 So, I am watching 3/3 of Chomsky and Gore Interview http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3HP-expQG7E and Chomsky says he does not entirely agree with Gore's Blackmail statement and goes on to elaborate and explains that the profits made by the client states are the and the flow of capital back to the United States and Britian.
