I am at the Sympathy but Not Empathy Chapter and I decided to contact the Daily Paul Forum Member whose words are quoted in that Chapter.
I am sending the following message to her via the personal contact channel at The Daily Paul. If she does not respond, I will not edit the Chapter.

I am Joe Kelley, my handle here on this forum is Josf, we have exchanged published words on this forum, and I have those words cut and pasted into a book that will be printed, published, and sold, unless you decide otherwise.
Since my words are going to be printed in the book, I will then need to replace your words with references to the anonymous person who inspired me to write the words I wrote, and the words that inspired me will be missing.

bear, another forum member, is helping me publish this book, and she decided to cut the words out of that link above, which are now words pasted into a file that will be sent to printers for a book. Your name is not mentioned, my name is mentioned, there is a link to that web page in the book, so far as the book exists in a Word file at this point.
bear, the same forum member helping me publish this book, is concerned about using quotes where the people who published those quotes may not want their words printed in this book.
I am doing what I think should be done, in this case, asking for your permission to print those words of yours.
I don't want to cut this chapter out of the book. If you demand that I do not include any connection to you, whatsoever, in the book, no link to that discussion, no mention of you whatsoever, I still have my words that I will somehow place in the book, and somehow avoid any unwelcome connection to you, if that is your decision.
