, UPDF soldiers have engaged in abuses of their own, often beating, raping and even killing civilians with near total impunity... No effective structure exists in the camps or in the system of government to hold the army accountable for its crimes, despite government assurances to the contrary," write Rone and Galletti.

The article goes on to note the positive development that the UN High Commission for Human Rights will soon be deploying human rights monitors throughout the region.

The Government of Uganda recently called for the retraction of Human Rights Watch's recent report that documents government abuses.

Before moving on in this particular search, and for anyone who has just started reading my work, I am inclined to repost an older link titled "Confessions of an Economic Hit Man".

I may never figure out how to use this forum (I had to end the last post due to a strange change in the font).

Where there is wealth there will be an effort to exploit that wealth economically.

There is hardly any room to argue this fact.

Tea

Coffee

Children

Killers

Copper

Oil

How much oil?

How about a search like:

Fight for oil

Sudan

Uganda

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=fight+for+oil+uganda+sudan

The first link on that search:

What is "Western Involvement"?

Government troops have been clearing the area of Bentiu, 470 miles south of the capital Khartoum. They have been using helicopter gunships and cluster bombs dropped from a high altitude.

"The civilian population living in the oil-fields and surrounding areas has been deliberately targeted for human rights abuses—forced displacement, aerial bombardments, strafing villages from helicopter gunships, unlawful killing, torture, including rape and abduction," said Maina Kiai, Amnesty's director for Africa. There are reports of mass executions of male civilians and of government troops cutting the throats of women and children, or nailing them to trees with iron spikes.

Security firms linked to the foreign oil companies in the region are allegedly being used in the training of troops for the pro-government militia, the South Sudan Defence Force (SSDF) and as military advisors. The SSDF is made up of a number of breakaway southern factions with ties to the SPLA/M, who signed a peace deal with the government in 1997. It is characterised by in-fighting and a leadership that is constantly shifting its loyalties.

According to Amnesty, "This raises further the question as to the extent to which involvement of the oil companies is directly or indirectly contributing to the conflict." The Khartoum government has admitted that oil sales are financing the war and Amnesty points to the clear connection between the wealth generated by oil sales and the purchase of Polish tanks and weapons from China and Bulgaria.

Note: I didn't make the above up in my head using my imagination, my talent, my time, my energy, and my fancy.

How much oil?

Where can ruthelss killers be found or produced to be used in the war on terror?

The war on terror is the war for terror; do you get it yet?

The war on falsehood will end the war on terror.

Governments are not ruthless. Ruthlessness is a human trait. Humans become ruthless - for profit.

Legal criminals create falsehood. Believing in falsehood is THE PROBLEM.

Governments are not ruthless. People can be ruthless and often people become ruthless when backed into a corner. Often, too, greed can inspire people to be ruthless. Ruthless people often use false government to satisfy their greed for power and wealth.

Legal criminals create falsehood. This is fact. Believing in falsehood is the problem.

That is THE PROBLEM.
