As I re-read the book I find more and more that your words, your perspective, our artwork, is striking, overpowering, and therefore I think you need to decide exactly what needs to be done with that remaining point of contention in this book.
This:
Should we use the complete quote? (Perhaps the first time on page 56 and then just a partial on page 57 since the context will have been established?
My opinion is such that the way to fix this requires your focused attention, when you have time to focus your attention on this specific problem.
My suggestion is that you have a lot of room before added words will use up the blank space on Page 71 and there is a blank page between Page 71, the last page of and the Deep Rooted Self Destruction, and the first page of the next chapter, so there is plenty of room to add whatever you want to add in the context of that specific discussion and the book in general.
I have often considered adding more links to the INDEX so you can also open that door up and we can use up the space (1/3 of a page) left in the INDEX page.
At this point I can add all the changes as you decide to make without any need for you to edit the file, send the file, or work with the file.
We are close to a finished project. Why be in a hurry at this point?
I always liked that original version and when I modified it to add the page number for the recipe I changed some of the other words as well, but now they can be changed back if OK with you.
I can make that change now, so as not to forget, and I too prefer your actual words to my hurried version of your words in my rush to get the book to the printer.
But I want to also ask this question: Is page 122 of 174 the first quote that you have added to the end of a chapter?
Using Adobe (PDF) Reader I see page 123 of 174, and in the book the page number is 112, and that is where I remember adding the first quote addition by Patrick Henry, and I used a shorter quote at the end of the next chapter from the same source.

I am finished scanning the end of the chapters for added quotes. I just found them in 2 chapters and the 2nd one I found is a portion of the first quote I found. Is that right? (I am not sure if I am making sense. I am tired.) Both quotes were Patrick Henry.
That is right from my view.
As to this:
I noticed page 151 of 174 starts lower on the page than normal. Is that the way you are wanting it?
I see in Word the numbers are working to find the page where the start of the text is not at the top of the page (like every other page) so I fixed that too.
