Above are two links. One is a negotiating voice linking individuals that include Amercian and Chinease.

One appears to link no one; a voice in a wilderness.

The following is my voice speaking as I try to intperpret the facts objectively. One cannot free oneself complety from one's own conscience; as far as I know the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth - so help me God.

Individual Translation (The Stupid one's):

United States: Every time we meet Chinese officials, we tell them to go watch ''Hotel Rwanda.'' Genocides happen with unsavory regimes. So why are you doing business in Zimbabwe and Sudan, not to mention North Korea and Iran? If you want to play an important global role, you must step up to the plate on these issues, stop trying to lock in resources and become a responsible stakeholder.

Translation:

I’ve got the sheep trained to kill anything on sight and when I say black is white or freedom is slavery my sheep will not only jump to believe my falsehood, not only that, but my sheep will ask me, how high, master, should I jump. You, on the other hand, are so stupid as to believe otherwise. Stop disobeying my orders or else.

China: Responsible stakeholder? Please. We don't consider a unilateral American foreign policy, militarism, protectionism and double standards on human rights a demonstration of international responsibility. If you make it difficult for us to import oil from Canada and Mexico, we'll look elsewhere. Our principle is noninterference in the internal affairs of other states, which we consider preferable to your use of a democracy-and-freedom banner to hide the aggressive pursuit of national interests, including securing more oil.

Translation:
Lies and falsehood will destroy mankind if those lies and those falsehoods continue perverting the moral conscience of mankind. Furthermore the real and present dangers imposed by falsehood have manifest into a global scarcity of energy and specifically oil energy. It is our firm belief that individual right action will solve all crises that can be solved so long as idiots who promote falsehood are effectively ignored including the idiots who are now forcing the flow of oil into a State of scarcity.

United States: That's an outrageous suggestion. China is only a half-reformed country. We are not going to let you off the hook when it comes to political freedom. We want to end the cold war in Northeast Asia; that's the Bush doctrine for the region. You need to put more pressure on North Korea to come back to the negotiating table. You need to help us rein in Iran's nuclear ambitions. You need to bring transparency to your military. You need to end censorship and allow religious freedoms. You need toŠ.

Translation:
Obey or else. Iran must not be allowed to trade oil for any currency other than my currency. Everyone must use my currency or else. Get it!

China: With respect, we are tired of the big wagging American finger. We don't want America telling us what to do; we don't think the rest of world does either. If you think you promote religious freedoms by inviting three prominent Christian activists to the White House less than a month after you insulted President Hu Jintao by refusing to accord him a state visit and having him heckled on the White House lawn, you're wrong. And if you think inviting the Australian prime minister, John Howard, for a state visit and White House banquet a few weeks after the departure of Hu goes unnoticed in China, you're dreaming. You guys like to provoke.

Translation:
It is an unfortunate situation that your lies and falsehoods have, so far, managed to create an army of zealots so disposed to torture, murder, and destroy, without conscience, on such a massive scale so as to threaten the existence of mankind. This fact presents a serious problem for all human beings who are not deceived by this outrage. Human beings are forced to respect that evil and in so doing we add to that evil; so long as that evil remains unrecognized as evil. One cannot speak to evil without promoting evil. Evil insists upon speaking lies, hearing lies, and cannot, ever, recognize fact, truth, or simple moral conscience. The question is: Will evil demand violence or will evil limit itself to falsehood? The answer is now being executed in Iraq and the same answer is now aimed at Iran. China and all other people, on this planet, not suffering from this evil falsehood are merely further down on your list of evil intent as you try to destroy the weakest first.

United States: Oh, come on. Of course we treat Howard better than Hu. He stands with us on just about everything. President Hu doesn't. So we differentiate: a lunch for one, a banquet for the other. Call it meal diplomacy. It keeps the pressure on China for constructive change. And I tell you, if anything happens to those three religious figures who came to the White House, you'll really see problems in our relations. Oh boy, will you ever!

Translation:
Obey or else. So long as we are trying to be honest (whispering) it does occur to evil that your efforts present a serious threat to evil. We can only hope that you will make a mistake that is clearly evil too. When you commit that crime, or when we can blame one of our crimes on you, at that time, the force of evil will be aimed directly at you. You will be next on the list. Oh boy, will you ever!

China: One of these so-called religious leaders is a thug. But let that pass. We already see big problems in the relationship. We know you are trying to lead an anti-China alliance. How else should we interpret your strengthened ties with Japan, your new strategic partnership and nuclear cooperation with India, your arms sales to Taiwan, and your threats of punitive tariffs on Chinese goods? All these efforts will fail because the peaceful rise of China is embraced by our neighbors. They respect what we have achieved these last 30 years, and they need us. But if you act as if conflict is inevitable, of course we will prepare for it.

Translation:
Evil cannot exist when human beings command moral conscience. The power struggle, commanded by evil, depends upon falsehood and that is evil’s own Achilles heel. Evil, by definition, is incapable of conscience and that liability disarms evil. Evil cannot see its own demise. When evil thinks evil has friends, then, when that event occurs, EVIL is weak and there is no place to run and no place to hide once evil has no friends. The honor between thieves is false. There is no honor among thieves; honor is weakness for thieves. If these ‘friends’ of ‘order’ manage to lead their wolves in sheep clothing into serious battle against our ‘friends of liberty’, then, as before, again and again in history, your evil will consume itself eventually as your evil strips away all falsehood exposing, with each monstrous atrocity, pure evil and the world IS watching.

