I need a Printer who will help me, like I'm a lost child looking for someone to hold my hand and guide me to a printer who will supply what I demand. The next link has a calculator that prices 10 books at 59.99. 50 books at 269.50 I will contact them and see if someone wants to hold my hand. On Demand Forum The Book Patch Hi, I have a book to print, it is currently a Word Document, and I need help. Shopping for a Printer to Print is so far resulting in too many questions turning into more questions, my fault of course, but here looks like a good place to begin nailing down the particulars. How are URL links printed onto paper compared to URL links coded into an HTML version of the same book? Are QR Code images printed in an Index at the back of the printed book, and then a Web Page is loaded onto a iPhone or other QR Code reader, and then that Web Page is a Web Page index of all the Web Pages referred into the book? Does it cost more to have a QR Code printed into a book? Is there a better way to print a book where the information in the book relies upon Web Page references? Is it a good idea to first print prototype copies of the book, to get a final edit of potential typing errors, and to find through some feedback if there are obvious improvements needed? Is 10 books or 50 books a good number for such a Prototype? Is this a good place to begin learning how better to market a book in print form and and digital form? |

Mike, I can give that a try but the questions I am asking at this point appear to be like sniping with a shot gun. I'm not asking the right questions, so standing in front of someone at a counter sniping with a shot gun does not sound like it will be very productive. Here is a word file, I can say, make me a book, how much? What size book? Yea, what size book. I mean, what size book do you want? That's what I mean, what size book do I want. Or That is a Microsoft World File, we don't print from that, unless you want the pages to bleed all over the place. |
