https://spectator.org/trump-needs-to-transfer-all-federal-land-back-to-the-states/ I'd like to read this but like most things the foundation the writer is standing on is probably the quick sand foundation known as Might Makes Right; which is the counterfeit version of democracy, republicanism, law, federation, confederation, morality, reason, logic, science, religion, faith, medicine, freedom, liberty, life, existence, ectropy, and anything else that could be counterfeited with this same up-side-down, opposite, founding non-principle: Might Makes Right. The true law of the land, which is as inseparable from actual control of land as would be any attempt to claim that true law can be founded on deception. Land, like air, food, water, and shelter, must fall within the jurisdiction of human, moral, control: law. If control of the land - by individuals - is taken from individuals, the same cause and effect occurs as would occur if control of air, water, food, and shelter: strangulation, dehydration, starvation, and exposure. Sure, as the title suggests, land control (ownership, as in Allodial Title) should, ought to, and must remain in the control of individual, free, people, in a well defended, perishable, liberty. So...sure, as the title suggests, those who have taken that control ought to return that control back to the rightful, lawful, morally defensible, owners: the people themselves, not the exclusive, elite, aristocratic, oligarchical, few members of the whole number of people whose power has been founded upon that deception known as Might Makes Right. Before reading that important report concerning the morally justified, and morally defensible, report on what ought, and what must, be done with the control of land, I am going to cut and past - with a link - an example of what ought to be the law of the land from the good side, not the bad side, of human thought and action, in time, and in place. What a truly federal American government power did - at least - was to show posterity the right way for a federal power (true federal power not counterfeit federal power) to "dispose" of land. If individual, free, moral, people, in an effectively defended Liberty, improve the VACANT land they stake out, those individuals then constitute the POWER behind voluntary mutual defense association (federation) because they, then, have cause, reason, to defend their property: their kingdom, with their castle, and their "fruits of their labor," in time, and in place: allodial title.
