http://thechinadesk.blogspot.com/2006/08/essential-step-toward-genuine-freedom.htmlTo me the term "immature democracy" is a redundancy. If a society is "democratic," it is a sure sign that society remains hopelessly immature. This goes in the Good News section because: I say so It is a measure of maturity for society. That measure is reality. Out with the old and in with the new. Good news when the regime on the way out is false and violent. It is only Good News when the regime on the way in is more honest and less violent. The violent liars wish to have everyone thinking that our world is coming to an end. That message indoctrinates the people into giving up. Why care about anything while the world is ending? Honest caring people are around. If you find one, then, you find good news. |
