Announcement (inspired by e-mail contact): For California the common law grand jury coordinated effort started by John Darash and company (National Liberty Alliance) has me Joe Kelley as coordinator. A very good central location to be used to centralize contacting, coordinating, and exchanging information, such as training, or scheduling training, is the following link: http://www.meetup.com/NationalLibertyAlliance/messages/boards/ Since I volunteered (and it was not easy to be accepted: due to technical problems at least) I have made 2 phone calls on my own volition (a pathetic effort on my part). I then received 4 phone calls from volunteers volunteering to hold me to the fire. This effort must be neither push (aggression) or pull (defense) among us, in m opinion. We can't exemplify justice if our efforts are not fully voluntary as Natural Law leads our thoughts and actions in my opinion. Do unto other's as you would have them due onto you. Train me, in other words, and I will try to help train you. You can contact me by phone, two of my e-mails, my own forum, you can volunteer to be a county organizer and learn (train) by doing, you can contact me at the State organizer National Liberty Alliance web page, and you can start giving training and receiving training at the National Liberty Alliance Forum (Message Board Web Page) as you please, strictly voluntary. To me, that is the best training you will ever get: by doing. Jesus, for example, shows that way. If anyone begins to act dictatorially in this effort, in my opinion, the dictators who specialize at dictatorship will consume that one of our number who dares to compete in that arena. Jesus was a natural leader of men, and what happened to our leadership since His death? John Darash is not Jesus, but the principles leading Jesus are leading John Darash if my measure of the man is accurate (if my limited understanding of Christianity is near the mark), and what happens, what leads us, once John Darash is no longer leading, for any reason (natural causes, old age, some time in the distant future, or a change of heart - not likely - or not even remotely possible - or who knows what happens in our future on this path) who steps up to the plate then? The leaders in this effort are found in the mirror? <-------- note the question mark: an offer? If you have already contacted me, or if you have already contacted your county organizer, and someone else has dropped the ball, then you are teaching me that I need to do what I have already begin doing. I can start a County Forum Page for each County in California and on that page anyone can offer information (such as "Hey, help me help you, I'm waving my volunteering hand vigourously, and no one seems to be listening, so how can that be the solution if all we do is more of the same?"), combine efforts, combine training, combing information, seek and grant energy, power, knowledge, wisdom, purpose, guidance, leadership, whatever. I had one person call me up and invite me to a meeting in Los Angeles. I accepted, at my own cost, and my family is like most families on the brink, literally, of bankruptcy. I am not begging, I am not dictating, I am working in defense of the innocent who are currently being tortured and burned alive LITERALLY (look at what happened in Waco), and I've been on this path (as pathetic as my example may be) since at least 1996 when I ran for Congress in my district), so step up or step aside, in the spirit of true leadership which must be NON-ANTAGONISTICALLY COMPETITIVE, meaning that if someone is not showing the way as well as you can, then you show it, and if someone is showing the way better than you can (presently) then you have a path to emulate on your own volition. I can say go to that Web address, I can offer my work up to this date. They can help train me. I can pass on information. I do not have a good memory (too many concussions, too old, too much "fun" in life perhaps), so my offer is to collect and assemble information. A step by step list should be done. Such as: 1. Know the base principle (Golden rule) in your soul before moving on to any other steps. 2. Know the actions required to gain access to a common law grand jury room whereby that legal court of record exists in brick and mortar. There are many things, sub categories, required for just those 2 steps. I hope that helps, I hope it is not too much, too wordy, too aggressive, too antagonistic, too vain, too prideful, too weak, as an offer in response to your generous offer. Joe

My intention is to phone each County Organizer listed on the NLA Web Site starting in Alphabetical reverse order. I will use these Web Sites: NLA County Organizer List NLA California Forum Government County List California County Map I do not know when my phone calls will NOT be an aggressive intrusion of privacy, and if I did know, then I would not call at that time. I can WARN here and now that my calls will be scheduled for Noon on Saturdays starting next Saturday. My intention is to call each County at a time. I intend to ask 3 questions: What is your next step? When will you accomplish that step? What do you want me to publish when I start an NLA County Forum Topics after I finish this call? I'd like to publish the name, the phone number, the next step, and the scheduled date when the next step will be completed on that new NLA County Forum Page. These are my next steps, my schedule is not rushed by me, so my schedule to complete phone calls and NLA County Forum Topics for each County, with or without any names, phone numbers, or intended steps, and intended schedules by July 4th, 2014. I realize that sooner is better, but I also realize that there is no way for one person to implement common law grand jury due process in this country on their own; at their own cost.

The following is cut and pasted from an e-mail I intend to send, but I want to put a date on it, and I may think better of sending it by tomorrow morning: In all seriousness the solution to antagonism is not more of it. My response is required? How will that be taken naturally, other than taken as a threat? If someone can explain to me what "vigorous legal action" means, then I'll know as much as whoever is claiming to be ready to employ "vigorous legal action." There is another question concerning how National Liberty Alliance can have belongings, which to me is more of the same Legal Fiction we the people are effectively exposing as false information, demonstrably inaccurate, misleading, or at best a matter of expedience (reference to a group of people rather than listing all the names in the group). This e-mail is not condoned by me and if someone in National Liberty Alliance moves along whatever path is intended with this e-mail then they do so despite my clearly expressed objections now being clearly expressed in my response to this e-mail. I have added the support NLA address in the hope of getting some help remedying these enumerated contentions. 1. Is antagonism going to solve the problem? 2.Is there an honorable promise to employ common law due process in this case, or can someone explain to me what "vigorous legal action" means as that appears to be a threat made by someone upon someone? 2a. Which common law grand jury is going to handle this case, if so? 3.Why is the false claim being made that someone is required to respond to this e-mail? 4.Is National Liberty Alliance now a Legal Fiction capable of ownership? 5.Is my disagreement of this approach to solving a problem cause for me to be removed from National Liberty Alliance for these specific contentions (questions) enumerated?
