Watch What You Say – They Don’t Watch What They Hear

by Daniel M. Ryan

typical American thinks that the only way to survive a currency collapse is through buying a subsistence farm.

Speaking as a typical American the above statement does not ring true.

Many American’s I know understand how a Gold Standard is as meaningless as the tooth fairy. What will secure a person’s life when our currency is removed from circulation is guns, ammo, limited exposure, close productive friends that can be trusted and are trusted mutually because friends work at earning trust through the exchange of honestly acquired wealth.

Having a stash of gold exposes a person to all kinds of liabilities including a demonic fanaticism held by some people who will seek out and confiscate gold whenever and wherever that gold accumulates.

Dependence upon any enforced currency, by definition, creates dependency.

The average American depends upon their own capacity to earn their living. If this were not true then Americas would starve to death.

The whole financial collapse scenario pre-supposes that American’s are too stupid to invent currency and this is demonstrably false.

American’s invented whiskey as currency under very difficult conditions in the past when the State removed the currency from circulation.

If American’s failed to invent a usable currency during the falsely named “Great Depression”, then, that remains to be shown to me. I do know of a few sources that indicate how Americans not only managed to survive the removal of dollar currency, the confiscation of gold, the destruction of livestock, and the enforced confiscation of homes, farms, and property by banks and by the Corporate State, not only did people survive and continue to invent ways to conduct commerce, but Americans learned and taught their kids, as a result of that lesson, that trust in Systems like the INTERST/PROFIT system are frauds.

The typical American continues to invent ways to get around the System despite enforced currency collapses and buying a subsistence farm may be one such invention.

I have relatives and friends who currently manage an effective barter system because the currency collapse is being forced now as a result of high interest rates enforced by those who control legal currency.

Seeing Americans as begin typical is a selective perception. We, as far as my selective perception has so far determined, are not typical. I happen to live in America.
