U.S. GOVERNMENT FAVORS DEBT RELIEF

A. The U.S. Government cannot 'favor'. The U.S. Government is a 'legal' entity having no capacity for any emotion, thought, judgment, and morality.

B. The statement assumes DEBT to be 'a matter of fact'.

B is worth further inspection. Who is held accountable for a bad loan?

Who is responsible?

The assumption of corruptibility is a manifestation of half of (half true) game theory. The other half of game theory is 'cooperation'.
