Yes, the world's greatest democracy now has more than two million of its citizens locked up in iron cages: an incarceration rate of 714 per 100,000 of the national population, the Centre reports. The only countries within shouting distance are such bastions of penological enlightenment as China (1.55 million prisoners, plus some unsorted "administrative detainees"), Russia (a wimpy 763,000) and Brazil (330,000), whose exemplary prison management has been on such prominent display this week. There is a notion whereby a person can owe society. I think the term is slavery. A person can pay or not and the final judgment may be handed down but no matter what the guilty must accept the punishment. No matter what; the guilty must accept the punishment. Time will tell if judgment day does arrive sooner or later. The debt may be paid eventually and meanwhile punishment remains a function of acceptance; bend over. Did I say bend over slowly? No and now you owe more. Did I say complain about bending over? No and now you owe more. Society has a voice but currently that voice is silent. Meanwhile the voice pretending to be society is saying: Bend over and pay. Accepting punishment can be a poor habit; a debt to be paid by the guilty of the guilty and for the guilty so long as they shall live. One might consider credit as a better means to limit crime; it says: Stand up and earn. Payday may soon arrive when the guilty outnumber the innocent, at which time, the credit notion may look somewhat more appealing. Abstract nonsense? How about taking all the money used to invade Iraq. That may be a tough thing to see clearly but suffice to say that money does flow like water when they want it to flow like water. So take that number and imagine applying that number to any of the old “Wars” on drugs or immigration. Be imaginative. I would higher every illegal alien, or make them legal, to do as they please so long as they do not harm anyone ever. Now that sounds like a real nutty thing to do but compared to what that money is now doing it is difficult to imagine something worse. Entertain the credit notion for a second or two: $282,920,700,000.00 By the time I post this verbiage that number above will be outdated. Is that a billion or a trillion? It is “only” billions. How about leaving 83 billion for some sort of exit strategy in Iraq ; but remember there is no need to divert any funds. It is all debt and the sky is the limit. Take 200 billion and advertise a new job for all illegal immigrants to be paid a check each month to guard the boarder and keep America safe from illegal immigrants. The job ends in 4 years time. See if 200 billion can be spent as fast as it has been spent in Iraq? I’d just give one illegal immigrant a badge and a check book. See here buddy; your job is to hire more border guards. If you stay out of American you keep getting a check. If you hire someone else, then, you get a bonus check. How about a generous salary? Each boarder guard will get 100,000.00 per year; including all bonuses. In other words no boarder guard will be paid more than 100,000 per year. Just to make things simple. How does the math work? $400,000.00 divided into $200,000,000,000.00 should arrive at the number of boarder guards for the 4 year “War on Immigration” plan. I get 500,000. Back check: 500000 times 400000 2 and 11 zeros – that is hard to count on the desk top Calculator. 2 0 0, 0 0 0, 0 0 0, 0 0 0 That is right. The four year plan to reduce illegal immigration is to hire five hundred thousand illegal immigrants to guard the boarder for 4 years and pay each new employee - One Hundred Thousand Dollars per Year. Someone might want to check the math before implementing such a strategy. Once the money is gone, well, who cares! Make the slaves pay the debt. Then again how about this wild plan: THE WAR ON ENERGY SCARCITY Take that $20,000,000,000.00 and send it to a few Solar Panel makers and hydrogen from shit generator makers and ask them to start building independent power houses throughout the newest bad guy’s home nation on the map. Any country will do – throw a dart. How about Iran? What a coincidence - that Nation is the latest supposed bad guy nation. Suppose that one new power house could be constructed on site, or the kit dropped in by parachute complete with instructions in Arabic, or whatever, and, each unit cost 400 thousand dollars. I’ve done some of that cost benefit calculation and I’m pretty confident that the output on a 400 thousand dollar, completely independent, power unit will put out a lot of power. A whole village might gather round such a unit just to trade shit for fuel; a line stretching all the way to the next town. People would have to go home at night. Then again that 400,000.00 unit could include a wind generator. On windy days the line remains - night and day. One could put the unit near water wells and people could even wipe up after depositing their shit to be turned into and traded for fuel. Imagine that! Stand in line. Hold your bodily functions long enough. Deposit the waste when reaching the head of the line and be paid for your donation with a usable fuel. I wonder what kind of fuel tanks those human beings would invent. How many units? I did the math already. Check it before implementing: 500,000 units sent all throughout Iran like U.S. Troops on a mission to spread democracy. One could get greedy about it and ask each unit to be paid for, over time, with a minor percentage of the productive capacity of each unit. One would have to assume that the independent people operating the unit could manage to keep it going. Shit goes in. Fuel comes out. That isn’t all the hard to do; is it? Suppose one unit could generate 10 dollars worth of INTEREST per month. One would have to check those figures too. 500,000 units’ times 10 dollars times 12 months times 4 years. $ 240,000,000.00 500,000 Power generating units invading Iran Each generating 10 dollars interest/profit per month Cha Ching: $5,000,000.00 per month 12 months per year Cha Ching: $60,000,000.00 4 years Cha Ching: $240,000,000.00 That is 240 Million dollars. Those power units could last as long as 30 years But why invest or credit a people when it is so much more destructive to kill the people for sins that the people never committed? I’m the stupid one.
