"“The Minister for the Environment has a duty. His duty is primarily to ensure that there is cleaner, better, healthier environment for people in this country. It’s a simple duty. He also has a responsibility in regards to science and innovation to make sure that that happens. What seems to be happening here, in fact one would say undoubtedly happening here, is he is using science and innovation to ensure that our right to life is threatened. There have been no public debates, there is no public discourse, there are no public disclosures as to why, when, how, what is going on in regard to 5G. That by itself is a breach of ministerial responsibility, and one which we really should look at in terms of private prosecution against the ministers who have failed to protect our right to life.”
