The temporary California State Organizer is me.

State Organizer List

California 58 counties 0 elected
Sand Bernardino County Joe Kelley 760-447-7139 josf.kelley@power-independence.com

Amelia is now a moderator for California (I can divide up moderator access into counties later if needed), so Amelia can add her phone number or e-mail contact information here, or in the Los Angeles County topic, if that sounds like a good idea.

A problem exists with my phone failing to receive calls. I cannot yet afford to buy a new phone. I can call, instead, each county on the list, and see if anyone is willing to connect to this Forum as a means of organizing the many counties into one temporary meeting place that does not depend upon a single person's current availability to answer the phone.

Each county can create (or I will create and they can use) a County Forum Topic.

A competition can exist to see which County Forum proceeds step by step best, and if they record their progress here, then other County Organizers can follow the most competitive leading County each step of the way.

It may take a while for me to begin creating each new County Forum Topic, finding each County phone number, calling each County Organizer, and asking them to help each other County Organizer by documenting their progress on this temporary Forum.

On the subject of coordinating a power of defense that is sufficient to deter all criminal powers at once: in that there is the concept of power in numbers.

The most effective defense against crime of any kind is a defensive power that maintains consequences that WILL happen whereby crime is no longer affordable for a criminal to perpetrate any crime.

The criminal dreams up a crime, and under further investigation by the criminal the dream of gaining anything during the crime is quickly calculated as a net loss to the criminal enterprise. Case closed.

That can be understood in the structure of Natural Law.

When defensive power is irresistible there is no resistance to it; with fewer, and fewer exceptions.

How can that structure of how that works be better illustrated?

How about the Federated States of Switzerland?

No army has dared to invade Switzerland for centuries, as the costs of doing so are too high, because those people in that country maintain an effective deterrence.

How many countries has Switzerland invaded, occupied, and otherwise taken over in conquests whereby the POWER of Switzerland has become aggressive, offensive, and therefore criminal?

None.

Strictly defensive, meaning strictly not offensive, yet powerful enough to secure their competitively voluntary association against attack by criminals for centuries.

Does this sound absurd, or reasonable, or confusing?

Evidence:

Patrick Henry in defense of Voluntary Association

Quote:
The history of Switzerland clearly proves that we might be in amicable alliance with those states without adopting this Constitution. Switzerland is a confederacy, consisting of dissimilar governments. This is an example which proves that governments of dissimilar structures may be confederated. That confederate republic has stood upwards of four hundred years; and, although several of the individual republics are democratic, and the rest aristocratic, no evil has resulted from this dissimilarity; for they have braved all the power of France and Germany during that long period. The Swiss spirit, sir, has kept them together; they have encountered and overcome immense difficulties with patience and fortitude. In the vicinity of powerful and ambitious monarchs, they have retained their independence, republican simplicity, and valor. [Here he makes a comparison of the people of that country and those of France, and makes a quotation from Addison illustrating the subject.] Look at the peasants of that country and of France; and mark the difference. You will find the condition of the former far more desirable and comfortable. No matter whether the people be great, splendid, and powerful, if they enjoy freedom. The Turkish Grand Signior, alongside of our President, would put us to disgrace; but we should be as abundantly consoled for this disgrace, when our citizens have been put in contrast with the Turkish slave. The most valuable end of government is the liberty of the inhabitants. No possible advantages can compensate for the loss of this privilege. Show me the reason why the American Union is to be dissolved. Who are those eight adopting states? Are they averse to give us a little time to consider, before we conclude? Would such a disposition render a junction with them eligible; or is it the genius of that kind of government to precipitate people hastily into measures of the utmost importance, and grant no indulgence? If it be, sir, is it for us to accede to such a government? We have a right to have time to consider; we shall therefore insist upon it. Unless the government be amended, we can never accept it. The adopting states will doubtless accept our money and our regiments; and what is to be the consequence, if we are disunited? I believe it is yet doubtful, whether it is not proper to stand by a while, and see the effect of its adoption in other states. In forming a government, the utmost care should be taken to prevent its becoming oppressive; and this government is of such an intricate and complicated nature, that no man on this earth can know its real operation. The other states have no reason to think, from the antecedent conduct of Virginia, that she has any intention of seceding from the Union, or of being less active to support the general welfare. Would they not, therefore, acquiesce in our taking time to deliberate—deliberate whether the measure be not perilous, not only for us, but the adopting states?

That is important information for at least 4 reasons:

1.
A strong defense overpowers a weaker offense, including the time span mentioned by Patrick Henry (400 years whereby Switzerland remained unmolested), and including the time span from 1788 (the time of that speech by Patrick Henry) up until now, including the first and second World Wars happening all around Switzerland while Switzerland remained unmolested.

2.
The Federation  under The Articles of Confederation between 1776 and 1787 were not defensively powerful enough (not yet) to deter the criminal aggressive war for profit, the invasion and occupation, the pillaging, perpetrated by Great Britain during The Revolutionary War; however the same voluntary power of defense was sufficient to defeat that army of criminals and drive them out of this country; albeit with some help  from the French.

