http://www.wtprn.com/Cheney_Warning.html

Massive evidence has come to our attention which shows that the backers, controllers, and allies of Vice President Dick Cheney are determined to orchestrate and manufacture a new 9/11 terror incident, and/or a new Gulf of Tonkin war provocation over the coming weeks and months. Such events would be used by the Bush administration as a pretext for launching an aggressive war against Iran, quite possibly with nuclear weapons, and for imposing a regime of martial law here in the United States. We call on the House of Representatives to proceed immediately to the impeachment of Cheney, as an urgent measure for avoiding a wider and more catastrophic war.

Psssst....

A Plan to Replace the Welfare State
The government should give every American $10,000--and nothing more.

People,

I found and read some of the work done by Charles Murray.

Example:

Instead of sending taxes to Washington, straining them through bureaucracies and converting what remains into a muddle of services, subsidies, in-kind support and cash hedged with restrictions and exceptions, just collect the taxes, divide them up, and send the money back in cash grants to all American adults. Make the grant large enough so that the poor won't be poor, everyone will have enough for a comfortable retirement, and everyone will be able to afford health care. We're rich enough to do it.

Why complicate something simple?

Answer: Profit at the expense of the confused.

What I read into the work offered by Charles Murray is a simplified approach to a complicated problem; however - why crawl when running is even easier?

Why, for example, ignore the destructive nature of inaccurate and expensive currency as if inaccurate and expensive currency were handed down by God, a given, and no possible substitute does or can exist?

In other words; why treat a symptom when the cause of the infection can be effectively remedied?

Example:

If the cause of the infection is a lack of credit flowing to people who deserve credit, then, does it make sense to credit everyone the same? Treating the problem (credit is not flowing to people who deserve credit) by crediting everyone is akin to a prescribing every known treatment for every illness to a hang-over.

Is this easy to see?

Consider a social group (any group at all who are connected by the same currency and by currency I mean every possible connection that is common to the group being considered) and consider this social group to be sick with something that I will describe as:

The social group fails to credit the people who deserve credit and this failure shows up in many measurable ways such as:

Poverty, ignorance, falsehood, and violence.

Furthermore; the social group credits frauds, torturers, and mass murderers.

In other words; the power to purchase flows from those who deserve it (earn it) to those who steal it and this is done institutionally (by the color of law).

Again:

The social group is infected with a condition whereby purchasing power flows from those who earn it to those who steal it and this fact is written into the laws governing the social group (laws written and executed by criminals).

There is much more to the saying "follow the money" than meets the eye.

So, again, why continue to use the criminal’s money to solve the problem caused by the criminal’s money?

Answer: Profit at the expense of the confused.

Simple?

How about this:

1. Contract 3 new currency providers (open bids).

2. All three new currencies can be used to pay taxes.

3. Currency #1 is loaned (without any interest charge) to anyone (anywhere on the planet) for one primary residence purchase (the borrower gains the title of the primary residence).

4. Currency #2 is loaned (with 1% interest charge) to anyone for the purchase of any part of independent power production (solar panels, wind generators, or anything that produces more power independently.

5. Currency #3 is loaned (with 2% interest charge) to anyone for the purchase of any part of non-oil based transportation (electric cars).

A few facts must be understood concerning the problem and the solution to the problem. A person that does not deserve credit (someone who can produce, but someone who does not care to produce, more purchasing power, more wealth, more value, more credit, and someone who does not need charity, real charity, not slavery disguised as charity), a person that does not deserve credit is, in fact, not deserving of credit.

That must be understood.

Someone not deserving of credit; does not deserve credit.

Why give someone not deserving credit - credit?

Answer: Profit at the expense of the confused.

Any effort to fix the problem must include some means of identifying the people who do not deserve credit and that effort must be accurate. This is right in line with 'innocent until proven guilty' and people must know this to be true. It is as bad, or worse, to punish the innocent as it is to fail to discredit the guilty.

