I'm conducting a poll.

So far the public isn't interested in my poll.

24 views and no responses

That does represent a quantifiable measurement of common knowledge. The measurement concludes: 24 views and no responses. Any further measurements would be baseless conjecture at best.

However; one could inspect any current trial by jury now occurring on the planet Earth and gather relevant information in the effort to quantify common knowledge.

One could perform an exit poll like this:

1. Did you judge or did you follow orders?

a. I judged

b. I followed orders

2. Did you answer the first question honestly or dishonestly?

a.      Honestly

b.      Dishonestly

3. Did you judge the third question or did you follow orders?

a. I judged

b. I followed orders
