will power to follow the golden rule
will power to help in mutual defense
foreign (not will) power causing crime, deception internalized by external power.
In order to write this I have to create a dream of success, and in this dream the concept of the law power as a voluntary mutual defense association spreads from individual to individual until the idea becomes more powerful than the opposing idea.