This really isn't that tough to understand if anyone has even the simplest understanding of a credit rating.

Do you, for example, continue to loan things to people who continue to steal from you?

Answer: Profit at the expense of the confused.

Are you confused? Will you loan me a couple thousand dollars? Will you loan me a couple thousand dollars every year of your live until you die even though I never pay it back?

So this should be simple. If the new currency (currency #1) is loaned out to anyone and the person manages to pay that loan back, then, that person, naturally, builds a better credit rating.

If the person does not pay back the loan, then, that person has a home and bad credit. Why take his or her house? That makes no sense (but that can be set aside for now); however - suppose the mortgage becomes the property of THE STATE (the people authorizing the creation of the new currency) to be sold to pay back the loan. The person who defaults on the loan cannot be expected to pay back another loan. Does this compute?

Remember the problem?

The social group fails to credit the people who deserve credit and this failure shows up in many measurable ways such as:

Poverty, ignorance, falsehood, and violence.

Expecting everyone to default on the loans for home mortgages is a 'conspiracy theory' if you don't mind me pointing out the obvious.

People will trade in their current mortgages for a no interest loan and people will keep the titles to their property because people deserve this credit; credited to honest, hard working, innocent, and deserving human beings.

People will not be able to afford not to dump their 6% mortgage (and higher) loans for a loan charging no interest. This is elementary economics. Why would anyone choose to pay twice the value of their home if they can choose to pay the simple value of their home (without interest)?

Is this not simple?

Why would anyone want the new currency?

Why would anyone dump the old currency?

The new currency can pay taxes. This 'law' makes currency SUPER valuable.

Currency number 2 can pay for the whole system without any need to raise taxes.

Why?

Where do you think purchasing power comes from?

Purchasing power comes from real power.

If you have an option to borrow enough currency to rig your home, or your business, with Solar Panels, or Wind Mills, or any combination of materials that produce independent and NEW power at your home or your business then why would you not do so?

You sign some papers. You make some phone calls. Your home or your business starts turning sunlight into electricity. You save the entire cost of your electric bill and that NEW currency is sent back to your account to pay off the loan PLUS 1% interest.  In other words you have to pay the costs of maintaining the infrastructure of accounting for the new currency business.

If you think this is far fetched, then, you may not understand the current currency system run by a private corporation and that private corporation is not poor. Where do you think that private corporation currently gains its purchasing power? Do you think that they work?

Answer: Profit at the expense of the confused.

How much do they profit? How much do banks profit?

How do banks profit?

Are you confused?

Again:

You call someone up. You borrow the currency needed to own your home. You pay no interest. You call someone else up and borrow the money to rig your house with home power generation and get this; you borrow twice what you need and double your output because you plan on borrowing the currency needed to buy 2 electric cars. Now your house generates twice the power you need so you sell your excess power to someone else to pay off your loan quicker.

Does this not make sense?

If you are already paying a mortgage, think, isn't it better to pay less for the same thing?

If you are already paying an electric bill, then, isn't it better to pay less for the same thing? Is this confusing?

If you, like me, are paying 100 dollars a month on average for electricity, then, isn't it conceivable that you can borrow enough currency to create 200 dollars worth of electricity a month and then pay off that loan at a rate of 150 dollars a month and pocket 50 dollars a month? The new POWER comes from the sun and the new power does not come from a coal burning electric plant subsidized by your tax dollars.

OK I added the confusing term: subsidized.

I don't mean to confuse you. I don't wish to profit from your confusion. I think I am pretty keen on both "The Problem" and "The Solution".

The solution is not to punish the innocent.

The solution is not to credit the guilty with anything other than discredit for their crimes – accurately.

WHAT TO DO?
It has been said that there are only three ways in which negative trade balances can be restored: (1) the deficit-incurring country (USA) must cease excessive credit (debt) expansion which sucks in imports faster than incomes warrant and allow interest rates to climb to reverse debt ratios, (2) other countries must inflate their economies to over-price their own production so as to suck up more U.S. exports, (3) the deficit country (USA) must allow its currency to depreciate to drive up prices.

