Generally speaking, not speaking about Bill Cooper, the idea that some THING can be counterfeited suggests that some THING exists. What is the thing being counterfeiting in any case of counterfeiting? If religion is seen only as a counterfeit, a fraud, then I think it may be a good idea to look for the THING being counterfeited. That was my point. Bill Cooper was shot and killed, and that could be understood as a murderous act, or an investment made by someone to reach a goal, or who know what, there was no Trial by Jury concerning the death, as far as I know, and there was no counterfeit Trial by Jury, again, as far as I know.
