return e-mail dated 7-31-2019 Why parrot the lies? False Popular Sovereignty Rule of the people consistent with the principles of natural law is facilitated with the ancient law known commonly as the common law: see Bill of Rights (a failed attempt to amend a criminal document) False Republicanism The right of the people to vote as representatives of the whole people (as one) is facilitated in trial by the country, commonly known as trial by jury, and as reported by the Ancient Grecian Democrats Electoral politics leads to power transferring from the people (as one) to Special Interest groups who can afford to “represent” their Special Interest groups. False Federalism In 1787, on the official record (Congressional Record), the Nationalists took and counterfeited the name Federalist, and that fact was reported by many true Federalists in including Richard Henry Lee and Melancon Smith. Those false Federalists then ran a smear campaign calling the group of whistle blowers a false name: Anti-Federalists. Nationalism is not Federalism. James Madison, Thomas Jefferson, and even Thomas Paine eventually figured out the Con Game ran by the false Federalists: See: Virginia and Kentucky Resolutions, and Thomas Paine’s Letter “To the citizens of the United States, 1802. False Balance of Power The common law since before Magna Carta is a veto power commanded by each individual volunteering to be a part of natural law processed with the ancient common law. When the false Federalist Part took over America by fraud (treason), then effectively placed their counterfeit Summary Just-us Kangaroo Court System of Plunder above the common law. False Limited Government Having overpowered the people as a whole, by fraudulently replacing the common law due process with a counterfeit Summary Just-us System of Subsidized Slavery, that power grab effectively took all limits from whatever the criminals in power are pleased to do anywhere, anytime. False Individual Rights Having overpowered rule of law (the common law with trial by jury, and independent grand jury jurisdiction), those in false federal power dictate what is or is not a right, and they laugh about it, such as the infamous statement made by a so-called National President declaring “…it depends upon what is, is.” Why do you feel it necessary to parrot these lies? If you are speaking about the principles of the common law, then you can back up your claims. If you are speaking about the original Constitutions of the 12 Nation States (one Nation State had no written constitution), or if you are speaking about the Articles of Confederation, then you might have a leg to stand on, with your claims. If you are speaking about the documented crime scene, complete with confessions on the official record, then you are making claims out of ignorance. Joe Kelley