"We can't solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them."

The utilization of an accurate currency having the lowest possible cost is the solution to the currency problem.

The higher the accuracy the lower will be the cost.

The utilization of accurate credit data to move currency to those who earn credit is the solution to the investment problem.

Moving credit to those who earn credit is the solution to the incentive problem.

Utilization of accurate credit data to move currency to those who earn credit is the solution to the debt problem too; who gives theives credit and more importantly who rewards people who repeat, over and over again, the mistake of giving credit to theives, liars, torturers, and mass murderers.

It is the STUPID currency - STUPID!

No More Legal Criminals.

But even obligating money to no one was better than what sometimes happened in Iraq: handing out U.S. funds to the enemy. Since the beginning of the war, rumors have abounded about contractors paying protection money to insurgents to avoid attacks. No less an authority than Ahmed Chalabi, the head of the Iraqi National Congress, claimed that such payoffs are a "significant source" of income for Al Qaeda. Moreover, when things go missing in Iraq -- like bricks of $100 bills, or weapons, or trucks -- it is a fair assumption that some of the wayward booty ends up in the wrong hands. In July, a federal audit found that 190,000 weapons are missing in Iraq -- nearly one out of every three arms supplied by the United States. "These weapons almost certainly ended up on the black market, where they are repurchased by insurgents," says Chatterjee.

How much does that cost?

History Will Not Absolve Us
Leaked Red Cross report sets up Bush team for international war-crimes trial

If we, the people, are ultimately condemned by a world court for our complicity and silence in these war crimes, we can always try to echo those Germans who claimed not to know what Hitler and his enforcers were doing. But in Nazi Germany, people had no way of insisting on finding out what happened to their disappeared neighbors.
We, however, have the right and the power to insist that Congress discover and reveal the details of the torture and other brutalities that the CIA has been inflicting in our name on terrorism suspects.

I'm talking, of course about Ayad Allawi, longtime C.I.A. asset and former interim prime minister of Iraq. He's making quite the PR push to get his old job back, penning an op-ed for the Washington Post, hooking up with Wolf Blitzer on Late Edition on Sunday, and even putting the high-powered GOP lobbying firm Barbour Griffith & Rogers on a $300,000 retainer.

http://rawstory.com/news/afp/Marine_tells_of_order_to_execute_Ha_08302007.html

At one house Wuterich gave an order to shoot on sight as Marines waited for a response after knocking on the door, said Mendoza.

"He said 'Just wait till they open the door, then shoot,'" Mendoza said.

Mendoza then said he shot and killed an adult male who appeared in a doorway.

During a subsequent search of the house, Mendoza said he received an order from another Marine, Lance Corporal Stephen Tatum, to shoot seven women and children he had found in a rear bedroom.

"When I opened the door there was just women and kids, two adults were lying down on the bed and there were three children on the bed ... two more were behind the bed," Mendoza said.

"I looked at them for a few seconds. Just enough to know they were not presenting a threat ... they looked scared."

After leaving the room Mendoza told Tatum what he had found.

"I told him there were women and kids inside there. He said 'Well, shoot them,'" Mendoza told prosecutor Lieutenant Colonel Sean Sullivan.

"And what did you say to him?" Sullivan asked.

"I said 'But they're just women and children.' He didn't say nothing."

Mendoza said he returned to a position at the front of the house and heard a door open behind him followed by a loud noise. Returning later that afternoon to conduct body retrieval, Mendoza said he found a room full of corpses.

