Why, then, did the Founding Fathers write the Constitution and the Bill of Rights?

The winning "Founding Fathers" wrote the Constitution to supress internal rebellions over 'taxation without representation'.

Article I

Section 8

To provide for calling forth the militia to execute the laws of the union, suppress insurrections and repel invasions;

Execution of Article I Section 8:

http://www.earlyamerica.com/earlyamerica/milestones/whiskey/text.html

And whereas, it is in my judgment necessary under the circumstances of the case to take measures for calling forth the militia in order to suppress the combinations aforesaid, and to cause the laws to be duly executed; and I have accordingly determined so to do, feeling the deepest regret for the occasion, but withal the most solemn conviction that the essential interests of the Union demand it, that the very existence of government and the fundamental principles of social order are materially involved in the issue, and that the patriotism and firmness of all good citizens are seriously called upon, as occasions may require, to aid in the effectual suppression of so fatal a spirit;
Therefore, and in pursuance of the proviso above recited, I. George Washington, President of the United States, do hereby command all persons, being insurgents, as aforesaid, and all others whom it may concern, on or before the 1st day of September next to disperse and retire peaceably to their respective abodes. And I do moreover warn all persons whomsoever against aiding, abetting, or comforting the perpetrators of the aforesaid treasonable acts; and do require all officers and other citizens, according to their respective duties and the laws of the land, to exert their utmost endeavors to prevent and suppress such dangerous proceedings.

The fatal spirit suppressed was a peaceful Tax Revolt that the people in all the colonies were protesting. Western Pennsylvania was used by George Washington and Alexander Hamilton as an example to the rest of the colonies and that conflict was aggravated by Alexander Hamilton who published inflammatory statements autonomously in preparation for an armed invasion by NATIONAL troops.

The U.S. Constitution was written to NATIONALIZE the colonies under one NATIONAL government and that constitution was sold FALSELY as a FEDERATION of INDEPENDENT STATES.

Secret Proceedings and Debates of the Constitutional Convention 1787

Example:

“That slavery was the worst that could ensue, and we considered the system proposed to be the most complete, most abject system of slavery that the wit of man ever devised, under the pretence of forming a government for free States.” (Luther Martin 1787)

Above is the ‘opinion’ of one of the losers in the ‘writing’ of the U.S. Constitution. Note: “the system proposed to be the most complete, most abject system of slavery”

AND:

“under the PRETENCE of forming a government of free states”

If the reader reads what was spoken by the “Nationalists” pretending to be “Federalists”, then, the reader will KNOW why, then, DID the “founding fathers” write the Constitution?

Answer: “To enslave the people of the UNION”

As to the bill of rights:

Those “founding fathers” who lost the battle to defeat the Slave Trade document that IS the U.S. Constitution managed to gain a political victory against the Slave Trade document known as the U.S. Constitution and that ‘political victory’ IS the bill of rights.

How is the Bill of Rights working for the people living on the planet right now?

Back to Paul Craig Roberts:

Americans should be roused to fury that attorney general Alberto Gonzales and vice president Cheney have condemned the defense of American civil liberty as "a grave threat to US security." This blatant use of an orchestrated and propagandistic fear to create a "national security" wedge against the Bill of Rights is an impeachable offense.

Mark my words, the future of civil liberty in the US depends on the impeachment and conviction of Bush, Cheney, and Gonzales.

The fool's errand is in protecting the U.S. Constitution rather than protecting Each Person's Liberty against Harm.

If the "founding fathers" did manage to hand down enough wisdom and a means by which criminal conduct can be prevented, then, PREVENT CRIMINAL CONDUCT.

If that means to that end is THE IMPEACHMENT of BUSH, CHENEY, and GONZALES, then, here is a start:

American's Most WANTED doesn't stop at number one on the list, or two, or three.

When someone or some group have managed to murder (serial killers) 600,000 people, then, a need exists to prevent further murders.

The U.S. Constitution does NOT prevent crime.
