Introduction

Dynamic thinking can be compared to static thinking as a verb can be compared to a noun. A movie can be compared to a photo. Objects in a movie appear to move dynamically, those objects were moving dynamically when the cameras were rolling. Objects in a photo are in motion at the time the object was frozen in time. Even objects that are not alive are in motion all the time. Looking at an object with dynamic thinking is a way of being aware that the object that appears to be static is in constant motion. Static thinking is a way of being unaware of many dynamic forces.

Power can be gained when dynamic thinking is employed instead of employing static thinking. Some people agree that there is a benefit to be gained when employing dynamic thinking. Some people are caught in the trap of static thinking, unable to break from it, defenseless against it, inert. A dynamic thinker in a dynamic world will be able to see people who are stuck in static thinking. A static thinker will be powerless to see any possible benefits that may be realized when people employ dynamic thinking in a dynamic world. To a static thinker, the actions that constitute dynamic thinking are just pictures in a picture frame.

Examples are useful in the world of dynamic thinking. Examples just sit and rot in the world of static thinking. The examples offered in the dedication to this book are examples of laws that can empower dynamic thinkers in the world of dynamic forces. In the world of static thinking, those examples are stuck in a static File, in a static Folder, in a static Office, in a static Building, in a static Town, in a static County, in a static State, on a static Planet frozen in time.

The examples offered in the dedication were natural laws. One natural law offered in the dedication is the law that criminals do not obey laws, and the other natural law is the law that people who are deceived do not know that they are deceived. In the world of dynamic thinking, it is possible to employ those laws in the effort to discover fake laws. Once fake laws are discovered something can be done to defend against them. When the dynamic force of deception meets the dynamic force of discovery the time of deception moves to the past, and the time of knowing moves into the present.

If it is agreeable to the one who may be inspired to reject fake laws to employ dynamic thinking in the effort to find fake laws, then it may be agreeable to employ the two examples of natural laws now. A question can be asked concerning those natural laws. What are the opposites of those natural laws?

Criminals will obey yet another law, even though criminals prove that they do not obey existing laws.

Those who are deceived know that they are deceived, ignorance is bliss.

Criminals will obey laws, and therefore another law is required each time another guilty criminal finds a new way to injure another innocent victim. For each criminal act perpetrated by each criminal in time and place there must be many more laws added to the laws already enforced upon everyone.

Those who are deceived know they are deceived, and therefore there is no cause to act in defense against those who are guilty of deceiving. Those who are guilty of harming innocent victims by deception are free to do so because those who are deceived know they are deceived, and therefore they want to be deceived since they do nothing to prevent deception. Deception is not a crime, it is perfectly normal and acceptable for people to deceive each other.

People actually believe fake law. If fake law has not worked yet, then people demand another fake law to stop crime. Fake law will work this time, even though fake law has not worked yet. Every time this has not worked in the past, that is forgotten ever time. All the actions that fail to stop crime are forgotten, all those failed actions are frozen in the picture frame. While the viewer perceives time frozen, fake law perceived as if fake law is true law, the viewer is caught defenseless, as the viewer is inspired to pay for fake law, to actually demand it, on cue.

Crime happens. Victims of crime are injured. Defenders are prodded to pay for fake law. Defenders see only fake law, pay for it on demand, and that is a crime added to the pile of crimes seen and unseen. Criminals do not obey laws, people deceived to not know they are deceived. Criminals will take over true law, turn true law into fake law, and that is yet another crime. The crime of fake law is not seen by defenders and victims.

The one reading this is now presented with 2 natural laws, 2 fake laws, and the Crime of the Millennium. The reader is now introduced to the Crime of the Millennium. Those who choose crime are those who choose not to obey laws, and it is a demonstrable falsehood to believe otherwise. Every time someone chooses to injure someone innocent they demonstrate that natural law fact. Those who are deceived do not know it, and those who are deceived will believe any lie, including such obvious lies as the lie that somehow, this time, another fake law added to the mountain of fake laws will stop the next criminal from choosing crime. When criminals effectively counterfeit true law, turning true law into fake law, criminals take-over government. That is the Crime of the Millennium.

An individual dissatisfied with static thinking reaches a point at which that individual is sent into action. The knowledge found in dynamic thinking causes the individual to see the time before, the present time moving, and the time in the future, all at which is seen as a process, all seen dynamically. Time past, present, and future is not seen “at once,” instead the dynamic world of forces is seen dynamically; in motion. The individual can see crime as such instead of freezing the time and place, the crime, into an inert, powerless, foreign, fictional, distant, fantasy. Rather than accepting powerlessness the opposite call to action places responsibility, and accurate accountability upon the viewer of the crime that happens dynamically from past, to present, and on into the future. The dynamic thinker agrees to be the solution, which is far from a static belief. Far from being placed into a category of vigilante (someone blamed for having taken the law into their own hands), the dynamic thinker is free from such categorization, which may freeze someone like a deer caught in the headlights, and instead of inaction, the individual prefers dynamic independence of thought: dynamic thinking. A crime can happen, I must therefore overpower criminals, as a rule.

