Anyone,
There is a running history of events such as the current power struggle between two opposing forces that you may call The Federal Government and The People of Texas.
I am speaking about the current events involving the Texas State Senate, as some of the members of that legal group aided and abetted, giving legal support, to the people in TSA, where the people in TSA have been, are, and will be guilty of injuring innocent victims.
You can continue to call the power struggle a battle between The Federal Government and The People of Texas; I will not do such a service to the legal criminals, and I will not abandon the innocent victims by failing in that manner. I will call the legal criminals what they are; I will call the legal criminals what they define themselves to be, by their actions, if not by their willful, honest, confessions.
If you hire liars, you must want lies.
There is a running history of events such as the current power struggle between the Legal Criminals and the honest productive people of America. This chapter unfolding now is one episode; and it is quite possibly similar to a small earthquake, and one that indicates an impending larger earthquake, since the last time this type of battle occurred, has been well over a century.
I think that the honest productive people may well learn from that history; and learn the lesson well.
I will make this as brief as possible.
Agriculture began as an exponential increase in the power to create surplus wealth among cooperative (meaning honest, productive, people, worthy of trust) people, to such a degree, that Pyramids could be made with such a huge increase in economic power gained through agriculture.
Agriculture also offered many forms of currency, or money, such as water flowing through channels, from central locations, through gates, and onto farming fields. Another form of currency was invented, produced, and used, whereby excess food was harvested at many individual farms and then transported on roads to central locations, and depositors of food where then issued records of their deposits. The records of deposits, or receipts, served as tax records, and as money, or monetary currency.
If money doesn't flow, it is not currency. If it doesn't flow it has only potential power. If money has no power, to purchase, it isn't money. If you have none, you can't play. If you have no water, you can't farm. How much will you pay for water, if you have none?
When individual members of the honest and productive group were known to be destructive, the rest of the group could, as a means of exclusion, cut off the supply of currency to the destructive people.
What happens when the destructive people gain control over the supply of currency?
The answer is abundantly clear to anyone who cares to know the truth.

That is a modern day version of farmers sending their power to the central location, making the farmers weaker, and making the people running the show powerful enough to order, a Pyramid or two, or three, or an aggressive war for profit, or four, or a squad of goons to make sure that the flow of power keeps flowing in that exclusive direction.

Reclaiming the American Revolution: The Kentucky and Virginia Resolutions and Their Legacy
I'll get my copy and quote some from that book; after a few comments.
The honest productive people got away from the legal criminals, more or less, as they migrated to North America, encountering cultural conflicts with the natives, but overall getting out from under the thumb of the King of England, and out from under the control of the English monetary system of fraud, taxation without representation. etc.
The honest productive people still had legal criminals among them, they always will, but the honest productive people made their own money system, honest money, productive money, powerful money, useful money, equitable money, two-way money, not one-way money. The honest productive people began to construct their own forms of government modeled after the Swiss Republican System, which was a Federated Democratic Republic, which managed to maintain separate and sovereign legal entities, or States, within a Federated, voluntary, Union. Each State had their own constitutions, there was even a State called Franklin, named after Benjamin Franklin. Benjamin Franklin even wrote one of the constitutions of the time period. I would like to see a copy. The State of Franklin was not accepted at first, and by the time the State was accepted into the Union, the Union became a National, involuntary Union, by way of fraud, and by that time the State was named Kentucky,
The honest productive people, in each separate and sovereign State, made things official, with a document called The Declaration of Independence, and the leaders of the time set about defending their official declaration of independence, which was a way of saying to the King, you think you own us, we do not. The King sent many ships, many conscripted soldiers, many mercenaries, and the honest productive people got help from the French.
An effort was made to drive the criminals out of North America, by an all volunteer army, under an experimental voluntary union of separate, liberated, voluntary, unionized, legal fictions, or States. The all volunteer Army, under Washington, and other less famous leaders, and with the help of the French, drove out the British legal criminals - wining the so called war for independence. It was more like a police action to me. Criminals don't obey moral law, including the ones they enforce.
Voluntary armies deputize themselves with the power to enforce moral laws, such as helping little children as little children are being molested by TSA agents with badges, and claims of authority; whereby they claim to have the authority to molest little children. They don't call it molestation, that would amount to a confession of guilt, and then the criminals would loose their cover story; they aren't the sharpest tool in the box, but they do get paid to molest children, so, they can't be too stupid, in their own measure. You pay them, what does that say about you? You pay them to molest children. People don't like reading what I have to say. It isn't a mystery to me.
So the honest productive people drove the criminals out, and then went back to work. Soon a new home grown group of legal criminals emerged in Massachusetts, and the genius of a Federated Democratic Republic was tested. One state began playing with dishonest money, using the stolen power, stolen from the only place power can be stolen from (other than from other criminals), which is the honest productive people, and then the legal criminals in Massachusetts began using the stolen power to commit aggressive wars for profit, against natives, and against Canadians. The legal criminals lost, they lost all the money, they didn't get the booty, and they raised the taxes, and they inflated the currency, which drove out the gold, and then, as legal criminals are apt to do, they outlawed the monetary competition, which was Whiskey, yes, Whiskey was the go-to-money of the day, which people could make at home, to use as money to buy other things, in the absence of gold, or better money, such as stamp script. The genius of the Federated Democratic Republic began to take shape when the rebels who fought the war for independence against the British legal criminal monetary frauds. then took up arms again to fight the home grown legal criminals monetary frauds running Massachusetts; which was still legal, it was still legal to rebel against a criminal government, how could it not be legal to Declare Independence - who undeclared it?
The beauty of the Federated Democratic Republic was such that the people running The Articles of Confederation were not inclined, legally, to aid and abet, and give legal support, or even material support, to either side in the internal conflict in Massachusetts. The legal criminals won. The rebels who won the first war for independence, lost the second one, but all was not lost, except for all the casualties, but all was not lost for the survivors, who voted with their feet, and moved to Vermont.
The victorious legal criminals in Massachusetts petitioned the leaders of the legal fiction known as Vermont, to hand over their runaway slaves, hell, they owned them after all, but, and again the genius of a Federated Democratic Republic shows up, the leaders of Vermont didn't hand over the free men who voted with their feet by moving out of the criminal state of Massachusetts and moving to the not as criminal, or perhaps even liberated State, of Vermont, all nice and tidy within the experimental Federated Democratic Republic under The Articles of Confederation.
I am keeping this short, hell, I have to edit it. Liberty is not handed down on a silver platter, even if you are born with a silver spoon in your mouth. Someone mined the silver.

