Roger Weidner is a former attorney and public prosecutor who battled pervasive corruption in the Oregon court system for 12 years as he struggled to return the now-valued $100 million Kettleberg estate to its rightful beneficiary after it had been wrongly seized by an unscrupulous but well-connected attorney.  For his efforts, Weidner was repeatedly arrested, imprisoned, confined to an insane asylum, and finally disbarred.  His story, as told to H. Hammond, testifies to how the judiciary has usurped the law for its own purposes and replaced constitutional guarantees with a system in which judges rule by decree.  It exemplifies the failure of meaningful accountability within the judicial branch.

 Situation is thus: As a tech, I having been repairing and loading many a OS to rebuild pc's. Upon loading a laptop, unplugged from ac adapter, disconnected from any and all means of the internet. System loaded fine, until the battery starts discharging, plugged in the adapter and all hell breaks lose. System runs a self check, starts a self repair, starts an offline internet activity. It is 0300 hrs, and my neighbor (whom I also installed his new vista) calls and wants to know how i woke up his computer which is not online, also unplugged from the phoneline.. Guess what? Our pc's are talking to eachother without phonelines somehow.. I unplug the charger/adapter, communications stops. Hmm, plug it back in , and activity again. Hmm., let us equate this somehow: computers able to find their own line of communications; then able to talk to each other and fix eachother; can they mass together and think too; can they rebuild themselves; who else are they talking too.?

Allen of AmericanPublic.us describes his practice this way: “I bring a unique perspective to clients' communications challenges and help them to shape public opinion, so their positions can be clearly understood.” His specialities: “Public perception of regulated enterprises (banks, utilities), message creation and evaluation in a competitive/campaign environment, polling to support advocacy efforts.”

In other words, AmericanPublic.us exists specifically to "shape public opinion" with "message creation" and "polling to support advocacy efforts." That's the mission statement of an organization devoted to the manipulation of public opinion research.

The next claim is that "the poll shows that Americans are very optimistic about the future for coal. When asked the question 'do you believe coal is a fuel for America’s future?' -- 69% of Americans agreed (compared to only 26% who disagreed)."

This claim is an outright lie.

My curiosity about this question compelled me to sit down and document the most oft-used methods by which willful ignorance has been turned into dogma by Fox News and other propagandists disguised as media. The techniques I identify here also help to explain the simultaneously powerful identification the Fox media audience has with the network, as well as their ardent, reflexive defenses of it.

While the legal criminals are torturing targeted victims they blame the victims.

That is really not news, just an accurate accounting of the facts.