United States: That's nonsense! To say we're trying to box China in is wrong. We want to resist balance-of-power politics in Asia. We seek constructive relationships with both India and China. It's true that right now we have a strategic partnership with Delhi and a mere strategic relationship with Beijing. But we're not stupid enough to try to use one against the other. You guys, on the other hand, have been pushing the East Asia Summit, which was premature, as a means to exclude us, when we should be building up trans-Pacific organizations like the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation forum.

Translation:
Don’t ever think for one second that my falsehood can ever be exposed. My power is unlimited. My ‘people’ are completely without any moral conscience whatsoever and they bend to my every command or else; and they know, deep down in the thoughts we give them, what exactly is meant by: OR ELSE. We utilize torture for a reason (again in a whisper). You will also bend to our will; the sooner you realize this inevitability the sooner we can arrive at the final solution – Absolute POWER!

China: We don't seek your exclusion. But nor do we believe you have an automatic place at the table in the fastest-growing area of the world. Perhaps you should look more to your own economic problems. In Asia we work hard and save. You, on the other hand, are profligate and irresponsible. You spend and spend.

Translation:
Your self-delusion is complete and therefore very dangerous. The only words you choose to hear are the words you wish to hear and that, again, will inevitably cause your decline from the power you stole and hold by lies and force. One can only offer the facts as a credit to another’s capacity toward moral conscience. One cannot force another to see, hear, and embrace the truth. Falsehood destroys the host; it is inevitable.

United States: If we didn't, who would buy all your exports, the engine of your growth? Without Wal-Mart, you're finished. Speaking of irresponsibility, how about taking a look at your so-called free-trade agreements with Asian countries and your currency? Our trade agreements are rigorous, yours a joke. As for the yuan, its chronic undervaluation is an off-budget trade and job subsidy. By refusing a necessary adjustment, you're encouraging a train wreck in the form of retaliatory trade measures and protectionism.

Translation:
Obey or else. Our falsehood remains powerful as we continue to convince our best and brightest to adhere to economic scarcity principles. We chant in unison: Do unto others before they have a chance to do unto you. Obey or else; our power is unlimited and our falsehood is indestructible. We command an impenetrable half truth. We subvert justice and make it punishment. We kill as a rule. We feed on each other as a routine. Our method creates unlimited power and your pathetic resistance is but one more step, perhaps the last step, that will be crushed on our way to our chosen destiny. Words not sanctioned by us have no meaning. Deeds by us will be the truth and the only truth. Obey or else.

China: A train wreck! You're borrowing $8 billion daily from the rest of the world to offset your current account deficit and warning us of looming disaster. If we stop recycling surpluses into U.S. Treasury bills, you'd discover what a real economic mess looks like.

Translation:
The day of reckoning is rapidly approaching and you know this to be true. You have backed yourself into a corner and your last remaining options are catastrophic violence for yourself and all that surround you. When that last deed is done, if it is done, your remains will blow away in the wind and your plan to hide in a deep concrete bunker will end with your own suicide as all your predecessors eventual realize to be the inevitable result of a willful destruction of one’s own conscience. That is a poor waste of human life at the source of human will power; the space between one’s ears. The choice IS yours.

United States: This is silly. We're not going to solve global economic imbalances by bickering. And you're not going to be able to sustain your rapid growth in a world that puts a premium on innovation if you continue to stifle the free flow of information.

Translation:
Did you say anything? I heard only gibberish. There is no time for silliness now. The train is on the tracks and it is speeding toward the ultimate acquisition of unlimited POWER. Bow down and kiss my boots and we may slow down to allow you to board our crusade. You must listen carefully or else. We know and you cannot ever know. We know what is best for you. You cannot know. Listen to us. Listen to us. Listen to us. Listen to us. Listen to us.

China: You should be grateful for censorship! If we hadn't held back information on the humiliation of Hu, you'd see a wave of anti-American sentiment sweeping China and rivaling anti-Japanese feelings in intensity. Only censorship is restraining anti-Americanism in China.

Translation:
Suggestions honorably communicated as to what is or is not destructive information is vital communication. One cannot run from a burning building without trying to communicate the danger, yet, the essence of accurate communication includes a measure of propriety for each situation. One doesn’t shoot each person yelling “fire”. One suggests that a more accurate voice is preferred. And this too can be understood or not depending upon one’s own ability to censure one’s self.

United States: Boy, you guys have a long way to go. And, believe me, we'll hold your feet to the fire.

Translation:
We have already set the fire and it will burn to glory. Our subjects will obey the call to panic and they will rush as fast as we tell them. You are our subjects and if you do not see the fire, then, it will consume you. Listen to us. Listen to us. Listen to us.

China: And you guys need to take a long look in the mirror. Time is on our side. We're going to make that happen.

Translation:
Talk to the hand. We will discuss with those willing to listen to an equitable reason voluntarily. We welcome reasonable debate. Our cause is a mutual and peaceful co-existence toward a managed liberty. This is the only method that can promote prosperity. Meanwhile your subjects are leaning to emulate your example and they will be your worst enemy; your self-fulfilling prophecy and your ultimate degradation into your own living hell as you mire in your own falsehood. Pity is too good for you and inappropriate, but, time will prove the facts, and it is therefore not too late for us to pause, long enough, to see our own reflection, in time, to consider a small adjustment in self awareness. Listen to that voice, if it exists, that says life is good. Listen and you will hear the voice of mankind. Life can be earned and shared. Pity the poor souls who have no power. Prepare to defend against those who abuse it.
