Joe, in the vast abyss, my words to you regarding:

As far as these words, that are yours and mine, again, the realization of any income above costs are split 50/50, as far as I am concerned. That was an old offer still standing that way.

were along the lines of when Joe starts clearing $1000 a month profit on Joe Quotes, then Joe can decide if bear is due anything. I am serious about that Joe. As far as bear is concerned, Joe can earn $999 a month profit on Joe quotes and not even consider whether bear is due anything, but when Joe earns $1001 a month in profit, then Joe can think about bear. OK Joe? I think bookkeeping (not to be confused with bookwork) will be easier that way. And it is and has been my privilege to work with your words. It has been my privilege to read your words. bear is happy about it. :) I am going to be very busy raising bear cubs, so I think it is good for Joe to manage the printer and correspondence and if you want me to know things, I will be happy to know them. But if Joe can carry the burden of decision making and working with the printer, it will be easier for bear.

OK?

I am now going to send the new pdf and word file to you. If it does not look correct, just tell me, but I think the page numbers are correct.

It is very easy to make a pdf. When you save the word file, just do SAVE AS pdf. But I will be happy to do that. It is probably nice to know there is a back up of the back up of the back up :) It is also important to follow the instructions regarding maintaining the embedded font, or whatever that was called. It is in the notes that you received from the printer and that I made comments on. I relooked at them the other day before I made the pdf as it had been a little while since I had done that and I wanted to make sure I did it right. We already have the fonts embedded in our word file at this point so all we have to do is save as pdf.

Easy as pie. I made peach pie Saturday :) and picked 5 gallons of grapes today. I gave them to the Amish. I am too busy to make juice and jelly at this point. My Amish friend was delighted and she is going to give me a jar of juice as payment. I took the corn and green beans that an other Amish friend gave me to another Amish friend to can for me. The Amish are keeping me very busy with free stuff :) It makes me smile.

And if Joe Quotes gets the Sound of Silence, bear will still smile, and I think Joe will too. Sometimes one does not see the fruit of ones work right away. I think it is a work well worth the effort and it came about in spontaneity as Joe wanted words quoted as a part of discussion and then bear started finding Joe words that were quotes in themselves...and Joe just happened to want to write a book :)
