Asking thieves to stop killing?
The 'American taxpayers' are victims too. If the 'booty' is being used to kill and destroy, then, asking the thieves to be nicer is hardly an effective means to a end of crime. Is it not reasonable to sever the flow of 'booty' rather than allow the flow of 'booty' to continue?
If the 'American taxpayers' can sever the flow of unaccountable 'tax' (booty), then, the so called leaders of democracy will no longer have the means to their preferred end.
