Yes, the opposite of voluntary association (as a means of being) is might making "right" (so called in a dictatorial fashion) which is the opposite of the do unto other human beings (fellow human beings) as you would do unto any other human being when the idea is mutual survival instead of mutual destruction: involuntary association.

I boil it down into a power struggle. Human beings (operating under the golden rule as a rule without exception) use the power they have to create more power which ends up with more power at the end of the day compared to the power available at the start of the day, if humanly possible.

Beings not so human operate under the exception rule, whereby power stolen is then used to steal more power.

I borrow ideas.

"Society in every state is a blessing, but Government, even in its best state, is but a necessary evil; in its worst state an intolerable one: for when we suffer, or are exposed to the same miseries BY A GOVERNMENT, which we might expect in a country WITHOUT GOVERNMENT, our calamity is heightened by reflecting that we furnish the means by which we suffer." Thomas Paine, 1776, Common Sense

When the criminals are well fed, they outnumber the victims, and then it become a crime to tell the truth?

Time is constant, so no time like the present?