3.
The voluntary arrangement of constitutionally limited republics that form a voluntary federation allows for competitive experiments in forms of government by the consent of the governed and that voluntary arrangement sharpens instead of dulls the power of voluntary government as those hired to govern are forced by the power of voluntary choice to supply only those things desired by the employers of government.

On the third point is the following evidence:

Defending Liberty with voluntary choices

Quote:
Second, federalism permits the states to operate as laboratories of democracy-to experiment with various policies and Programs. For example, if Tennessee wanted to provide a state-run health system for its citizens, the other 49 states could observe the effects of this venture on Tennessee's economy, the quality of care provided, and the overall cost of health care. If the plan proved to be efficacious other states might choose to emulate it, or adopt a plan taking into account any problems surfacing in Tennessee. If the plan proved to be a disastrous intervention, the other 49 could decide to leave the provision of medical care to the private sector. With national plans and programs, the national officials simply roll the dice for all 284 million people of the United States and hope they get things right.

Experimentation in policymaking also encourages a healthy competition among units of government and allows the people to vote with their feet should they find a law of policy detrimental to their interests. Using again the state-run health system as an example, if a citizen of Tennessee was unhappy with Tennessee's meddling with the provisions of health care, the citizen could move to a neighboring state. Reallocation to a state like North Carolina, with a similar culture and climate, would not be a dramatic shift and would be a viable option. Moreover, if enough citizens exercised this option, Tennessee would be pressured to abandon its foray into socialized medicine, or else lose much of its tax base. To escape a national health system, a citizen would have to emigrate to a foreign country, an option far less appealing and less likely to be exercised than moving to a neighboring state. Without competition from other units of government, the national government would have much less incentive than Tennessee would to modify the objectionable policy. Clearly, the absence of experimentation and competition hampers the creation of effective programs and makes the modification of failed national programs less likely.

4. The reason why the information is important is the reason of using voluntary power so as to strengthen voluntary power instead of using involuntary power to destroy voluntary power; so the Natural Law of Diminishing Returns is set aside in favor of the Natural Law of using what little power there is in the productive work required to create more power out of less power, and therefore raising the standard of living for all the volunteers who are voluntarily associated, while at the same time the cooperatively competitive work also lowers the cost of living for each member of the voluntary association.

Now that all may be a though concept to realize at the moment. The offer here is to offer the reader a sense of why it may be a good idea to increase numbers of defenders who are poised on the Front Line of Defense, and then those larger numbers of defenders all march at once down to the place where the Defenders, in their own counties, all at once, face the Aggressors who seek to Aggressively Destroy the Defenders at the door to each Jury room in each County in California.

If we are all now practicing and perfecting the formal steps required to get to that point where the Defenders face the Offenders, our experiences can be shared, known, learned, and improved, until such time as there are so many well practiced Defenders as to completely overwhelm the Offenders in each county.

When the numbers of Defenders so overwhelmingly overpower by force of numbers those Offenders, there will be no power left for the Offenders (blocking access to courts of record), no room left for the Offenders to then resort to their dirty tricks, their lies, their threats, and their routine resort to violence upon the innocent; because they can no longer afford to do so under the weight of numbers aligned against them in every county State wide and across the entire country.

This next person I will introduce to you was a friend before we separated as this person left California to go to Arizona, where this person quickly learned much of the information we are now just starting to learn and his story is instructive.

Bill Foust

I tried to contact Bill Foust after I stumbled upon that series of Youtube videos, as I had lost contact with him after he moved from California to Arizona. I found out that Bill Foust was shot to death by an Arizona government employee.

Here is one version of the events that ended that life:

Official version?

Here is another, competitive, version of the events that ended that life:

Competitive, alternative, version?

The struggle for Liberty is always a voluntary group defending against an involuntary group, and this should not be news to the defenders.

If violence is to be avoided it stands to reason that we must be coordinated in principle and in action. Our enemies foreign and domestic have coordinated in principle and in action.

Which principles?

Which actions?

Principles:
1. Lack of principles based upon insanity?
Might makes Right (a demonstrable falsehood, since the concept of right is repugnant to the concept of "might" or "something for nothing" or "I'll make him an offer he can't refuse" or "Survival of the fittest (most criminal)" or what could be understood as "Civilized Cannibalism," etc.)

2.  Natural Law based principles or actual principles based upon reason.
Golden Rule (a demonstrable fact of gaining mutual advantage as people treat each other has they themselves prefer to be treated)

Which actions?

1. Crime (deception, threats, and violence upon the innocent)

2. Defense (accurate accounting, promises, and avoidance of any violence while refusing to allow the innocent to be destroyed by criminals)

Clearly the order of which principle and which action is number 1, and which principle and which action is forgotten, ignored, censored, or otherwise made less powerful is confused by some people.

I don't know if that will help, that giant wall of text, but my hope is that someone will be helped along with this offer of information.