Opposing a collective false belief that criminals will obey laws is each individual agreeing to be the law independently themselves. Opposing a collective false trust in fake law is each individual agreeing to work effectively to discover true law. This type of dynamic thinking moves from one individual to another individual in time and place dynamically, changing the world as people move out of dark, depressing, hell on earth, and people move into the light of true law: accurate accounting of the facts that matter. The idea is to remove fake law and allow true law to regain supremacy.

As with the rule that criminals as a rule do not obey rules, so it is with the rule that those who are deceived do not, and will not, see the facts that matter in any case. Those who believe, with a static, inert, frozen-in-time mindset, that they cannot be a victim of fake law will not, as a rule, take it upon themselves to do the work required to become aware of the facts that matter in that specific case that plays out dynamically from past, to present, to future. Those powers that work to deceive one generation work to inspire the victim generation to infect the next generation. The past victim generation was a generation of victims: victims of the Crime of the Millennium. The past generation victimized the present generation, infecting the present generation with the same static fake law.

The one reading this can put two clear examples of fake law together, and they can do so independently. It is possible to take it upon oneself the duty to see how these two examples work dynamically.

Those who are deceived by the fraud that works to freeze people out of the power of law, as a rule, do not know that they are frozen out of that power structure. They are frozen out of that law power, disenfranchised, by such frauds as the lie that inspires people to believe that criminals will obey the next law, and the next law. Those caught in this powerful deception believe that all “we” have to do to defend the innocent from the guilty is to keep sending money to the people who keep adding more fake laws to the many fake laws that criminals will not obey, not yesterday, not today, and not tomorrow. Rule 1 for a dynamic thinker is that criminals do not, as a rule, obey laws. Rule 2 for a dynamic thinker is that those who are the victims of criminal fraud, as a rule, are unaware of that fact that matters in every case. In every case of criminal fraud, the victim remains a victim until the victim overpowers the powers that work to deceive the victim.

There are many ways to end the cycle of violence caused by the Crime of the Millenium. There are as many ways as there are people willing to take on that duty themselves. Can people end the cycle of violence caused by the Crime of the Millenium? Can people do so by sending money to people who enforce fake law? Can people do so when people believe that fake law is true law?

So you are now introduced into the purpose of this book. The one reading this book will be inspired to act in their own defense. The one reading this book will not agree to be frozen out of the law power. This dynamic process is recorded in book form, here and now. This is a process by which the one reading this book will hopefully be unsatisfied with false versions of the law power, and the one reading this book may compare the fake law power, which is static, with a dynamic version of the law power.

The law power is an individual power first, and secondly the law power is a collective power enforced only by those who agree to take it upon themselves to be the law power. That law power can be true or false. If the individuals who constitute that law power are mostly honest then that law power will tend to be true. If the individuals who constitute that law power are mostly deceived then that law power is fake. If the true law power is idle, any time, any place, what is going to happen at those times, and in those places? If the fake law power is active for centuries what is going to happen?

History can be a collection of individual lies, frauds, false accounts, that render present and future victims powerless, defenseless, and ever ready to be victimized by criminals, or history can be a concerted, willful, effort by individuals to know the facts, as they are in fact, so as to make those facts matter in the present, and in the future, doing so dynamically.

This book is a thing. This book freezes in time a dynamic process. The reader causes the book, the thing, to return to a dynamic process. This book records a dynamic process in which one individual has done the work required to get to a dynamic understanding of the law power. The true law power was at work during the founding process of America, so this book reports that dynamic process that was the law of the land for a time in America. That true law power is an example for any generation of people anywhere, anytime, only if people want to use it. The fake law power eventually overpowered the true law power in America. The true law power in America was captured and frozen onto a false flag, frozen on pieces of paper, and frozen in the static minds of the people victimized by a counterfeit version of the true law power. The fake law power has been working to make victims out of everyone for over 200 years in America. The true law power has been sent down the memory hole.

