Apparently not. On 2nd November 2014, Brazil and Uruguay, who have traditionally used the dollar for bilateral trade, decided to switch from the dollar to the Brazilian real and the Uruguayan peso. Carlos Francisco Teixeira da Silva, Professor of International Relations at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro described the move as "the best opportunity for the countries of South America to get rid of the old mechanisms of economic regulations dictated by the United States."

Anyone who has studied organized crime under the color of law, or call it Fascism if you prefer, will, eventually, understand how that type of structure works.
One most powerful individual commands dictatorially. Either the subject obey without question or the subjects are eliminated. That is the criminal order that criminals obey without question.
The one at the top makes up any other rules as he or she pleases.
Variations on rules concerning who is on top depend upon individuals who are not yet on top.
Standard procedure for criminals are three:
1. Deceive
2. Threaten with aggressive violence, or combine 1 and 2 and threaten with aggressive violence covered up with a false claim of defense.
3. Aggressive violence; which is precisely what it is as subjects are torn to pieces.
If someone says Russia is a Major Power then someone may suggest that the Top of that Major Power is an individual, such as this fellow names Putin.
Who actually runs Russia, and is it another organized crime cabal?
How does one know if it is, or is not, just another organized crime cabal?
Does the one at the top have dictatorial powers?
If the answer is demonstrably no, then that one is not one who is on the Top of just another organized crime cabal, with or without the color of law, or false authority, or pretense of true authority.
If the actual people commanding the so called West, with their power to destroy smaller Nations through overt, and covert, criminal acts, are known, known by their actions, then who is, in fact, the one at the Top of that organized crime cabal under the color of law?
Is it a good idea, or is it not a good idea, to paint a target on your back that says, hey, you found me, I'm the one currently issuing the worst criminal orders ever to be issued in the history of man?
The answer is no.
Those at the top have already implemented the plans to take over every other place where people exist and therefore people can be subjected to criminal injury by these fellows with their criminal orders that they obey without question.
Is it a good idea, or is it not a good idea, to publicize the fact that great costs are consumed, large amounts of stolen earnings are spent, so as to infiltrate, and control, people in every single place on Earth whereby an expected return on the investment is warranted?
The answer is no.
Those in power know when their game is up, so they know when to move before those in lesser power are left holding the empty bag.
Those in power destroy nations one at a time on a cycle of their exclusive schedule.
That was made clear most recently with the example now known as World War II.
Oddly enough those in power do let the subject in on their game plans, covertly, or "hidden in plain sight," as the saying goes.
Look into a book called 1984, written by an insider, so called.
Then look into a study done by a whistle blower named Anthony Sutton.

Who was in command of so called World Reserve Currency Power before Wall Street (World Bank/International Monetary FUND/Federal Reserve/IRS/Military Industrial Complex/Big Oil/Big Pharma/Big Agg/To Big to Fail) took over the World Reserve Currency POWER?

Before the current Dominant POWER existed, before the current Dominant POWER was created, the current Dominant POWER was England, so called, but there were people, with names, who wear clothes, thinking, acting, issuing criminal orders to be obeyed without question, then, as now.
World War II was the official end of Dominance by England as the English Empire was burned out by those in command of it, and they moved operations to America, and they did so in a BIG WAY on purpose.
No large numbers of people bound by the idea of true law in Liberty can be allowed to exist on this planet for if it were to exist then the criminal organizations would soon cease to be more powerful than the people defending against criminal organizations operating under the color of law.
If you don't get this straight then you will suffer a repeat that repeats generationally, meaning it repeats on a cycle that is dictated by criminals who hand the reigns of power to their progeny knowing that the cycle must proceed at a rate that keeps the subject divided, deceived, unaware, and that has worked in a time frame that is roughly 100 years, and roughly 3 major players.