They [the source’s institution] have “instructions” (yes, that was the word used) from the Office of the Vice-President to roll out a campaign for war with Iran in the week after Labor Day; it will be coordinated with the American Enterprise Institute, the Wall Street Journal, the Weekly Standard, Commentary, Fox, and the usual suspects. It will be heavy sustained assault on the airwaves, designed to knock public sentiment into a position from which a war can be maintained. Evidently they don’t think they’ll ever get majority support for this—they want something like 35-40 percent support, which in their book is “plenty.”

Let's impeach the president for lying

And leading our country into war

Abusing all the power that we gave him

And shipping all our money out the door

He's the man who hired all the criminals

The White House shadows who hide behind closed doors

And bend the facts to fit with their new stories

Of why we have to send our men to war

Let's impeach the president for spying

On citizens inside their own homes

Breaking every law in the country

By tapping our computers and telephones

What if Al Qaeda blew up the levees

Would New Orleans have been safer that way

Sheltered by our government's protection

Or was someone just not home that day?

Let's impeach the president

For hijacking our religion and using it to get elected

Dividing our country into colors

And still leaving black people neglected

Thank god he's racking down on steroids

Since he sold his old baseball team

There's lot of people looking at big trouble

But of course the president is clean

Thank God

While Congress debates building a fence on the border, these veterans say other actions should have higher priority.

1. End the current practice of taking captured Mexican aliens to the border and releasing them. Instead, deport them deep into Mexico, where return to the US would be more costly.

2. Crack down hard on employers who hire illegals. Without jobs, the aliens won't come.

3. End "catch and release" for non-Mexican aliens. It is common for illegal migrants not from Mexico to be set free after their arrest if they promise to appear later before a judge. Few show up.

In North America, fears of some form of North American Union, based on intelligence disinformation, have taken hold. The Amero is a cynical, diversionary intelligence scam, with a money-making dimension (naturally). And all that gabble about the United States being a corporation, States being corporations, the intrusion of Admiralty Law, and so forth, plus other such diversionary tripe, also represents deliberate intelligence obfuscation – designed to divert attention from the historically unprecedented criminality that is being exposed, and, latterly, from the inevitability and reality of The Wanta Plan, which is the ONLY solution on the Table.

Ah, glad we mentioned that point. Have these financial crooks come up with any ALTERNATIVE to the Wanta Plan? They have not? And why is that?

Because, (a) their intellectual capacity is diminutive compared with that of the Ambassador; (b) they are too busy thinking only (first) of their own self-enrichment and (secondly) of their mad, failing global control agenda; and (c) THERE IS NO ALTERNATIVE TO THE WANTA PLAN.

They know it. We know it. The whole informed world knows it.

The Wanta Plan, you see, literally stands between sustained, viable, long-term US recovery, for a generation – and collapse. Global collapse – as we pointed out on 2nd September 2006, and warned again in our report dated 19th July 2007 (14).

http://www.worldreports.org/news/79_world_crash_preferre

I am inclined to note how describing the criminal conduct of people as a Limited Liability Corporate Nation State is accurate and any plan that moves purchasing power to people who earn it is a Plan that will move purchasing power from criminals.

Criminals do not create purchasing power; so where do they get it?

Bush Illegally Blocks The Wanta Plan And $4.5 Trillion Settlement On Behalf Of Americans

Sources close to story say corrupt U.S. officials trying to steal vast sum of money now held in Bank of America account in Richmond, Va., as Fed and Bush committing conspiracy to defraud the American people. 24 Jul 2006

Under The Wanta Plan, considered bigger and more important than The Marshall Plan of the World War II era, Wanta himself outlined the specifics of the deal recently as a guest on The Investigative Journal (find background and more articles at http://www.arcticbeacon.com ):

"Under the plan," explained Wanta, "the US Treasury is to receive $1.575 trillion in tax payments from the $4.5 trillion, representing tax payable at 35%, and then at least $96 billion per banking day following the delayed start-up of prearranged AmeriTrust Groupe, Inc. trading operations."

Wanta added another similar aggregate tax amount per banking day will be payable to the U.S. Treasury/IRS arising from a similar transactions with other U.S. parties, generating an estimated aggregate $200 billion every banking day for the Treasury.

