I am not sure where you are going with that.
The image I showed you from the Colorado constitution describes how district judges cannot practice law. That is to say, they cannot create opinions on their own. They must conform to the common law as it is laid down by precedent.
If they wander from the conformity with common law, or start practicing law from the bench, then it can be overturned on appeal. This gives the judge a bad reputation so it is best to stay disciplined.
You seem to be involved in a war. I said that the war has ended with taking the Trading with the Enemy Act out of the Bankers' Code.
