Consider a situation in the future whereby the interests of all people become more powerful than the interests of a few powerful people and this is measurable as power struggles against power in a Trial by Jury.

What would a future Trial by Jury look like if, for example, the defendant (or prosecutor?) had access to the internet including a computer program that reads speech and finds relevant precedence or relevance to existing law so as to empower those in the current struggle with current knowledge? Would that end the monopoly lawyers have on the law market?
