 I am currently in a quandary on page 22 as what I though was the rule with quotes and punctuation may have changed per http://typedesk.com/2011/02/15/chicago-manual-of-style-16th-edition-2/

Note the statement: "And who knows? Perhaps in another hundred years the semicolon will find its way back inside the closing quotation marks."

I am finding that question marks as well, may not all belong in quotes...

I am also wondering if all titles in the book like Equitable Commerce should be italicized...going to call it quits for tonight and start fresh tomorrow.