In addition, the State of Virginia is to receive an initial windfall tax remittance amounting to $270 billion since Wanta's group was incorporated there, ensuring windfall tax remittances to Pennsylvania, as well.

When Wanta appeared on The Investigative Journal last week, he said he was miffed why the Fed would illegally hold up the transaction sinice it was costing the American people $200 billion every banking day the money remains dormant.

Regarding the illegal blockage of money authorized by President Bush and the Fed Reserve, The International Currency Review had this to say, reminding the American people it's imperative to follow the Wanta money before it is stolen by the corrupt criminals controlling the White House:

"Preventing a taxpayer from paying tax is a felony. A taxpayer has a duty to pay tax, and anyone impeding a taxpayer from meeting his obligations to the Internal Revenue Service is committing a crime. It is understood that no-one who commits this felony is immune from prosecution. Hence this even applies to holders of the highest offices, including the Presidency and the Chairmanship of the Federal Reserve Board.

"In other words, by freezing the funds belonging to the Trustor/AmeriTrust Groupe, Inc, those responsible for this scandal are not only liable to racketeering and conspiracy charges, but are also committing a felony for which no claim of privilege is applicable.

"Just as a taxpayer is obliged to pay his taxes, on pain of severe penalties for not doing so, anyone who prevents a taxpayer from paying tax is liable in the eyes of the law: and this, as noted, applies to everyone, without exception, including the President of the United States.

"To make matters much worse, there appears to be a blatant conspiracy to defraud AmeriTrust Groupe, Inc. and Leo Wanta of $4.5 trillion - with all who are involved in this conspiracy becoming more vulnerable, as each day passes, to the most dire consequences. The $4.5 trillion were released illegally to the Bank of America, Richmond, itself, even though they are earmarked and labelled for the benefit of the account there of Ameritrust Groupe, Inc and Leo Wanta."

Let there be no mistake about it, The Wanta Plan is on the lips of the "people in the know" all over the world. The financial plan top officials are discussing represents the release of $4.5 trillion in repatriated off-shore funds tampered with illegally by high-level U.S. authorities.

But it also must be emphasized the $4.5 trillion owed to Wanta and his AmeriTrust Groupe is only the tip of the iceberg of a deeper problem involving trillions more in looted off-shore money, as well as shake-ups in the Federal Reserve banking system and the Bretton Woods system of international monetary management, which established the rules for commercial and financial relations among the world's major industrial states.

Dear Mr. Kelley:]

[size= ]

[size=           Thank you for your letter concerning impeachment proceedings against President Bush. I appreciate the time you took to write and welcome the opportunity to respond.]

[size= ]

[size=In our recent elections, the American people expressed clear disapproval with the path this country was on. They are tired of partisan politics and of an Administration that pays little heed to the wishes of the American people. They want-and deserve-a Congress that holds the Administration accountable and fulfills its Constitutional responsibility to check and balance the Executive. I share this sentiment and am determined to work hard and across party lines in the United States Senate to promote issues that are of real concern to most Americans, including the situation in][size=Iraq][size= and][size=Afghanistan][size=, homeland security, global warming, and lobbying and election reform.]

[size= ]

[size=At this time, however, I believe that impeachment proceedings against President Bush will only divide the country even further, frustrating our hopes for a meaningful change in direction, while having little chance of success.]

[size= ]

[size=I have been deeply disappointed by many of this Administration's actions and have been outspoken in those instances. Nevertheless, given the challenges our country faces I believe that we need to focus on constructive and cooperative steps that would lead us in the right direction.]

[size= ]

[size=Again, thank you for your continued correspondence. If you have any further questions or comments, please contact my office in][size=Washington][size=,][size=D.C.][size= at (202) 224-3841. Best regards.]

[size= ]

Sincerely yours,

Dianne Feinstein
        United States Senator
