I think that knowledge about possible danger saves a great deal of trouble. I don't think that tapping your foot is detrimental to you (unless you do it with a hammer or something).

You're not a parasite, I doubt you would create something with ill-intent. So unless you repeat something notably detrimental - there should be no problem. Much of damage modern music does originates from the equipment on which it is played and and recorded. You playing guitar for your own pleasure should be alright I think. Braindead lyrics also matter, but I think you're hardly a man to sing pointless stuff to yourself.

I think the message I hear can be described as peace, which can be calculated as the opposite of tension.
Yes, very much so. I thought since I couldn't help you with your music (and I took your words about it as quite emotionally-driven ones) that this song can provide a little bit of solace. I love opera not for silly lyrics (and they are silly quite often) but for strife for perfection in both singing and acting. Finding a way to resonate with people's entities.
