The buildings were losing money, so they had to be destroyed. The people who destroyed them made a profit, and the fact that they destroyed them with a lot of people in them was even more profitable for the criminals who destroyed them since they could then make money on the aggressive wars for profit that were launched by falsely blaming innocent people for the crime of destroying those building while people were still in 2 of them. The third building was evacuated.
