Thanks for directing me to vital questions I have missed.
No, as a matter of fact it is not. I still want to know WHY this loan is a "government service," AND WHERE does this "government - our government" get its money to provide this "service"? And what right do this so called government have to offer services and limit profits?
In order to get from point A to point B it may be a good idea to accurately measure both points first.
1.
Point A
Legal Money Monopoly Fraud and Extortion whereby the Extortion is a method of creating targets out of people who make something worth stealing, and then taking that which is worth stealing from those people by giving those people two really bad choices, or the lesser of two evils, which is to pay, without question, this much, or pay, without question more. Then there is the Fraud part, which covers up the Extortion part, and the Fraud part is the part where there is only ONE MONEY with which to pay all DEBTS including the DEBTS demanded by the Extortionists, and in that way the people who produce the ONE MONEY have unlimited Legal Purchasing Power.
2.
Point B
Anything but Point A, so long as it is not worse than Point A, and so, naturally, a competition can be started among anyone, anywhere, who may offer, voluntarily, options that are other than Point A.
So, having that understood, where we are, and where we may want to go, there is then a need to invent a way to get from Point A to Point B.
Self-governors can invent options, in the form of any money, of any kind, and to get the ball rolling, there can be an agreement, which is an agreement made by anyone, anytime, to use the government issue money, that is offered by contractors who submit bids to get the license to make money and sell money, so long as the money made, and sold is not as bad as Point A, and so long as the money made is not worse than Point A, or, in other words, since we have accurately identified, and understood what is Point A, we, the governors, agree, voluntarily, not to be a part of a Legal Money Monopoly Fraud that covers up Legal Extortion.
I will stop there to see if that works to convey the understanding in such a way as to fill the demand for answers to the vital question.

You are speaking about misdirected people, or willful criminals, in control of power at a local gathering of people.
How do you equate that with a concept of Equitable Commerce applied to Legal Banking?
I have no idea, how you can bridge the gap, and that is why I kept on asking for your participation in a play acting of a sales event between an imaginary customer and an imaginary seller of Legal Loans in Equitable Commerce as I know such things can work, principally.
If you want to get down to the base of the problems you see at the local gathering (which has nothing to do with what I am intending to convey to you), then you must figure out a better way, and then you must go to where the buck stops, and change the way things are done from wrong to right.
You will have the hardest time, in my opinion, finding where the buck stops, but it is not hard to do, it just may require persistence. The "hardness" factor may merely be a problem of you encountering one, two, three, or many people who merely follow orders without question, and eventually you find the person who has the power to make those wrong rules, and then you can, at that seat of power, offer a reasonable alternative.
You see Point A, in your local situation.
You can (with some effort because you are intelligent, reasonable, honest, and a good person) figure out something better than Point A, so call your vision Point B, and you offer, at the seat of power, once you find the seat of power, your vision.
That is how to get from Point A to Point B, in that local situation, and in that way, we are then on the same, basic, base, principled page.
At the seat of power, in your local situation, you may encounter people who are not as honest, not as reasonable, not as intelligent, as you are, and so that may be problematic in getting from Point A to Point B.
The World Monopoly Bank People, a number of people, are guilty of the worst crimes ever to have been set in motion by any inhuman beings.
The principles are the same, perhaps the degree in which the evil, or the good, is expressed, is variable.
So, tell me, how is this "new" government going to regulate itself and its "services" without stealing COMMODITIES from the PEOPLE regulating everything to DEATH so they people can "ENJOY" these "FREEBIES"?
The idea concerns a takeover of the Law Power away from the Central Banking Frauds, which is the Point A spoken about earlier, and then to get the ball rolling, so as not to suffer dreaded "Economic Collapse," the place where the buck stops, which would be The President, which would be an assumption concerning the existence of an actual Federal Government (a power that was not under the control of the Banking Monopoly Criminals), and so an order is issued to solicit 10 contractors, as a starting point, whereby 10 contractors submit bids to fit a contract for replacing The Dollar Hegemony with 10 competitors who seek to offer the highest quality money products at the lowest cost to anyone.
So, again, that was never discussed up until this point, since now is the timing of this discussion, at your request.
If that does not make sense, then it makes sense to me that you can confuse a voluntary association, something that may seem to be foreign in concept, with an involuntary association, such as The Dollar Hegemony which is, at this time, ubiquitous.

A true warrior, which is what you are, suffers at times. I think your story is worth knowing. I don't know what else to say about that without crushing egg shells. I know that my words may cut, at times, but I also know that my intent is to help you, because you help me. I am following my routine of not reading ahead, so at this point I am cheering on, as if to say that my estimate of you remaining silent was an error on my part, but I have to clarify, to ask, to make sure, that you are telling me know that you actually did say those words. I think that you did, and at this point, again, I am a cheerleader. I have my pomp pomps, and I can twirl my baton.
If you have had enough, then you can see how outbursts may not be the best method of communicating, so in the future, doing due diligence, you may figure out how to avoid reaching the breaking point, doing something better, doing something sooner.
Again, I do not know.

Here is the thing that I do know. I run for President on the internet. I ran for congress on the official (costly) ballot. Why?
How much better can I do things compared to sociopaths, narcissists, nihilists, psychopaths, torturers, rapists, child rapists, murderers, and mass murderers, who use fraud and extortion to gain their power over their victims?

So I try in my mind and in the real world, as it actually exists.
You do too, and you do so because you can, you are still alive, despite all the power working to end your life.
So I have my view. You have your view. They are not the same view. That is a good thing.

I don't like waste too. I don't like false claims of things being free either. Why are you assuming, if that is what you are doing, that the idea of competitive banking loans are in any way free?
You have not even asked how those loans work, those loans in my viewpoint, so you automatically assume that those loans, in my view, are transfers of stolen property?
You never give me any credit whatsoever while you claim to be giving me credit?
So you have these shoes on your feet that have had enough and so you speak out, and you do so intending to expose the obvious wrongs, which is very good, and again I am heading the cheerleader squad on that one.
So what replaces what is, where what is is not as good as what can be?
Joe, if 60% of your income was not stolen thru taxes and regulations, you wouldn't need a government service to offer you a loan. You would have your own power.
So, I am an honest person that you can talk to, someone that will not intentionally harm you, and so you can project your challenging, competitive, experimental, viewpoints onto me, as if I am an alter ego, a sounding board, but I am me.
I am me.
I spent years and years at hard labor and I don't know what exactly was stolen from me each hour?
I don't know how that power produced by me was consumed in torturing and murdering so many people?
You may not want to know me, and now I can tell you something that occurs to me, having to do with people so blind that they merely follow orders without question, feeding garbage, like stuffing poison down the throats, of innocent people, knowing all the while that what they are doing is wrong, and they destroy that knowing, they become beasts in the process, and they you help them see better.
Is it easy?
No, and it is not easy for me to resist the too comfortable employment of curse words, when speaking to you.

From my power perspective that makes sense to me. You can't run out of power and expect to have the power required to do more work.
If I am not up to date, then I can get up to date because I want to be up to date, but I may have missed something, so again, I need your help.
