A small history lesson:

A. Declaration of independence 1776

Independence from legal crime

 

B. Articles of Confederation 1777 - 1781 - 1789

Voluntary Union of Sovereign States

 

C. Remove the Invading Criminal Army 1776 - 1783

Voluntary Union of Sovereign States defeats the invading British Army with a VOLUNTARY army of free sovereign people.

 

D. Shays' Rebellion Suppressed Illegally 1786 - 1787

Western Massachusetts free sovereign people are defeated as they defend themselves against an illegal invading army of criminals who usurped the Massachusetts State Government.

 

 

E. United States Constitution 1789 - 1913

 

Illegal usurpation of the Articles of Confederation by criminals pretending to be federalists.

 

Example:

 

Article I

Section 8

 

To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;

 

 

Do you know what that means?

 

"suppress Inurrections"

 

How soon can a person forget something important?

 

Back to the Declaration of Independence:

 

That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

 

 

The tax revolt in Massachusetts was LEGAL, PEACEFUL, and RIGHT. The suppression of the tax revolt was ILLEGAL under the Articles of Confederation (The LAW of the LAND when the people drove out the illegal British Army who were suppressing a tax revolt).

 

The Articles of Confederation did not make SUPPRESSION of a tax revolt LEGAL.

 

The U.S. Constitution (usurpation by criminals) made SUPPRESSION of a tax revolt LEGAL.

 

AGAIN:

 

That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

 

 

That above is a justification of defense against involutary taxation, invasion, slavery, and all legal crimes.

 

What is the following?

 

To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;

 

 

Above is legal crime.

And I do moreover warn all persons whomsoever against aiding, abetting, or comforting the perpetrators of the aforesaid treasonable acts; and do require all officers and other citizens, according to their respective duties and the laws of the land, to exert their utmost endeavors to prevent and suppress such dangerous proceedings.

Done at the city of Philadelphia the seventh day of August, one thousand seven hundred and ninety- four, and of the independence of the United States of America the nineteenth.

GW invaded western  Pennsylvania and crushed a tax revolt.

GW could not have legally done so under the Articles of Confederation.

Again:

That is POWER INDEPENDENCE.
