Joe, what a mess...I want you to know I have just come back home after being in town and am looking to see why all of the sudden the book is 176 pages long. I feel that apologizing at this moment would be a bit trite because I should have checked the page count before I sent the book, but I did not even consider doing that, nor did I expect that the page count would have changed, nor did I notice when it changed. If I can say I am sorry, I do mean it, but I feel foolish at this time - like an idiot - as Joe is probably sick and tired of bear's poor job with every right to feel that way. I too will look to see if I can figure out what happened in case I am able to help in any way.
