I quote the above here as an example of someone spreading falsehood.
Someone spreading falsehood is akin to a Troll under a bridge or akin to The Taxman.
The troll excludes people from knowledge.
Example:
If I report how no one other than Ron Paul and Dennis Kucinich are honest candidates, then, I leave out (stop anyone crossing the bridge to) Mike Gravel.
I become the troll.
