More on gold:
http://www.lewrockwell.com/north/north453.html

I’m a bit of an ass-hole, to be sure, at times when things just seem to fit into place. I have little restraint in letting the chips out, as I see them, and seeing how they fall.

More on gold

More on gold

More on gold

Like this:

Don’t

Stop

Don’t

Stop

Energy is the stuff that we cannot do without. That is an easy calculation to envision and prove. Hold your breath and see what happens.

Like the little word game above, chant don’t and stop like a song, then consider the energy that we cannot do without.

Energy don’t

It happens to be the stuff that gives us everything else we could ever want, ever need, and wish for besides life itself – a gift that cost nothing initially.

Energy stop

Perhaps God makes you pay in the end. I suppose it is possible that life is a loan too. But that is not the immediate concern.

Gold don’t

The sky falls:

Gold stop

Doom and gloom descends as it has in the past and perhaps more so than ever before (read Solzhenitsyn and prepare for a little value added).

Anyway the new day dawns and it begins to get cold.

Wouldn’t it be nice to have an abundant supply of energy?

Even better: Usable energy.

That is power.

That is half the battle: Stored energy to burn when needed.

So the unthinkable happens but you happen to have a device, there are many now, that turns the stored energy of the sun into heat for your house, heat for your water, hot showers are nice, heat for your food, and light where it is dark. All of which is power on demand, independent, at your home. No electric bill, no heating bill, no fuel bill at all.

That is half the battle.

Food is needed.

If your neighbor didn’t bank on new energy technology but he or she did bank on the old tried and true forms of energy like wheat, corn, beef, chicken, etc., then, the other half of the battle involves that currency stuff. Yea, the sky that is supposed to be falling.

The old tried and true farmer can make a deal with the new technology energy farmer. Fuel for food and food for fuel

The thing is, and this is where the economics professors fail basic math, is that energy is power that can make more power exponentially. All that is needed is a simple strategy called re-investing.

It works. It has always worked in the past. There is no reason why it cannot work in the future.

Example:

One ear of corn produces seeds. Plant seeds and they grow into more ears of corn. Now, suddenly, like manna from heaven, like money out of thin air, more seeds are available. One ear of corn turns into many ears of corn. Many ears of corn turn into an ever growing supply of corn. Too much corn is not so good. That is corn.

Electricity is not corn.

Electricity has what the professors call utility. Too much electricity is shocking. Think about it. If there isn’t enough of anything, then, electricity can be used to make more of anything – cheaper - some way some how.

Gold?

Why not?

Is it better to dig for gold with a pick and shovel or dig gold with more power?

That is the thing.

Power

Power is work – any work – anywhere – anytime.

To say that there is too much power is to say that there is no need whatsoever to do work.

Work is no longer needed. All the work is already done.

Back to the dooms day scenario:

Your house has the solar panels that make power and your house has invested some of that power to make more solar panels and now your house has more power than you can ever use because all your work is done. All of it

That is not reality. Not because it isn’t physically possible. That is not reality because people are stupid. I’m a person. I am stupid. It isn’t rocket science.

The reason people stop, or don’t, buy solar panels isn’t because power is not necessary it is because power is cheap now.

Spend what you got now.

The reason why solar panels aren’t now used to make hydrogen or the new HHO gas isn’t because hydrogen or HHO gas isn’t useful, no, it is because oil has been cheap.

Has been

Oil, like the corn seed, was used to drill and find more oil, the sky was the limit. Each new source increased the supply and made work easier and easier. That scenario occurred and the results are as plane as day. As obvious as night is not day and day is not night.

The same expansion of the economy can occur with the new forms of energy.

Energy is money only better. It makes more money and at the same time increases purchasing power. Inflation is the goal. Make so much energy that energy is costless.

The goal will not enrich a single person. The goal will enrich the human race as a whole.

It is a simple matter of looking at an old problem in a different light.

It really isn’t complicated. The professors have been wrong. They would rather suffer Dooms Day at your expense than admit it. Either that or they have no right claiming to be professors. Get in line with the rest of the herd.