The America that was already here when the Pilgrims immigrated, was also in transition from true law to fake law, and from fake law to true law. Those opposing forces are always working to overpower each other. No one escapes that battle, everyone is involved in the dynamic process, all the time. People running from slavery in Europe, those Pilgrims, found and founded forms of government in America that was later called Revolutionary. The process of moving from institutionalized, subsidized slavery, to a revolutionary process instead was costly. Where institutionalized, subsidized, slavery was the form in which fake law was enforced upon innocent generations of people in Europe, those runaway slaves immigrated to a land of relative, revolutionary, freedom. Where the cost of living was too high, people paid the price to escape that hell on earth, and people reaped the benefits of a revolutionary opposing form of government once the power shifted as a result of independent choices to account for the facts that truly matter. The land of the free is true as the land of the free when enough people reject fake law, as a matter of demonstrable fact. If the claim of authority is such that there is only one law, and that one and only law just happens to enforce subsidized, institutionalized, slavery upon millions of people, then people ought to, and people do, question that claim of authority. When people believe it to be the law, the one and only law, and that monopoly of law is subsidized slavery, then as sure as the sun is hot that form of law is fake. So what is true law?

The true law power is the dynamic common law. Not an antiquated, static, picture frame where someone is frozen in time, a black and white picture of a common law couple agreeing to a common law marriage – no – the true law is not that. The dynamic common law was and is the true law that can be acknowledged and employed by enough people today, tomorrow, and on into an actual land where free people maintain their freedom in America. To get on that path each one moving to the true law path has to reject the fake law. Deception grows when fed. Deception dies on the vine when people reject it, refuse to pay for it, refuse to give it credit, as a matter of fact.

Like that process that was the dedication at the start of this book, and like the process that is this introduction to this book, there will be a process of offering examples of the true law power in this book. Those examples concern the processes that arm individuals with the power of the common laws of free people in liberty. Some examples of true law are offered in something called a Bill of Rights. Another example of true law is something specific that happens when people agree to abide by the common laws of free people. This example will ring true to those who have the power to know the difference between fake law and true law. An action that is agreed to by people arming themselves with the true law power will be a familiar action when that action is described by someone to someone else, just as that action is now being described in this introduction. Either people will agree to this action, giving it credit, giving it power, or people will not agree to it, and it is an example of the common laws common to free people in liberty. This example of the true law power is demonstrated by people who agree to presume innocence until guilty people are found guilty in fact. That, like the Bill of Rights, is an example of the true law that has been known as the common law. The power, the force, of this common law is a common understanding, a common agreement of facts like these examples, facts that matter in any case.

The common law is also exemplified by another dynamic process. Instead of accepting a process of determining fact from fiction in which a powerful entity exerted that absolute power, an alternative, revolutionary, process was put into common usage. That process is all but ignored in America these days. That revolutionary process has been covered up by a mountain of lies. The mountain of lies empowers the powerful entity that exerts an absolute power to determine fact from fiction, and that power is criminal.

The true law does not afford absolute power to a small segment of the population. The process of electing a small special interest group into positions of absolute power is fake law. Fake law corrupts everyone who takes absolute power, and this too is a natural law that governs everyone except a very small percentage of people. Absolute power overpowers the individuals who take absolute power, absolute power overpowers natural moral conscience. The reason why the alternative to absolute power in the hands of a few is revolutionary is knowable to those who discover that revolutionary alternative. The alternative to dictatorial power exerted by an “Elite” few is the power of agreement defended by all those who agree to employ the process of finding that power of agreement. The revolutionary law power replaces the despotic power of the few with a process of affording everyone the power to find the facts that truly matter in any case.

The revolutionary adaptation that affords people the true law power is the adaptation from what is known as a dictatorship and that adaptation moves people to a process by which the people as a whole determine the difference between fake law and true law. That process was called the law of the land before the invention of the English language. That process was called the common law, and that process involved something that was once called trial by the country. That revolutionary process that moves people out of dictatorships and moves people into true law was also called trial by jury. That revolutionary process used by defenders to guard against dictatorship is written into such examples as a Declaration of Independence, and a Bill of Rights.

Rather than allowing special interests groups to take absolute power over fake law, the revolutionary process was an adaptation away from those examples of hell on earth, where everyone is corrupted eventually by that fake law. The revolutionary process rejects that fake law, and instead of fake law the people as one move unanimously toward a process then aims to assure that the facts that matter in every case of criminal accusation are found, and those facts are employed in the process that gives everyone an equal footing in that true law process. That true law process is a process that is due, it is due process, due by all, due to all, without exception. We the people agree to work to find the facts that matter in every case, and we must find a unanimous agreement before anyone is forced by the hand of this government power.

Instead of an antiquated process by which the powerful take all the power, including the power to enslave everyone including themselves, instead of that criminal process, instead of that fake law, the revolutionary process is a process that gives all the law power to each individual who will agree to follow the process that gives each individual the same law power: the power of agreement, and the power of accurate accountability.

This introduction rings true to someone already aware of the true law power. To those who are skeptical about this introduction to independence preferred, please consider the possibility that you have been fed a bunch of lies about the true law power. Please consider the possibility that criminals, as a rule, do not obey laws. Please consider the possibility that those who are deceived by such lies are unaware that they are deceived. It may be worth the effort to know better.
