What happens if an example is made in favor of Absolute Despotism? Please consider these words by Alexander I. Solzhenitsyn (real authority on Absolute Despotism):

periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested

every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to