The home grown legal criminals knew what was up, how could they not, their gravy train, their fast track to monetary nirvana, their monopoly, threw a rod. Their motor seized. The damn experiment works, the legal criminals' goose was cooked, the golden egg wasn't, it was a turd - to them.

They posed as Federalists. They claimed that The Debt had to be paid. Does that sound familiar? They were Nationalists, and Monarchists, and criminals. And they claimed to be against mob rule. And in order to get their "Constitution" ratified they appealed to the mob, with lies, with fabrications, with claims of noble intent, and they threw out a working Federated Democratic Republic and placed, in place, a Nation State, and their "Constitution" enabled all that it's opponents warned it would create.
The ratification process included the already mentioned fraud, false advertizements, appealing to the mob, and a Dirty Compromise between the industrial Northern legal criminals and the agricultural southern legal criminals to divide the spoils of their victory over the honest productive people, including the black slaves, who were then legally bound to be returned to their owners upon request, anywhere within the newly formed Nation State.
Many honest productive people were duped into believing in the lies produced by the Nationalists, the same nationalists who were hiding behind a thin veil of "Federalism". One of the dupes, taken in by the fraud, was a person named James Madison.
James Madison jumped sides as quickly as George Washington; and I can explain, because this is important and relevant to current events; as the power struggle continues between the legal criminals (TSA, and their employers) and the opposition: the honest productive people (always the targets of the legal criminals).
James Madison was the perfect dupe; as he wrote all the right things, to help convince the honest productive people (the mob, the rabble, the majority, the people, the tax payers) that the "Constitution" was going to be a better experimental Federated Democratic Republic, which it was categorically not, it was a Nation State, by design, it was a consolidated government, and it was tailored to be misconstrued, it was an enabler, it enabled plausible deniability, it could be constructively interpreted, on purpose.
James Madison later grew a conscious, sufficient enough to admit error, and he then set about to oppose the people who were then constructively interpreting the consolidated government enabler, as James Madison then authored roughly half of The Kentucky and Virginia Resolutions. Back at the story line whereby Washington, having led the fight to oppose the British Monarchy, system of monetary fraud, and legal crime, complete with wars of aggression for profit, and all the crimes that spring for from that one, Washington, once enabled to do the contrary, changing sides, authored the following:

