Before the criminals took over the government the highest court in the land was a regular trial by jury. That was subject to appeal by another regular trial by jury. Those who are hired to run trial by jury are not "sovereign" and therefore are not "immune" in any case. Any individual, and any so called government, is not "sovereign" and not "immune" as history, and in particular the American Revolution (before the criminals took over in 1787) prove. If you don't think so then you fail to understand the message in The Declaration of Independence where it is clearly expressed how the duty of free people is to reject these false, fraudulent, treasonous claims by people that they, or their exclusive gang, are immune, or untouchable, or have a "license to kill," or have "sovereign immunity," or any such garbage. After reading the Declaration of Independence, fast forward past the Criminals work written in the Constitution of 1787 and the Judiciary Act of 1789, go back and read those criminals confessing their guilty minds, and move ahead to The Bill of Rights and the 7th Amendment when the true patriots, who know about this fraud called "sovereign immunity" and see what you find in those words. http://www.archives.gov/exhibits/charters/bill_of_rights_transcript.html "In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law." The true patriots, at that time, had sovereign states rights, so called, in effect to ward off a dictatorial monopoly of criminal tyrants, so that each group of people in each State was sovereign as individuals relative to their own State government, and their Sate government was sovereign relative to the United States (all States Federated into a true Federation), not, repeat NOT, a THING known as "government" that is "sovereign" and above the people dictating things to the people as a "sovereign entity" itself. So the 7th Amendment offers that knowledge to people now living in any form of government anywhere across the place known as America. You are not a subject of the city government. You are not a subject of the county government, you are not a subject of the State government, and you are certainly not a subject of the government put in place to help the people in the Stats organize a Federated Defensive Capacity. Stupid Joe doesn't get it, I hear people say all the time, as they roll their eyes, but if you look into the true Federal Constitution you can see clearly what the true Founders were doing, NOT what the criminals did later in 1787. Look into section 2 on last resort of appeal. Not perfect, but the idea of free market government, or Federation, is to build into the process a means by which creative adaptation (not tyranny) is preserved i.e. free markets, also known as Liberty.
