The right to alter or abolish a criminally aggressive government is a natural right based upon the simple fact that living beings must command the power of self defense or perish without that secured power. The process by which a Declaration of Independence was published in 1776 was a process based upon this natural which is a right to alter or abolish a government that is criminal. The process of altering a criminal government is the process by which the people themselves consent to any government at all, and that process is known as the common law, with trial by jury. The move from The Articles of Confederation to the Constitution of 1789 was done outside of the law, it was a criminal act, and the criminal act included the fraudulent legalization of African Slavery. Those who opposed the criminal move from The Articles of Confederation are those who also opposed African Slavery. The Bill of Rights was an effort by those in opposition to the Constitution of 1789 to return to the people their power to alter or abolish aggressive criminal government.