The Spirit George crushed was the same spirit within The Declaration of Independence, it was the Spirit of 1776. George assembled a conscript army, named The Watermelon Army, reportedly as large as the one he led to enforce liberty, and George took that army into Pennsylvania, a formerly separate and sovereign state, and crushed the second Whiskey Rebellion; whereby the new monetary frauds (Alexander Hamilton for example) were playing the same fraudulent monetary game, moving surplus wealth out of the hands of the people who create it, and into the hands of the people who steal it, and when the victims invent their own replacement currency, again Whiskey, the monetary monopoly enforcers, with their legal enabling documents, crush the competition where ever, and when ever it arises. Just ask Alexander Hamilton; when you meet him in hell - if that is where you are headed.
I'm may be going there too. I have yet to see the light - but I do look for it.
After some very bad things, whereby the legal criminals, enabled with their enabling legal documents, their licenses to torture, and murder, and even worse crimes, in between Georges test case, crushing "so fatal a spirit" and in between that historical event and the inappropriately named Civil War, which was not civil by any measure, more slaves were created than were set free, unless death is a measure of freedom, hell, slaves didn't have to pay money tax before the war, they paid in work and hide, they were not set free, they just changed masters. Many slaves now are slaves to falsehood, including me. I am setting myself free - the only way to get free - with help. In between those two events, the crushing of the spirit of 1776, and the Not So Civil War, was The Kentucky and Virginia Resolutions.
The Kentucky and Virginia Resolutions are the things I want you to read about. The things I just now tried to clue you in on pertain to The Kentucky and Virginia Resolutions, relative to current events, as the power struggle continues.
On the one side of the power struggle in The Kentucky and Virginia Resolutions are the honest productive people represented by James Madison, writing for the Kentucky legal fiction, and Thomas Jefferson writing for the Virginia legal fiction, formerly a separate and sovereign state within a working experimental Federated Democratic Republic, but then a subordinate, lesser, and relatively insignificant power, a subject of, the legal criminals running the Nation State legal fiction; with its plausibly deniable enabling documentation: The Constitution. The opposition to The Constitution also tried to lessen the defeat with The Bill or Rights. How are they working for you now?

Clay knew that the success of his proposal depended on one man: John C. Calhoun. If Calhoun and his Southern brethren in the Senate joined with the Clayites, Jacksonian forces would not have the numbers to prevent passage of the compromise tariff. Calhoun longed for a compromise and did not want to see South Carolina move along the road to secession. He also knew that the longer a compromise took, the more likely violence was to occur. On January 21, 1833, the Senate Judiciary Committee had reported the Force Bill which authorized President Jackson to use military power to crush nullification. Calhoun indignantly denied that the national government could rightfully use force against a sovereign state. He further denied that an army turned against its own citizens could save the constitutional republic. "Force may, indeed, hold the parts together," Calhoun admitted, "but such a union would be the bond between master and slave--a union of exaction on one side and the unqualified obedience on the other."
Jackson was fully prepared to enforce a tax law. I can find it again, in the source book. Jackson was no stranger to violence as a supposed means of solving problems.
In the summer of 1832, Congress passed a new tariff bill. The average rate was reduced to 25 percent of the value of the imported goods. However, rates on iron, woolens, and cottons remained at the 50 percent level. To make matters worse in the Carolinians' eyes, the national treasury expected to enjoy a surplus in the 1830s as a result of the retirement of the debt from the War of 1912. As much as they loathed protection, South Carolinians were willing to be taxed to pay their portion of the war debt. But with debt retirement on the horizon, the tariff became even more unpopular.
In short: The Northern power used their influence over the Nation State to skew tax burden onto the Southern power, and the Southern power used their influence within their not-so-sovereign State to write enabling documents that included nullification of the National tax, and included a call to arms to defend against invasion by National troops ordered to enforce the tax. Troops assembled, reportedly, on both sides.
Stepping back in time a moment:
The Dirty Compromise, in 1788, so as to enable "The Constitution", was a momentary truce between the legal criminals of the North, and the legal criminals of the South. The Nation state enabled one power to annex (steal) the other power. The Constitution ensured a Civil War, that is a documented fact. A Nation State is not a working Federated Democratic Republic. Separate and Sovereign states can succeed from a voluntary union, if they cant' it isn't a voluntary union, it is a Consolidated Nation State, a legal monopoly power.
Monopoly powers cannot exist in competition with other powers; competition is the opposite of monopoly. The existence of competition nullifies the existence of a monopoly - by definition.
Competition forces quality up, and cost down, even governments, even money. Monopoly forces the opposite, go figure.
Separate and Sovereign States define their state of sovereignty, fictionally speaking, as do human beings define their sovereignty, but literally speaking. When you are ordered to obey, and you do obey, even though you know that unqualified obedience is as wrong as the torture, and the mass murder, and the end of the species, that occurs on that path, then you define the opposite of sovereignty.
You are a slave; but that isn't nice to know, so ignore it, while you can?
