7/15/13 page 106 Joe, tell me what you think about the way I changed the hyphens in man made and criminal man. I don't know if it looks too goofy, but I wanted to link the word man to criminal, and I may be coloring too far outside the lines. (I also want to say that I just went back and edited this comment to you to put a comma before "and I may." I have been wanting to tell you, and this may be the way to do it, that I understand while I am editing that you were speaking to me conversationally as we discussed back and forth and sometimes, punctuation is not on the front burner...as I am now noting that I had not correctly punctuated this present request I have made of you to check my hyphens. I remember when I first started discussing with you. I used to go back and check and check my comments to you to make sure they were perfect in spelling and perfect in punctuation. As we continued to discuss, I became less and less concerned about my writing perfection and more concerned with the words I was receiving from you and the discussion at hand.) It is not natural, it is man-made, criminal man-made, unnatural destruction of the will to live, and the will to perpetuate the species. It is easy to see once you know how it works. Modified as follows: It is not natural. It is man-made, criminal-man made, unnatural destruction of the will to live, and the will to perpetuate the species. It is easy to see once you know how it works.
