If people were held accountable for the wrongs they willfully perpetrate upon innocent victims, such as prescribing the wrong drugs, or murdering people, or hiring people to murder people while occupying a so called public office (see for example the Martin Luther King Jr. Conspiracy Murder), then anyone contemplating a crime is someone made well aware of the high percentage risk that they take, as their intention to "get away with" some crime (including criminal negligence) is going to potentially cost the perpetrator more than the criminal act is worth to the potential criminal.
People so often automatically label me, and other people who have studied these political, and economic, problems: conspiracy theorists. As if a dog salivating at the ringing of a bell, as in Pavlov's conditioned response experiments, the derogatory, insulting, censoring, labels, are symptoms of a readily accountable basic, principled, problem: there is no due process of law in America, not since 1789.
That means, in real terms, that fiction is more powerful than fact, and the results - which are predictable - are torturous, and murderous.
Due process of law can award the cost of crime to the criminal in every case tried. Failing to do so - criminal negligence - ensures that these symptoms (drug abuse and mass murder for examples) will happen; enabling them, as the criminals are thereby able to transfer all costs from themselves onto the victims.
Doctors with very expensive licenses (a functioning cartel) can grow very wealthy pushing the wrong drugs to the wrong people, and for the most part avoid any risks of ever being held accountable. That is the same pattern as is simple slavery: the master gets all the wealth (economic power) and the slave has to pay all the costs of producing that wealth.
But...what if a trial was conducted, where the latest, or the next, or the next, Public School Lone Gunman creates another pile of dead people, and what if that public access trial records acknowledged facts about that specific case, where that specific murderer, at that specific time, in that specific place, murdered those numerous victims: all who have names, families, lives lost?
Would the information in the trial transcripts include testimony from licensed Doctors having prescribed specific drugs to the murderer?
What if, as in the Martin Luther King Jr. Conspiracy Murder trial, complete with transcripts, it was found out through the discovery process that more than one Lone Gunman was guilty of those specific murders in some direct, or indirect manner?
So, my point continues to be to point out that there is a way to validate information so as to discriminate the accurate difference between FAKE NEWS and evidence, such as inculpatory evidence, as well as exculpatory evidence.
But that won't happen, not when the so called government is run by the sociopaths, psychopaths, sycophants, pedophiles, torturers, human traffickers, murderers, and mass murderers.
