A $6.5 billion US arms sale to Taiwan has ruined years of work building trust with China, Beijing said yesterday as the Pentagon voiced disappointment that China had reacted by postponing military exchanges.
The US government announced plans on Friday to sell a massive arms package to Taiwan.
