Ideally, Peace Action would like to see candidates engaging in their own citizen diplomacy. For example, Our Affiliates are participating in a book tour entitled “The Folly of Attacking Iran” in cities all over the country. Author and former New York Times reporter Steven Kinzer will be speaking with a host of other experts on U.S. policy toward Iran and how we can better engage Iran diplomatically.
